The next morning, Lin Ruoxi finished washing up and went out to have breakfast.
"Ruoxi, it's freshly cooked," Qin Xiulian said with a smile.
“Okay, Mom, you eat too,” Lin Ruoxi said.

This is happening in the conference room of the Lin Group.
Sitting in the main seat, Lin Ruoxi had a serious expression. "Everyone, please report on the situation."
"President Lin, the renovation project of the large shopping mall under Sihai Group is going smoothly so far, but this smoothness is unlikely to last long."
"The root cause is still our lack of funds, which will definitely affect the progress. This is something we urgently need to solve."

Just then, Lin Ruoxi's phone rang.
She glanced at her phone; it was her mother calling. "Hello, Mom."
"You must be Lin Ruoxi," a strange man's voice came through the phone.
Lin Ruoxi immediately became alert upon hearing this, "Who are you?"
"Why did you take my mom's phone? What happened to my mom?"
“Your mother broke my things and is causing trouble on my turf.”
"You'd better come over and handle this."
"Otherwise, I guarantee your mother will be bedridden in the hospital for the rest of her life," the man said sinisterly.
"Okay, okay, I'm coming right now, but don't do anything rash."
Lin Ruoxi quickly said, her delicate face filled with anxiety.
Lin Ruoxi looked worried after hanging up the phone, and she was so anxious that she wished she could rush to the scene.
She didn't get the impression that the other person was a nice person.
"I need to call Ye Chen." Lin Ruoxi suddenly thought of Ye Chen.
With Ye Chen by her side, she would feel more at ease.
"Ye Chen, where are you right now? I need to ask you for a favor."
After the call connected, Lin Ruoxi immediately spoke.

Lin Ruoxi immediately told Ye Chen everything that had just happened.

Half an hour later, Ye Chen appeared in Lin Ruoxi's office.
As soon as Ye Chen appeared, Lin Ruoxi immediately stepped forward, "Ye Chen, will my mother be alright?"
"No, it won't," Ye Chen reassured him.
"I'll go with you to see what's going on, and then we'll decide what to do."

Lin Ruoxi nodded to Ye Chen.
At this point, Ye Chen had become her pillar of support, so she trusted him completely.

"You hit my people and smashed my things."

The sinister man's face immediately turned ugly.
