"Mom, I'm fine," Lin Ruoxi said.
Qin Xiulian immediately breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing this, "Thank goodness you're alright, thank God."
"We owe Ye Chen a lot this time, otherwise things would have been much more complicated," Lin Ruoxi said.
"Mom, you need to change your prejudice against Ye Chen."
Qin Xiulian did not comment on this issue, but she had no intention of changing her mind.
She still thought Ye Chen was a kept man.

Lin Ruoxi frowned slightly, looking at her mother.
"This, this, actually..." Qin Xiulian stammered.
"Mom, tell me the truth," Lin Ruoxi asked again.
"I've heard that Luo Xiaofei is a formidable figure."
"I want him to help me recover the money that the Zhang Group owes the Lin Group."
“When I mentioned this to him, he asked me to pay him.”

After saying that, Lin Ruoxi turned and walked out of the house.
Qin Xiulian frowned and said, "You'll handle it. How will you handle it?"

Qin Xiulian took out her phone and made a call to invite her girlfriends.
Time flies, and darkness gradually fell.
Ye Chen sat cross-legged on the bed to cultivate.
Half an hour later, he exhaled.
Just then, Ye Chen's phone rang.
Ye Chen picked up his phone and saw that it was Hong Sihai calling.
Ye Chen then pressed the answer button.
"Xiao Si, is there something you need?" Ye Chen asked.
"Master Ye, didn't I mention the auction to you before?"
"It wasn't held before due to some reasons."
"However, the organizers have already issued a notice that an auction will be held tonight."
"So I'd like to confirm with Master Ye whether he's free tonight?" Hong Sihai said respectfully.
After hearing Hong Sihai's words, Ye Chen remembered the charity.
"Okay, I understand. I will attend the auction tonight."
“Master Ye, shall I drive to pick you up in a bit?” Hong Sihai said.
"No need, just tell me the time and address."
"I'll just take a taxi there myself in a bit," Ye Chen said.
“Yes, Master Ye.” Hong Sihai nodded in response.
After chatting for a while, Ye Chen hung up the phone.
Ye Chen then received a text message: Mingsheng Convention and Exhibition Center, 8 o'clock.
Ye Chen checked the time; there was still an hour until 8 PM.
Ye Chen got out of bed and went into the bathroom.
Half an hour later, Ye Chen took a taxi to the Mingsheng Convention and Exhibition Center.
"I hope tonight's auction will be fruitful," Ye Chen said softly.
Meanwhile, a luxury car is heading to the Mingsheng Convention and Exhibition Center.
There was a man and a woman on the bus.
The woman was dressed sexily and quite alluring.
The man was none other than Luo Xiaofei, whom Ye Chen had previously reprimanded.
Luo Donghong had something to do, so he asked Luo Xiaofei to attend the auction in his place.
"Young Master Luo, I heard that tonight's auction is quite high-class, and the invited attendees are all very wealthy and powerful," the woman asked curiously.
