The invaders from outside the region reacted quickly. After realizing that Mo Shuwan was not one of their kind, they immediately tried to subdue her. However, the sudden surge of dark power around them forced them to stop. If they continued to rush forward at this time, they would likely be absorbed into the enemy's ranks.
