But then she saw Huo Yan's expression... She didn't know how to describe it for a moment. He looked like a fierce wolfhound guarding its food, but he also looked somewhat pitiful, like a big dog waiting for its owner to comfort it.
"What's wrong?"
"Now I finally know why you pretended to be ugly. If I had known so many people were after you, I would have preferred you to stay ugly."
Su Ruanruan, "You can't protect me?"
