Chapter 431 Awakening

"Allemite, from now on... it's your turn to protect Lord Dakra."

"Me...me?"

"Stop talking nonsense! We might meet again soon. Let's go! Take His Highness and get out of here!"

Captain Da Ye... Senior Ni...

Allemite awoke to the sound of his calls, but when he looked up, his brothers had all turned into phantoms, and he himself was already lying in a pool of blood.

Ouch...it hurts so much...what happened to me?

Alemeter, upon waking, tried to sit up, but was stomped into the ground by a heavy object! The impact was so great that the ground caved in!

Wow!

Alemet couldn't even make a sound; blood and foam accumulated in his throat, while his head was stomped hard into the ground.

"Boss...kill..."

"No...capture...the First Prince first..."

Two void creatures were talking near Alemite, and they were the culprits who caused Alemite to become what it is now.

Previously, Allemite had tried his best and actually managed to hold off forty or fifty void creatures with the defenses of the bedroom. It wasn't until they had leveled the entire house that he discovered the First Prince had already been moved.

Enraged like creatures of the void, they could only immediately follow the trails left by the people who had moved.

Therefore, Alemite, whose combat strength was relatively good at the time, did not become the target of many Void creatures, and ultimately eight Void creatures were left to fight Alemite.

As it turned out, Allemite actually killed six of them, and just as he was about to finish off the last two void creatures, the boss's order came down.

They told them to hurry up and find the general, and to stop doing useless things.

Um... so what exactly constitutes a useless thing?

So the two void creatures started arguing, one wanting to find the Great General quickly, and the other wanting to kill Alemite first.

"Crunch...crunch...forbidden...crunch..."

Recalling all his memories, Alemite remembered how, in a desperate gamble, he had traded injuries for injuries and killed two of the last four enemies.

He thought his life was over, but surprisingly, he was still alive, while the two void creatures were arguing about something.

He had to... raise his gun again... He had promised everyone... to protect the Crown Prince!

"Ah... Guard... Long... Spear!"

It's unclear where the strength came from, but Alemit actually used his last bit of knightly power to summon his Royal Guard Lance, and then with a sideways movement, unleashed a Dragon Rising Shot!

The void creatures that were stepping on him never expected that this dying human could still fight back. Therefore, after being attacked, they subconsciously raised their feet. As a result, the two void creatures saw Alemite, who was spitting out mouthfuls of blood, stand up and support his body with his spear.

"Now...kill..."

"You can... kill..."

They had been struggling with the question of whether to kill or not for a long time, but after Allemite awoke, they no longer needed to struggle with it. They decided to kill the awakened humans.

Having regained his footing, Alemite finally managed to stand firm, but now he was not only severely injured, but also completely drained of his strength...

Even so... he still wants to take one more with him!

Seemingly understanding what Allemit was trying to do, the Void creature punched him back to reality with a single blow!

Allemite coughed up another mouthful of blood.

This blow knocked the spear from his hand, and he fell to the ground once again.

It's over...it's all over...

Allemite closed his eyes calmly. So much time has passed... The Crown Prince and the others must be safe by now, right?

Captain... I'm so sorry...

The void creature that had been stabbed by the spear let out a terrifying roar, and then its attack fell towards Allemit.

Just then, a clear voice rang in Alemite's ears.

"It's you I choose! Quijul!"

"Hehehe!"

Who...who is it?

Allemite felt the shadow above his head suddenly disappear, and soon after, hundreds of shooting stars flashed past him, shining with different lights right in front of him.

Then he felt like he was being lifted up.

"You'll get better. Rest here for a bit now."

That voice... he recognized it! It was Liu Lang!

The perspective shifts as Liu Lang kicks away the clutter and sets up a simplified healing matrix. This was created using an idea he had when rescuing Commander Chi Kai in the Southern Region. However, since they had a Ninth Princess who could use life magic with them before, they didn't need this little gadget at all.

But now Liu Lang can't use healing magic, so he can only use the healing matrix to save Alemite.

"Quiyuer!"

"Hehehe."

Along the way, Queyuer made an agreement with Liu Lang that Liu Lang must finish up the mess when it was time to wrap things up. This was because Liu Lang had noticed Queyuer's bloodthirsty nature and knew that he wouldn't revert to his previous irrational state unless stimulated by blood.

Before them were merely two void creatures, one at the mid-stage of the Seven Stars realm and the other at the late-stage of the Seven Stars realm.

They were no match for Quiyul at all, so he quickly dealt them severe damage. As Liu Lang's war fortress appeared, the Starlight Barrage directly covered them, and Liu Lang finally took the heads of these two Void creatures.
