Chapter 66 The Third Kiss
As a result, Yan Kui still ended up eating corn and pork rib soup during the meal. Just as she was about to ask Wei Yin where he got it, she overheard Huang Maomao and Yan Sheng chatting.
"Hey kid, eat more, look how skinny you are..."
Yan Kui looked over and saw that Yan Sheng had rolled up his sleeves, revealing his thin arms. He was a boy who was over 1.8 meters tall, but he was almost as thin as a bamboo pole.
Yan Sheng had indeed not eaten such delicious food in a long time, and nodded with a smile.
Wei Yin poured a bowl of corn and pork rib soup into Yan Kui's bowl. Huang Maomao swallowed the beef brisket in his mouth and asked the two Yan siblings, "Where are you two planning to go in the future?"
"Oh right, isn't Yan Kui going back to Nanshi?"
Yan Kui nodded: "Yes, I won't graduate until next year, and I'll have to go back to school afterwards."
Then he looked at Yan Sheng: "What about you? Do you want to go to university?"
According to what Yan Kui knew before the meal, Yan Sheng's grades were average, and he didn't get into a good university. He barely managed to enroll in a junior college, but he didn't continue his studies because he didn't have the money.
Yan Sheng glanced at Yan Kui's face, then lowered his head: "My grades aren't good, and continuing to study would cost a lot of money. I think it's better for me to work."
Wei Yin and Huang Maomao also looked over.
Yan Kui took a bite of the corn; it was crunchy and sweet.
He said, "If you want to study, then study. But we'll get the kinship test done when we get back."
Yan Sheng was slightly taken aback, but then he felt that Yan Kui's actions were also reasonable, and he nodded obediently.
She glanced furtively at Yan Kui, then mustered her courage and asked, "Sister, can I go to Nanshi with you too?"
“Yes,” she said, then added, worried that Yan Sheng might think she was a burden: “You don’t need to worry about the money. I’ll borrow from Brother Yin if I run out.”
After saying that, he winked at Wei Yin.
Wei Yin was amused by her cute appearance, and then Yan Sheng said, "Sister, can we stay here until the end of the New Year before we leave?"
"I'll take you to visit Mom and Dad's graves in a few days. They're not far from here. Also, have you seen that black box in the house?"
Several questions bombarded Yan Kui, leaving him unsure which to answer first. He put a piece of beef brisket into Yan Kui's bowl and only answered the first question: "I'll think about it. Don't think too much about it. Eat your fill and rest first."
Yan Sheng picked up the beef brisket from his bowl but hesitated to eat it. He glanced at Yan Kui and then decided to lower his head and eat first.
After dinner, Yan Kui went home. Yan Sheng stood outside the yard thanking Wei Yin repeatedly. Suddenly, he heard Wei Yin say, "Go sleep on the sofa. Let your sister sleep in my guest room. If you're worried, you can come and sleep here too."
She added, "It's very cold."
Yan Sheng recalled seeing the pile of bedding on the sofa earlier that day. He knew that the bedding wasn't warm at all, but he wasn't very familiar with Wei Yin, so he asked his sister to come and stay...
It doesn't seem like a good idea.
Seeing Yan Sheng hesitate for a long time, Huang Maomao pulled him to a corner and chattered away for a long time.
After listening to Huang Maomao's explanation, Yan Sheng suddenly realized why Wei Yinge had invited him over for dinner today, and why he had asked his sister to come and stay.
He nodded: "Okay, I'll go tell my sister now."
Immediately afterwards, Wei Yin took a shower and came out of the bathroom, where he saw Yan Kui sitting on the sofa in a daze.
Wei Yin, dressed in gray pajamas, asked, "Are you cold? It'll be warmer if we go back to the room and turn on the air conditioning."
Yan Kui shook her head: "It's not cold."
Wei Yin put down the towel, walked over, and sat down next to Yan Kui. The scent of shower gel wafted into Yan Kui's nostrils. Only a warm yellow floor lamp was on in the room. It seemed like a light rain was starting to fall outside the window, and the sound of raindrops gently hitting the glass was like the rhythm of Yan Kui's heartbeat.
An indescribable ambiguity filled the air.
Yan Kui was a little nervous.
Wei Yin's hair had been blow-dried, but it wasn't completely dry yet, making him look like a naive college student.
Wei Yin raised his cup, took a sip of water, and said to Yan Kui, "Last time we..."
Yan Kui already harbored lustful feelings for Wei Yin, and the memory immediately came vividly to her, recalling the last time they were in the same spot, and the scene of Wei Yin chasing after her and kissing her incessantly...
Yan Kui's fingers unconsciously brushed against her lips. Wei Yin's gaze followed Yan Kui's movements, his eyes suddenly becoming deep and unfathomable. The air seemed to thicken, and the sound of the rain seemed to grow louder.
Wei Yin curled his lips, trying to tease her: "I mean, after we came back from town last time, the village chief borrowed our motorcycle."
Upon hearing this, Yan Kui immediately pretended to fix her hair to hide her somewhat embarrassed expression and flushed cheeks.
Wei Yin's smile deepened: "You've got the wrong idea?"
"What's on your mind? Want to discuss it with me?"
Yan Kui turned her head away, not wanting to reply.
Wei Yin moved closer to her: "Not going to talk? Is there something you're embarrassed about?"
Wei Yin reached out and grasped her slender waist with his right hand. Yan Kui's breath caught in her throat for a moment, then she heard Wei Yin mischievously say, "Could it be that last time we were on the sofa..."
Yan Kui was already a little shy, and after Wei Yin sat down, the sofa sank in where he sat, and now his waist was being held like this.
Wei Yin also felt a little regretful at this moment. After holding Yan Kui's waist, the scenes of the two of them being entangled in his dream kept floating in his mind. His Adam's apple bobbed involuntarily, and the pressure on his hands increased.
"Yan Kui".
Wei Yin's voice was deep and sexy at that moment, and the way he pronounced her name evoked an indescribable desire.
Yan Kui felt extremely passive in this situation, and her eyelashes trembled uncontrollably.
He gently pinched her soft, slender waist with his large hand, and then heard Wei Yin speak again: "Want to try again?"
Hearing him say that, Yan Kui suddenly laughed out loud, her cheeks flushed as she turned around, her bright eyes full of cunning: "Wei Yin, are you seducing me?"
She couldn't help but reveal her adorable pearly teeth, and continued speaking to Wei Yin face to face: "Don't you dare try to cheat me."
After saying that, she straddled Wei Yin's lap, cupped Wei Yin's face in her hands, and saw that Wei Yin's eyes seemed to be able to draw her in, so she simply closed her eyes and kissed him directly.
When Yan Kui's lips gently touched his, the first thing she felt was his slightly cool lips, like flower petals covered in morning dew.
The first time Wei Yin kissed her, he only touched her lightly, but she bit him hard afterward.
The second time Wei Yin kissed her, it was also on this sofa. Wei Yin slowly chased after her lips, kissing them gently and caressing them.
But this time was different—Yan Kui followed a tutorial she had seen online before, slowly parting his lips with her tongue, tasting the lingering jasmine tea scent of toothpaste mixed with his hot breath.
Wei Yin was so aroused by her actions that he could hardly control himself. He curled his fingers behind her waist, digging his knuckles into the fabric of her cotton coat.
Seeing that Yan Kui only licked his lips with her little tongue, Wei Yin finally couldn't help but move.
He wrapped his arms around her and held her tighter, his lips responding with a flustered eagerness, as if he wanted to pour all his restraint into this kiss.
