Ji Huaichuan had heard what was happening outside early in the morning, but he deliberately held Jie Yuchen and Zhang Qiling back and did not let them go out.
While Zhang Qiling and Jie Yuchen were preparing dinner, Ji Huaichuan sat on the folding bed with his head down, thinking, if what they said was true, they would be able to reach Devil City soon. I hope everything goes well.

When Zhang Qiling saw that the porridge was ready, he threw Jie Yuchen and Hei Xiazi who had just entered out. He had clearly mastered the trick of crossing the river and destroying the bridge.
"Hey, just throw it away after use, you dumb!" Hei Xia Zi tugged at his wrinkled clothes and said loudly.

Hearing someone coming in, Ji Huaichuan gestured towards the door. Zhang Qiling was asleep and he couldn't be woken up.
"Young Master, what's going on?" Hei Xia Zi looked at Zhang Qiling and asked in a low voice.
"He hasn't had a good rest for a long time. He just lay down obediently after I knocked him out. Don't wake him up." Ji Huaichuan said softly.
After hearing this, Hei Xia Zi gave Ji Huaichuan a thumbs up without caring whether he could see it or not. This kid was the first one who could knock the dumb Zhang unconscious.
"Xiao Hei...can you do me a favor?" Ji Huaichuan said in a low voice.
"What could have happened that made you come to me, a blind man?" Hei Xiazi was a little curious. Since he was telling him behind the back of Dumb Zhang, he definitely couldn't let him hear it.
Ji Huaichuan pinched his fingers and said slowly, "It's hard to say how much I'll help you. But I know that you, Xiao Hei, despise money and are definitely not interested in it. You also know a little bit about my background. As long as you are willing to help, I will give you half of my wealth after the matter is completed!"

Ji Huaichuan naturally nestled into Zhang Qiling's arms and said with a smile, "Hey, I didn't carry you on my back. You heard it all."
At first, Zhang Qiling pretended to be knocked unconscious by him and he discovered it, but he just gave him face and didn't expose him. It turned out that he did it to eavesdrop on his conversation with Hei Xia Zi.
"You can come to me directly." Zhang Qiling said again.
"That won't do. My master said that this kind of thing is more fun when there are more people involved." Ji Huaichuan shook his head and said solemnly.
"You gave too much. He is used to cheating people." Zhang Qiling tried to reason with him.
Ji Huaichuan said nonchalantly, "It's not that much. The little I promised to give to Hei Xiazi wasn't even enough for me to eat. After all, I can't be too stingy when asking for help. Besides, I'm not stupid. How could I give him so much money for nothing?"
