Kisaki offline
Sometimes, not all scenes in movies, TV shows, or comics are fictional.
At least Yuko's house does have a basement used for interrogation.
The Meteor Society members were very efficient; they apprehended all those involved within an hour and a half. Yuko sat in a chair, with Kuroki standing behind her and a row of people kneeling in front of her, their hands and feet bound and their mouths gagged.
Kisaki was among them.
“See, I didn’t lie to you,” Yuko said to Rina Asakura, who was sitting in a wheelchair beside her.
Rina recognized the men who had assaulted her, including Nagane, whose injuries hadn't fully healed. Looking at them, her eyes burned with hatred; if it weren't for her injuries preventing her from walking, she would have torn them to pieces with her own hands.
"Kill them! Kill them all!" Rina shouted uncontrollably.
Because of Rina's fury, several people kneeling down couldn't help but whimper in fear.
Seeing this, Yuko sighed and then said, "No, you can't take someone else's life just because you haven't lost yours. Killing isn't as simple as you think." Just as Yuko believed that since she hadn't suffered any real harm, she couldn't judge these people; only Asakura Rina, who had truly been hurt, was qualified. "How about this, let them suffer the same pain you've endured?"
"That's too easy on them!" Rina complained.
"Do you think you haven't been hurt badly enough?" Yuko's question left Rina speechless.
Yuko handed Rina's injury diagnosis to Kuroki. Kuroki glanced at it and, seeing the vaginal tear, couldn't help but ask, "All of it?"
Yuko smiled and nodded: "Yes, all of them."
Looking at her smile, Kuroki thought to himself that perhaps even the young lady herself didn't realize the cruelty that lay within her. Kuroki remained outwardly composed and respectfully said, "Then, Miss Yuko, please take your friends to rest."
Yuko stood up and pushed Rina's wheelchair out. Rina Asakura didn't want to leave; she wanted to see the group punished with her own eyes. Yuko didn't agree, but promised to let her see the outcome.
Yuko arranged for her to stay in a guest room, and Asakura Rina received excellent care. Kisaki and the others also received excellent "care".
Following Yuko's instructions, Kuroki served them a full meal based on the injury report.
Shuji Hanma, who wasn't directly involved in the incident, escaped unscathed but was forced to witness the entire event. In his eyes, the scheming woman Kisaki, skilled at manipulating others, was utterly crushed before absolute power.
Half a person doesn't know what awaits them, and this fear of the unknown is enough to completely break a person's spirit.
Until dawn, Kuroki meticulously checked off each item on the patient's medical report. Satisfied, he removed his blood-stained gloves and walked towards Hanjian. He had seen many like Hanjian, wandering the fringes of society, lost and in danger. Kuroki grabbed Hanjian's chin, his gaze like that of someone sizing up livestock. His usual approach would be to eliminate him completely, but his young mistress hadn't given such orders. Taking matters into his own hands would anger her, even though the man before him was practically dead anyway.
As the night passed, after Yuko and Rina finished breakfast, her subordinates told her that she could go and check the results.
They arrived at the interrogation room, and the people who were barely recognizable yesterday afternoon were now completely unrecognizable. Yuko felt no sympathy for them; they should have been prepared to pay the price the moment they hurt others.
As for Shuji Hanma, as an accomplice, he was locked in a dark room by himself. At first, he pounded on the door like a trapped beast, roaring and shouting, but there was no response.
Darkness can expose a person's vulnerability and cause them to lose their sense of time. Although he was only locked up for ten hours, it felt like ten years had passed.
When Yuko saw him again, he was curled up weakly on the ground.
Half of his eyes were clouded, as if his soul had been ripped out, and he was completely lost. Suddenly, he saw light, and in the light stood a person.
Suddenly, Hanma found a surge of strength and lunged at Yuko. The next second, Kuroki, who had rushed up from behind her, kicked him in the chin. The excruciating pain seemed to travel directly to his brain. If Hanma hadn't bitten his lip to stay conscious, he might have been knocked unconscious by the blow.
Yuko was startled, but after regaining her composure, she asked, "He's not dead, is he?"
Kuroki went over to check and replied, "Nothing."
Someone turned on the light outside, illuminating the room. Yuko could see half of the room's condition. Although they hadn't suffered the same harm as the group outside, they inexplicably seemed to be in even worse shape than them. Yuko crouched down and kindly advised, "You can't do what you did before, or you'll get beaten up again."
Hanjian looked at the girl in front of him. She seemed harmless and innocent, but the orders she gave were so cruel, like two sides of an angel and a devil combined. She was obviously shorter and weaker than him, but she was a giant who could control his fate at this moment.
“You’ll listen, right?” Yuko asked softly.
Hanjang didn't reply. Kuroki impatiently stepped forward, wanting to teach this unresponsive fellow a lesson. Hearing the sound of leather shoes, Hanjang instinctively shrank back. Kuroki's methods of interrogation had branded Hanjang with fear.
“You’ll listen, right?” Yuko asked again.

After leaving the interrogation room, Rina asked Yuko why.
Yuko handed Hanma over to Kuroki because her question concerned Hanma's fate. She then explained to Rina, "Releasing someone like that back into society would be dangerous, wouldn't it?"
Rina wasn't asking that; she wanted to know why she wanted revenge. But suddenly she lost the strength to ask again. Revenge hadn't brought the expected satisfaction; she remained in pain and even more bewilderment.
Yuko had someone help her into the car. She touched Rina's face and said with a smile, "Go back to school after you recover, but it would be best to transfer schools and start over."
Rina forced a smile that looked more like a grimace: "Can I... start over?"
Yuko saw her past self in her. In the future she thought was certain death, when she thought there was no hope left, it was martial arts that told her it would help her. This hope, if given only to her, would be a waste; it needed to be passed on to the next person. Yuko said with certainty, "Of course, your life is just beginning."
The car slowly started moving. Rina Asakura looked at the girl waving to her and silently said, "No, my life is over..." Then, as if to burst out all the grievances and pain she had endured, she roared and wailed.

After resolving the hidden danger of Kisaki, the dark cloud hanging over Yuko's heart seemed to have completely dissipated.
In this way, she can celebrate her fifteenth birthday in peace.
The party proceeded as scheduled, and attendees arrived one after another.
It wasn't a lavish banquet; Ms. Shimizu, who was in charge of the arrangements, simply decorated the living room and set up a large round table, making it look like a typical teenage gathering. Only the corner piled with gifts resembled a small mountain, highlighting its difference from ordinary gatherings.
Under everyone's watchful eyes, she made her birthday wish: "I hope everyone is safe, happy, healthy, and carefree."
"Yuko's wish is just like the old man's," Nono teased with a laugh. "At the very least, her wish should be to be the best in the world, right?"
“You’ve already achieved what you were talking about,” Emma said, hugging Yuko’s neck. “Because Yuko is the best in my heart.”
"Really?" Nono rolled her eyes, immediately hatching a mischievous plan. "If Yuko, Mikey, and Draken fell into the water, who would you save?"
Draken quickly distanced himself: "Hey, don't drag me into this."
"Ugh, Ye Ye, you're so boring, asking such a corny question." Emma gave Ye Ye a look of disdain.
"Then let's do something less boring." Ye Ye suddenly struck, smearing cream on Emma's face.
Emma gasped, and the two started bickering. The situation escalated, with Draken and the surrounding area joining in, and gradually, everyone else caught in the crossfire joined the fray. Having learned from her pillow fight experience, Yuko immediately burrowed under the table.
Not long after, Mikey also crawled in.
The order is reversed from when we were in Okinawa.
"It's so noisy," Mikey said, half-complaining.
Yuko thought he would be the one most enthusiastic about this childish behavior, but she didn't expect him to not participate.
“Hold out your hand,” Mikey told her. Yuko did as she was told, and then a silver ring was slipped onto her index finger.
"A birthday present," Mikey explained, his usually thick skin now showing a hint of shyness.
The plain silver ring had no fancy decorations, just an "M" engraved on it. Mikey's "M," which, when turned upside down, is Manjiro's "W." Then Yuko noticed that he also had a wider version on his index finger, engraved with a "U."
Couple rings... Yuko couldn't help but feel a little shy, and whispered her thanks: "Thank you."
“Hey, do you want to go on a date tomorrow?” Mikey asked her.
"Huh? Just you and me?" Yuko asked a stupid question.
“Of course, it’s a date,” Mikey emphasized the word “date” again. “I’ll pick you up tomorrow.”
Yuko nodded obediently.
The table above their heads was then overturned.
Yuko/Mikey: ...
Mikey, having reached his limit, clenched his fists and started punching anyone he could get his hands on. His arrival caused the two factions to start cooperating, since they simply couldn't defeat the Great Demon King Mikey without doing so.
On the contrary, Nono and Emma, who were the ones who started the whole thing, had already made up. They dragged Tachibana Hinata and Yuko into it, and the four girls hid in Yuko's bedroom.
"Is it okay to just leave them like this?" Hinata looked back worriedly as he was being pulled away.
Emma pulled her hand and walked forward: "Relax, Hinata, this is their good behavior."
“That’s right, that’s right, no one will die,” Nono chimed in, then asked Yuko slyly, “What were you and Sano talking about under the table just now?”
“Uh…” Yuko thought for a moment and realized that he hadn’t said she couldn’t tell anyone, so she replied, “It’s a date.”
"What?! You two are dating?" Emma exclaimed.
Yuko nodded.
"It was bound to happen sooner or later. Emma's eyes are always on Draken. I've known for a long time that your brother has designs on Yuko." Nono rolled her eyes.
Emma gritted her teeth. It's true what they say, you can guard against a thief in your own home, but it's hard to guard against one day and night. At this moment, she felt no joy at the thought of her best friend and brother dating. Instead, she felt like her home had been invaded. Emma clung to Yuko like a spoiled child: "You must have been tricked by him!"
Upon hearing this, Yuko couldn't help but show a calm expression: "Then... let's just consider it a lie."
Emma stared at Yuko's smile, stunned. "Oh my god, you're completely smitten..."
There was nothing that could be done about it, Yuko thought to herself. Having witnessed that seemingly destined future, her fate and his were already intertwined.
The future may be better or worse, but she is no longer afraid.
