Lin Ruoxi soon appeared under the pavilion.
She saw Zhang Daguo and his son chatting with her parents, and they seemed quite happy.
"Ruoxi, you're here." Zhang Qiang's eyes lit up when he saw Lin Ruoxi.
Without saying a word, Zhang Qiang quickly stepped forward to greet him with a smile.
As Zhang Qiang approached Lin Ruoxi, a glint of lust flashed in his eyes.
He longed to pin the woman in front of him down and ejaculate beneath her.
Lin Ruoxi felt intense disgust towards Zhang Qiang's gaze.
However, due to the occasion, she simply nodded and walked towards her parents.
Zhang Qiang was a little annoyed by the cold shoulder, but he still managed to hide it.

"Ruoxi, you've finally arrived," Qin Xiulian said with a smile.
"Chairman Zhang was praising you the whole time, saying you are very outstanding."
"Hello, Chairman Zhang." Lin Ruoxi greeted him politely and then sat down.
"Is Chairman Zhang seeking reconciliation with me this time?"
Zhang Daguo smiled and said, "That is indeed the intention."
After saying that, Zhang Daguo looked at Zhang Qiang and said, "Xiao Qiang, quickly make a pot of tea and come over."
Zhang Qiang understood immediately and quickly ran to make tea.
"President Lin, it was all because Xiaoqiang was ignorant before," Zhang Daguo said with a smile.
“I feel ashamed and angry that he did this behind my back.”
"Please don't let this cause any misunderstanding, Mr. Lin."
"Chairman Zhang, you flatter me. How could Ruoxi do that?"
"The Zhang Group and the Lin Group are one family," Qin Xiulian quickly interjected.
"Chairman Zhang, what are the conditions for the Zhang Group to lift its suppression of the Lin Group?"
Lin Ruoxi spoke with great caution.
"Ruoxi, Chairman Zhang said he doesn't have any conditions."
"I just hope we can continue to cooperate amicably," Qin Xiulian said with a smile.
"Yes, that's my idea."
"Let's all keep things peaceful and make money together. There's no need for underhanded tactics," Zhang Daguo said with a smile.
Just then, Zhang Qiang walked over with a teapot.
Zhang Qiang quickly poured tea for Lin Ruoxi and the others, saying, "Uncle, Aunt, Ruoxi, please have some tea."
As soon as he finished speaking, Zhang Qiang gave his father a wink.
"Mr. Lin, after you've had this cup of tea, let's get straight to the point," Zhang Daguo said with a smile.
He knew Lin Ruoxi was always on guard, so only by saying this could she possibly accept the tea.
Lin Ruoxi thought for a moment and glanced at the teacup.
"Okay, let's be frank and speak openly, so we can better solve the problem."
“I think so too,” Zhang Daguo said with a smile, then raised his cup to drink tea.
Seeing this, Lin Ruoxi also picked up her teacup and started drinking.
Qin Xiulian and Lin Sanguo also picked up their teacups and started drinking.
Zhang Daguo and Zhang Qiang had strange expressions on their faces when they saw this.
A few seconds later, Lin Ruoxi and her parents finished their tea.
"Chairman Zhang, we've had our tea. Let's talk," Lin Ruoxi said.
Zhang Daguo looked at him strangely and said, "I don't think there's anything left to discuss."
"What do you mean?" Lin Ruoxi asked, her brows furrowing slightly.
"Clang!" Just then, Qin Xiulian and Lin Sanguo suddenly fainted to the ground.
This scene startled Lin Ruoxi.
"Mom and Dad, what's wrong?" Lin Ruoxi called out hurriedly.
When Lin Ruoxi stood up, she immediately felt dizzy.
Lin Ruoxi almost fell to the ground.
Her brows were furrowed, and her complexion looked bad. "What... what happened?"
"Haha!" Zhang Qiang burst into laughter upon seeing this, a wicked look on his face.
"Zhang Qiang, what did you do to us?" Lin Ruoxi asked, her voice filled with anguish.
"I put a sleeping potion in your tea, haha," Zhang Qiang said with a grin.
"You!" Lin Ruoxi's expression changed drastically. She hadn't expected this and angrily said, "Zhang Qiang, you're despicable! What are you trying to do!"
"Lin Ruoxi, I have a sincere heart for you, but you don't give me a kind look."
"If that's the case, then I'll try another method."
"Anyway, you're like a fish on a chopping board now, I can do whatever I want with you, haha."
Zhang Qiang said with a wicked grin.
"No, you, you mustn't do anything reckless."
Lin Ruoxi was so frightened that her face turned pale. The next second, everything went black and she completely lost consciousness.
Seeing Lin Ruoxi fall unconscious, Zhang Qiang, emboldened by lust, wanted to vent his anger.
"Now I can finally whip him."
"Xiaoqiang, what are you doing?" Zhang Daguo said in a deep voice.
"Dad, I just wanted to vent," Zhang Qiang said with a smile.
"What kind of time is this? You still want to do this kind of thing? You're incredibly audacious."
Zhang Daguo's face darkened, and he immediately reprimanded him.
"We don't have much time left."
"Our top priority is to escape first; this woman is our bargaining chip for survival."
Although Zhang Qiang was unwilling to accept the scolding from his father, he had no choice but to obey.
"Okay, then I'll leave her alone for now."
"But Dad, once we're safe, I'm definitely going to take action against her."
"Do whatever you want then," Zhang Daguo said.
"Quickly get her to the car," Zhang Daguo said to his assistants behind him.
The two helpers nodded and immediately stepped forward.
"Dad, should we take these two with us?" Zhang Qiang asked, pointing at Lin Ruoxi's parents.
“No,” Zhang Daguo said, “bringing these two along would be a burden.”
"As long as we have Lin Ruoxi, Ye Chen won't dare to act rashly against us."
Ten minutes later, Zhang Daguo and his son drove away.
