The receptionist was startled again when she saw Yu Mobai and Ji Mushu come in from outside.
Is this a success?
Yu Mobai grinned and raised an eyebrow at the bartender, then put his arm around Ji Mushu and walked into the elevator.
Swipe your card and open the door.
Beep beep beep~
After a few clicks, the door opened.
Yu Mobai sneezed a few more times.
"Go take a shower."
Ji Mushu said with a stern face, "Don't catch a cold tomorrow."
"Don't worry, I'm in great shape, yawn!"
Holding a bath towel, Yu Mobai walked into the bathroom.
Ji Mushu sat on the bed. Yu Mobai's series of actions really looked like he was there to take a bath. He didn't look at the room environment or get on the bed. He went straight to the toilet to adjust the water and take a bath after entering the room.
He seems to have always been like this in this respect.
Ji Mushu looked through the frosted glass at the bathroom, which was only a few meters away.
The thought of Yu Mobai taking a bath naked made her face flush.
Ding~
My phone suddenly rang.
Ji Mushu opened QQ and took a look.
Hao Xinqing: "Wooden comb, I broke up with my boyfriend (crying loudly)"
Ji Mushu: "What's wrong? Your boyfriend treated you really well, so why did you break up?"
Hao Xinqing: "(Sobbing) (Sobbing) (Sobbing) It's the National Day holiday, and I wanted to give him a surprise, so I didn't tell him I was going back. But I still went back secretly."
Ji Mushu: "And then?"
Hao Xinqing: "We've always rented a place outside the school. I specially went home and cooked a whole table of dishes for him, and also bought a cake. I turned off the lights and hid in the room so he wouldn't find out."
Ji Mushu: "And then?"
Hao Xinqing: "Then I saw him come back with a woman, and they were kissing and cuddling on the sofa. I couldn't take it anymore, sob sob sob."
Ji Mushu glanced towards the bathroom; the sound of water had subsided, so she must be almost done washing.
Hao Xinqing: "I regret it so much. I hadn't been dating him for long when he coaxed me into going to a hotel. Once he gets what he wants, he won't cherish it. I've seen through these scumbags!"
Ji Mushu: "Don't cry, where are you now?"
Hao Xinqing: "At the train station, I bought a ticket to go back to Beihe. I've decided that I'll stay in Beihe and never go back. Mushu, when are you coming back? I feel so sad."
Ji Mushu: "I...I might not go back to Beihe."
Hao Xinqing called immediately, "Mushu, why aren't you back?"
Ji Mushu covered her phone and burrowed under the covers, whispering, "It's...it's just a possibility, it's not confirmed yet."
"Well done, Ji Mushu!"
Hao Xinqing sobbed, "I broke up with my boyfriend. You and your ex got back together, didn't you?"
Ji Mushu didn't speak, but that meant she acquiesced.
"Then you're not coming back, and I'll be all alone in the dorm."
Hao Xinqing started crying again on the other side, "I thought you could comfort me when I got back, but you didn't come back. You all don't want me anymore."
"No... Oh dear!"
The dark scene before her eyes suddenly became bright in the next second, startling Ji Mushu, who exclaimed in surprise.
"What's wrong with the wooden comb?"
"No...nothing."
Ji Mushu looked at the blanket in Yu Mobai's hand and immediately pulled it back.
"Who are you talking to on the phone and why are you hiding under the covers?"
Yu Mobai picked up the phone that had fallen onto the bed and glanced at it. "Hao Xinqing? Is she your friend?"
"Give me back my phone."
Ji Mushu struggled to get up, but Yu Mobai turned her around and greeted her on the phone with a grin, "Hello Hao Xinqing, let me introduce myself, Yu Mobai, Ji Mushu's boyfriend."
"Hello, I've seen you online."
Hao Xinqing was taken aback, seemingly not expecting the two of them to still be together so late. "You've started your own company now."
"Sigh, what's being said online is all exaggerated."
Ji Mushu sat on the bed with a stern face, her legs spread out in a V-shape, her eyes filled with resentment.
She tried to snatch it, but Yu Mobai subdued her with just one arm.
"I am just a model student entrepreneur at Shengjing University, an outstanding student of the university, a gold medalist in the Shengjing University Student Entrepreneurship Competition, and the founder of a well-known company. Everything else is fake."
Hao Xinqing was amused by him. "No wonder Mu Shu likes you so much. You're quite an interesting person, much better than my boyfriend, no, my ex-boyfriend."
Yu Mobai heard that her voice still had a sob in it, "I was wondering why Mu Shu was calling you from under the covers in the middle of the night. We broke up. Come to Shengjing and I'll introduce you to a good one."
As he spoke, he handed the phone to Ji Mushu.
"snort."
Taking the phone, Ji Mushu snorted coldly, "Hey, Xinqing, stop crying."
"Wooden Comb, what do you think about me transferring to the Shengjing campus?"
On the other end of the phone, Hao Xinqing said, "That's perfect, then we can be together."
Hao Xinqing's voice was quite loud, and Yu Mobai, who was sitting on the edge of the bed, heard it clearly.
It seems his plan succeeded.
Ji Mushu must have decided not to leave, otherwise Hao Xinqing wouldn't have said such a thing.
The worry that had been hanging over me can finally be put to rest.
Seeing that she was still on the phone, Yu Mobai picked up the remote and started watching TV.
"It would be quite troublesome if you transferred campuses."
Ji Mushu leaned against the headboard, her two long legs stretched out.
"Probably not, it's all the same school, just moved from the Beihe campus to the Shengjing campus."
