Chapter 270 Entangling
Yan Kui and Wei Yin stayed at the villa for almost a week.
Huang Maomao swims or plays golf in the surrounding area every day.
If you want to know how Yan Kui knew, then you have to say that one afternoon when she and Wei Yin went hiking, she saw Huang Maomao doing dog paddling in the large swimming pool behind the suite.
Why are you here?
Huang Maomao grabbed the handrail by the pool and floated out of the water. Perhaps because he suddenly saw the two of them return, he choked on some water and coughed loudly.
"Ahem, the pool in my room is broken and I can't change the water. I've been learning to swim recently, so I asked Brother Yin and came over to borrow your pool."
As they were talking, a little yellow duck swimming ring floated over from the side.
Yan Kui laughed and said, "Who taught you the doggy paddle?"
Huang Maomao put the swimming ring on himself and defended himself: "I'm learning, and I'll be good to go soon."
Wei Yin took a towel and walked over, throwing it at Huang Mao Mao's head: "With a swimming ring this big, you'll never learn."
Huang Maomao couldn't help but look at the little yellow duck on his chest, then silently took it off.
"Just hold onto the handrail first and learn how to float in the shallow water, and then slowly start."
Yan Kui shared her own experience of learning to swim and stood by the pool teaching him for a few minutes.
Inside the room.
The hotel butler brought Wei Yin a black roster. Yan Kui didn't pay any attention to it when she saw it and asked Wei Yin what he wanted to eat for dinner.
Wei Yin only glanced at the black booklet for a few seconds before closing it.
His face showed no change in expression.
He opened the drawer, put the things inside, walked over to Yan Kui, and said he would take her to the kitchen to choose vegetables.
The villa's kitchen is very large, and all the vegetables are grown by hand in the back garden.
The auntie introducing the dishes mentioned that there was a separate breeding farm behind the main farm.
Yan Kui picked out some of her favorite dishes and ordered three stews.
That night, Huang Maomao went back to his room after finishing his meal.
Wei Yin then pestered someone to do it again in front of the French windows.
It was incredibly grueling and long-lasting; I didn't even know when I fell asleep.
The next day, early morning.
It started to drizzle outside, the rain pattering against the glass.
Wei Yin tiptoed out of bed, kissed Yan Kui's sleeping face, put on a coat, and left the room.
The sanatorium at the mountain resort.
Wei Yin walked in through the main entrance, where a thin man wearing a gray and white coat stared intently at him.
Those deep black eyes remained unreadable as usual, and his voice was cold: "Quite a coincidence, when did you arrive?"
Yan Shangyu tightened his grip on the table: "Two days ago."
"You saw it?"
Wei Yin didn't mention his name, but Yan Shangyu knew in his heart that the only person they could talk about was Yan Kui.
Yan Shangyu lowered her head slightly, her tone somewhat mocking, as if she were laughing at herself: "Well, my psychologist said the environment here is very nice."
"I didn't know Kui Kui was here before I came. I saw you and her coming out of the hiking area yesterday."
Wei Yin's gaze swept over him without any restraint, but he didn't say anything.
"I won't bother Kui Kui."
The morning breeze seemed even cooler than the night breeze, carrying a strong scent of grass and feeling utterly damp.
Wei Yin's face was terribly grim, and his words struck a nerve: "You have no right to say that. We are already married."
It seemed to be expected, but hearing it with my own ears was a different story.
Yan Shangyu could only manage a bitter smile.
"Mr. Yan, we need to go back and have our temperatures taken now."
A girl suddenly walked out from not far away. She was wearing a white and pink dress, with black hair falling to her side. She had a sweet voice and stood in front of Yan Shangyu.
Yan Shangyu visibly panicked the moment she appeared, while Wei Yin leaned back lazily in a wooden chair, his face noticeably darker.
The woman in front of him bore a striking resemblance to Yan Kui.
It's not that her face is so similar, but rather that her expression, tone of voice, and lively energy are striking.
