Hong Yi lay on the ground, his face filled with terror, a gruesome bloody hole in the middle of his forehead that sent chills down one's spine.
Hong Sihai quickly averted his gaze and swiftly walked towards Ye Chen.
"Master Ye, are you alright?" Ye Chen shook his head slightly.
"Master Ye, if I may ask, are they all you...?"
At this point, Hong Sihai made a throat-slitting gesture.
"Yes." Ye Chen nodded in response.
Hong Sihai was startled by these words, and his gaze toward Ye Chen became even more respectful.

"Do you think I need to go to the hospital?" Ye Chen asked back.
Hong Sihai immediately realized what was going on and smiled apologetically.
"Alright, I'm going to see Ruoxi," Ye Chen said.
"Master Ye, let me take you there," Hong Sihai said quickly.
Ye Chen nodded, and then left the scene with Hong Sihai.
Time passed slowly, in a clean room.
Lin Ruoxi lay on a bed, her eyelashes trembling slightly before she slowly opened her eyes.
Where is this place?
Looking at the unfamiliar surroundings, Lin Ruoxi instinctively became wary.
Then she suddenly realized something and her face turned pale.
"Waaaaah..."
Lin Ruoxi's eyes immediately welled up with tears, and a feeling of utter heartbreak enveloped her.
"I'm sorry, Ye Chen."
"Ye Chen, it's all my fault. I've dragged you into this."
"You must not get hurt, otherwise I won't be able to survive alone."
Half an hour later, Hong Sihai brought Ye Chen outside the room.
"President Lin is resting inside. Master Ye, please come in."
Hong Sihai opened the door and closed it after Ye Chen went in.
He then ordered that no one should enter and disturb the area at will.
Ye Chen walked into the room and immediately headed towards the bedroom.
When he arrived at the bedroom door, he saw Lin Ruoxi crying sadly.
Ye Chen thought Lin Ruoxi was crying because she had suffered some grievance or was upset, so he quickly went forward and hugged her.
"Ruoxi, what's wrong?"
Lin Ruoxi was hugged from behind, which startled her and made her scream.
She was overjoyed when that familiar voice rang out.
Lin Ruoxi quickly turned around and looked at the handsome face in front of her. She could no longer suppress her excitement.
"Ye Chen!"
Lin Ruoxi immediately hugged Ye Chen, her face full of happy smiles.
"Ye Chen, is it really you? Am I dreaming?"
“It’s me, Ruoxi. You’re not dreaming,” Ye Chen said, patting Lin Ruoxi on the back.
"Waaaaah, this is so great!"
Lin Ruoxi burst into tears of joy and hugged Ye Chen tightly.
The warmth and aura emanating from Ye Chen excited her.
Lin Ruoxi rested her head on Ye Chen's chest, her delicate face beaming with happiness, completely immersed in the moment.
Just as Lin Ruoxi was enjoying her blissful moment, she suddenly opened her eyes, her happiness replaced by anxiety and worry.
"Ruoxi, what's wrong?" Ye Chen asked, sensing Lin Ruoxi's unusual behavior.
"Ye Chen, let's go, we need to get to the hospital quickly."
Lin Ruoxi said anxiously.
She clearly remembered that Ye Chen had drunk poisoned wine, and there could be no delay.
