After more than ten days at sea, Ye Zhen and his party finally approached the Kingdom of Pu.
A large ship sailed in from afar, and Shi Yan said to Ye Zhen, "It is a ship of the royal family of the Pu Kingdom."
Ye Zhen picked up the navigation goggles and clearly saw a large character "Pu" on the flag at the stern of the ship.
I couldn't help but admire how wonderful these navigation glasses were.
This was a gift Shi Yan gave her after they set sail. However, their route was specific, and they hadn't encountered any other ships along the way; it was almost entirely the vast, boundless sea.
This was the first time Ye Zhen had truly witnessed the wonders of the navigational telescope.
Thinking of this, she picked up the navigation glasses again. The ship in the mirror was getting closer and closer when suddenly a man's face appeared in the mirror.
The other person grinned at her, showing off a set of bright white teeth, and Ye Zhen quickly put down her navigation goggles.
Before long, the two boats approached, and the man in the mirror waved to Shi Yan, "Cousin Yan, I've come to pick you up!"
Before Shi Yan could speak, he looked at Ye Zhen and said, "Is this my little niece? Little niece, I am your thirteenth uncle. Come on, call me thirteenth uncle. I brought you lots of delicious food and fun things."
Ye Zhen, “…”
She was already twenty-one after the New Year.
Why does it feel like the other person is still treating her like a three-year-old?
And this man who called himself Uncle Thirteen looked to be about the same age as her.
Shi Yan explained to Ye Zhen, "Your great-aunt had five older brothers, all of whom were close to our family. The brothers lived in harmony and never separated their households after they got married and had children. The whole family was listed together."
There are too many people for you to remember, just remember their order. Thirteen is a few years younger than me, a bit mischievous, but a good person.
Besides frequently showing off her daughter to him.
"Cousin Yan, that's not fair of you."
Lou Shisan leaped over from the other boat, saying, "The first time we met, you were speaking ill of me in front of my little niece."
He bent down and smiled at Ye Zhen, saying, "Don't listen to your father's nonsense. Uncle Thirteen is a very good person and the most loving towards his juniors."
Ye Zhen was surprised that this person looked so young, but was only a few years younger than her father.
On second thought, he realized that his own father also looked quite young, so he respectfully addressed him as "Thirteenth Uncle".
"good!"
Lou Shisan raised his hand and patted Ye Zhen's head, "Better than your father."
Ye Zhen, “…”
She's really become like a child; it feels like Uncle Thirteen is touching her like he's touching a toddler.
Just as I was thinking that, I heard Lou Shisan call out from behind, "What are you dawdling about? Bring over your Zhen sister's gift."
As he finished speaking, a tall, burly man leaped over and chuckled, "Hello, Sister Zhen, I am your seventeenth cousin, Lou Hao."
Lou Shisan glared at his son and introduced him to Ye Zhen, "This is my silly eldest son. He can do anything for you in the future."
Ye Zhen had just called out, "Seventeenth Cousin."
Lou Shisan took a package from his son, took something out of the package and put it on Ye Zhen, then stroked his chin and admired it.
"My little niece is so pretty. She looks just as good as my little fish in this."
Fearing that Ye Zhen might not know who Xiaoyuer was, he quickly explained, "Xiaoyuer is my daughter, your cousin. She's beautiful and kind-hearted, you'll definitely get along well. Take a look and see if you like this gift."
Ye Zhen tilted her head and looked at it; it seemed to be a pair of wings, and it was even glowing.
But being carried on his back, she couldn't see everything. It was still something new and unfamiliar to her, so she thanked him first, "Thank you, Uncle Thirteen."
Lou Shisan called out to his son again, "My dear son, don't you think there should be a mirror right now?"
My seventeenth cousin nodded sheepishly.
Lou Shisan shoved a smiling face at his son, gritting his teeth as he said, "I always advise you to play less with that stupid octopus. The more you play with it, the dumber you'll become. Hurry up and get it."
Mingming told her son to bring a mirror with him when she came over.
Seventeen realized what was happening and hurriedly called out, "Father, I'll go get it right away."
As soon as he finished speaking, his tall figure nimbly leaped onto the opposite boat.
Ye Zhen watched the father and son interact, then looked at Shi Yan, unsure how to react.
Shi Yan slapped Lou Shisan on the back of the head. "Be nicer to your son, or you'll scare my daughter."
"Heaven and earth bear witness, I dote on my little niece, how could I possibly scare her?"
Lou Shisan scratched the back of his head and explained to Ye Zhen, "Uncle Shisan isn't usually like this. It's just that your Seventeenth Brother is too simple-minded."
As they were talking, Lou Hao came over carrying a mirror that was as tall as a person.
The mirror was different from any bronze mirror Ye Zhen had ever seen before; it was exceptionally clear, almost like a real person.
She turned around and discovered that what she was wearing on her back was indeed a pair of glowing wings. The white feathers had many small lights that flashed yellow light, but those lights were not made of oil.
The wings are very realistic, and the feathers on them are real, pure white and flawless. If you ignore the straps on the shoulders, they seem to grow out of her shoulder blades.
"This is?"
Ye Zhen's eyes were filled with astonishment.
She had never seen anything so beautiful.
But it also felt inappropriate for her age, like an adult playing with children's toys.
Lou Shisan said, "This was brought to you by your great-uncle from elsewhere. There are only two pairs in the entire land of China, one for you and one for Little Fish..."
At this point, he suddenly slapped his forehead, "Look at my memory, there's a matching headband, I was in such a hurry to pick you up that I forgot to bring it."
Shi Yan secretly rolled his eyes and scolded his son for being stupid, but he didn't know who was really stupid.
However, these wings must have been brought from another world by my great-uncle.
They often bring novelties to the younger members of the family, which Shi Yan is used to.
but.
"You mean these wings were custom-made for Zhen'er by your great-uncle?"
