Chapter 413 Promoting Childbirth

The twins, a boy and a girl, as the younger generation in the family, were full of curiosity and anticipation for the future of their family. When they heard their grandmother, Huang Haitang, and their parents, Gu Yunxi and He Siyan, discussing their brother He Ruizhe and sister-in-law Shu Yajing's plans to have a child, their eyes revealed great interest.

Their older brother, He Ruizhe, and sister-in-law, Shu Yajing, had always been role models for them. They were excited about their brother and sister-in-law's decision and began to imagine themselves as aunt and uncle. The older twin asked curiously, "Brother, when are you planning to have a baby? I really want a little nephew or niece."

The younger twin excitedly added, "Yes, we can help take care of the babies, teach them to play games, and take them to the park."

He Ruizhe and Shu Yajing felt warm and touched upon hearing their younger siblings' words. Shu Yajing smiled and replied, "We're still planning, but once we have a baby, you'll definitely be the best aunt and uncle."

Gu Yunxi and He Siyan were filled with joy as they watched the children interact. They knew that the continuation of the family was not just about the inheritance of bloodlines, but also about the passing on of love and responsibility. Gu Yunxi said to the twins, "You will be great role models, helping your brother and sister-in-law take care of their future baby."

He Siyan nodded in agreement: "Yes, we are all looking forward to the arrival of the new family member, and we believe you will give them a lot of love."

Watching her grandchildren interact, Huang Haitang felt incredibly warm inside. She knew that no matter what the future held, as long as her family could stay together, that would be the greatest happiness and fulfillment.

He Ruizhe and Shu Yajing take a laissez-faire approach to their child's situation. They know that the company is just starting out and requires a significant investment of time and energy to operate and develop. As young entrepreneurs, they understand that balancing career and family requires careful consideration. They are still young and have enough time to plan for the future, so they are not in a hurry to make a decision.

Huang Haitang's question stemmed solely from her concern for her grandson and granddaughter-in-law's future happiness; she had no intention of pressuring them. She understood that young people have their own pace of life and plans, and she simply hoped they could find their own rhythm on their future path.

Gu Yunxi and He Siyan also supported He Ruizhe and Shu Yajing's decision. They knew that as parents, the most important thing was to give their children enough space and time to explore and decide their own lifestyles. They believed that He Ruizhe and Shu Yajing would make the most appropriate choice at the right time.

The twins overheard their family's discussion. Although they didn't fully understand the adult world, they could feel the love and support between their family members. They knew that no matter what the future held, their family would always be their strongest support.

While taking an evening walk, Gu Yunxi saw her son, He Ruizhe, making a phone call in the garden and realized it might be about Huang Haitang asking about their child's plans. She decided to find an opportunity to talk to her daughter-in-law, Shu Yajing, to make sure they wouldn't feel pressured by the topic.

The next day, Gu Yunxi found a suitable opportunity to sit down and chat with Shu Yajing. She said gently to Shu Yajing, "Yajing, your grandmother asked you last night if you were planning to have children. She didn't mean to pressure you. We're just concerned about you, but this is entirely up to you."

Shu Ya felt a sense of warmth and reassurance after hearing Gu Yunxi's words. She replied, "Mom, thank you for your understanding. Ruizhe and I are indeed still considering it. We want to make plans after our careers and lives have stabilized. We don't want to make a hasty decision because of external pressure."

Gu Yunxi nodded, indicating her understanding: "I understand that you have your own plans and pace. As family, we will fully support you. Whether you choose to have a child or not, we will respect your decision."

Shu Yajing gratefully grasped Gu Yunxi's hand: "Mom, I'm so lucky to have a family like yours."

Gu Yunxi smiled and patted her hand: "We are also so lucky to have a daughter-in-law like you."

This conversation deepened the understanding and trust between Gu Yunxi and Shu Yajing, and also made Shu Yajing feel more relaxed and at ease. She knew that no matter what the future held, the love and support of her family would be her strongest backing.

He Ruizhe was very grateful after learning about the conversation. He knew that his family's understanding and support meant a great deal to them. He and Shu Yajing would continue to live at their own pace, while also considering their family's feelings and expectations.
