Wu An squatted down in front of the sea turtle, holding a block of ice in his hand, and grinned like a strange uncle: "Brother Turtle, want some?"
Ah Qing smashed the ice cubes, just enough for Brother Turtle to eat in one bite.
Turtle stretched his neck, got close to the ice block, then shook his head in disgust and knocked the ice block away.
Wu An was dumbfounded.

Brother Turtle doesn't like eating freshwater ice cubes.
Aqing asked, "Brother, what should we do?"
Mei Wu rubbed his hands together, eager to try: "Since bribery won't work, there's only one way left."
Brother Turtle was so frightened that he hid behind Wu An.
He has some intelligence, but not much.
Wu An was the biggest culprit behind his arrest.
Wu An patted Turtle Brother to comfort him and said earnestly, "Turtle Brother, having Tiger come to find you is definitely not to hurt you, so don't be afraid."
"That stuff you ate before, ambergris, you know?"

Turtle ran away.
Wu An waited a while, then called Hu Zi over.
Not long after.
Tiger threw Turtle onto the boat again. Ah Qing was furious and said that Turtle was too cunning and that he should teach him a lesson. Turtle opened his mouth and sprayed seawater all over his face.
Aqing was so angry that she screamed loudly.
Wu An walked over, and Brother Turtle didn't spit.
Aqing felt even more resentful: "You spit on me, but you don't spit on him?"
"At best, I'm just an accomplice!"
"He's the main culprit!"
Aqing pointed at Wu An and shouted.
Brother Turtle shook his head, looked at Wu An and then at A Qing, then opened his mouth and spat out A Qing.
Aqing was disgusted.
It smelled bad and was salty.
Mei Wu and Lao Fu were laughing heartily, but their joy turned to sorrow when they were also spat on by the sea turtle.
They don't laugh.

In Brother Turtle's eyes, he was a good person.

Wu An pressed his advantage: "Take me to find ambergris, shall we?"
Brother Turtle nodded.
Wu An decided to trust him one more time.
This time, Brother Turtle did not disappoint him. After entering the seawater, he quickly surfaced, shook his head, and signaled Wu An to follow.
Aqing was overjoyed.
"Brother, brother, he didn't run away."
"Damn it, it turns out a little watermelon is all it takes to win him over."
"If we had known this would happen, we would have brought a boatload of watermelons."
Old Fu and Mei Wu were also very happy.
Ambergris!
Ambergris, more expensive than gold, is already beckoning to them.

We finally got Brother Turtle to lead the way. What if there's a delay, Brother Turtle changes his mind, or something unexpected happens? We might just miss out on the ambergris.
No one can bear the consequences.
Ah Qing put on her diving suit and jumped in.
As a result, Turtle spat at him and didn't take him down the dive at all.
Ah Qing had no choice.
Finally back on deck, Wu An smiled and said, "Let me do it."

Turtle circled around him for a moment, then led him down to the bottom.

Old Fu and his two companions lay on the side of the boat, each holding a safety rope. They didn't hold on tightly, letting the ropes drift into the sea, but they could react immediately to any movement.

Brother Gui is in charge of the money, and Wu An is behind him.
He wasn't wearing lead weights, so he descended very slowly. The sea wasn't still; the water was flowing, and as he went deeper, the water, though clear, became increasingly dark.
Wu An didn't know how deep he had dived to, but he felt that he could no longer swim down. He waved to Brother Turtle, who swam over and circled around him.
Wu An tried to get Turtle to pull him, and Turtle didn't refuse. But the two of them, one man and one turtle, didn't swim very far in a long time. After several attempts, Wu An still couldn't see the seabed.
Left with no other choice, he could only swim upwards, and Turtle Brother even pushed him up, helping him to rise quickly.
Back on the sea.
Aqing asked, "Brother, how is it?"
Wu An shook his head: "No, we can't dive down."
He had no diving experience and was a novice. Aqing and Meiwu were even less experienced; the three of them were about the same. The only one with experience was Old Fu, but Old Fu was too old.
Old Fu raised his hand and said, "Ah An, let me try."
Just as Wu An was about to agree, he saw Hu Zi approaching and his eyes lit up: "Hu Zi, would you like to take me diving to the bottom of the sea?"
Tiger yelled, suddenly dived down, swam under Wu An, and lifted Wu An up.
Wu An was overjoyed.
Tiger was actually willing to carry him.
