Chapter 147 Xiao Ling'er's Wedding (2/2)

Gu Yunting didn't say anything else. He took Xiao Ling'er out of the yard and gently helped her into the sedan chair.

The matchmaker, whose job had been snatched away, looked at the nanny beside her and shouted, "Lift the sedan chair."

The sound of gongs and drums rang out.

Xiao Ling'er was very curious when she first sat in the sedan chair. She touched here and knocked there. The matchmaker, nanny and maid who were accompanying her outside all twitched their lips.

Gu Yunting's slightly raised mouth corners became even wider. He could imagine Ling'er's curious and lively look in his mind.

Xiao Ling'er played for a while, yawned, and felt a little sleepy and a little hungry. She took a box of potato chips from her backpack and started eating.

The "crackling" sound made the matchmakers outside swallow their saliva unconsciously.

After eating potato chips and drinking a box of milk, Xiao Ling'er yawned again. She wondered why they hadn't arrived yet. It shouldn't be very far.

As he was thinking, his head tilted and he fell asleep leaning against the edge of the sedan.

Outside, the entire wedding procession walked around the streets of the capital and finally arrived at the Second Prince's Mansion, which was rewarded by the Emperor.

"Fall..." sedan chair.

"Shhh."

Before the matchmaker could finish her words, she was interrupted by Gu Yunting.

The matchmaker was stunned and didn't know what to do next.

This was the first time she encountered such an uncooperative couple, no, it was the groom. Many times she felt that she, the matchmaker, was a bit redundant.

Not to mention her, even the nanny and the maid had the same idea as her.

Just as they were thinking this, they saw something even more outrageous.

The second prince completely disregarded the rules. In full view of everyone, he kicked the sedan door three times, then got into the sedan and personally carried the bride out.

He carried her into the gate, stepped over the brazier, and went straight to the main hall.

All the guests in the main hall, as well as the emperor and empress sitting in the main seats, were collectively petrified.

After a long while, the queen stood up anxiously and wanted to ask Ling'er what was wrong.

Then she heard the person covered with a red veil, held in her son's arms, moan and ask, "Are we there yet?"

"Ling'er, you're awake. We're home now. Next, we're going to get married." Gu Yunting's tone was incredibly gentle.

"Oh, okay, put me down." Xiao Ling'er woke up completely from her sleepiness.

Gu Yunting gently put the person down, and Queen Gu sat back silently. She turned her head and looked at the emperor. Both of them saw speechless eyes in each other.

The other guests were even more speechless. They had always known that the Second Prince was not normal, but they did not expect that his marriage would be such a joke and that the Second Prince's wife would indulge him so much.

Xiao Ling'er didn't know what everyone was thinking, otherwise she would have said a few words to defend Gu Yunting, which actually meant he was indulging her.

The following procedures were completed normally, and everything went smoothly until the wedding ceremony and the transfer to the bridal chamber.

In the bridal chamber, after no one was around, Xiao Ling'er took off her veil and put it aside. Then she twisted her aching neck and complained inwardly:

"Marriage is so fucking tiring. She doesn't want to get married again in her life."

Gu Yunting might have been afraid that she was tired, so he came back quickly. When Xiao Ling'er heard the sound, she quickly covered her head with the veil again.

The veil was lifted, and Xiao Ling'er and Gu Yunting looked at each other.

"My lady, you are so beautiful!" Gu Yunting's eyes were a little obsessed.

Xiao Ling'er trembled when she heard the word "wife". She saw happiness, satisfaction, and lust in Gu Yunting's eyes. This chapter has been read (please click on the next chapter to continue reading!)
