Half an hour later, Li Du led his men to a secluded and deserted place.
A simple pavilion was built not far away.
At this moment, Ye Chen was sitting cross-legged on the pavilion.
Seeing this, Li Du sneered, "He's out of his mind."
"But it's fine, this place is remote and deserted, perfect for taking him out."
Li Du said in a sinister tone, a murderous glint flashing in his eyes.
"You all saw it, didn't you? I don't want this kid to live past tonight."
"Don't worry, this is easy," the bald man sneered.
Baldy and his gang are ruthless thugs; they only care about money, not people.
They'll do anything, no matter how heinous, as long as the money is right.
"This kid looks so frail, there's no need for so many of us to make a move."
"I could take him down with one hand."
"It's a waste of our talents to deal with this kid with so many of us."
"You guys watch from the sidelines for a bit, I'll take care of him."
"Alright, alright, you guys shut up and get things done."
Li Du said in a deep voice, signaling the bald man and the others to act quickly.
"Brothers, follow me," the bald man shouted, then led his men toward Ye Chen.
The others followed suit.
Li Du watched as the bald man and his group walked towards Ye Chen, a cold smile creeping across his face.
"You bastard, I'll make sure you don't escape tonight, hmph."
Ye Chen, who was cultivating, twitched his eyebrows slightly, sensing someone approaching immediately.
However, Ye Chen did not open his eyes immediately.
A few minutes later, the bald man and his group walked up to the pavilion.
The bald man looked at Ye Chen and sneered, "Kid, you must be Ye Chen."
"I don't have time to deal with you right now."
"Those who know what's good for them will leave on their own, or they'll have to bear the consequences," Ye Chen said slowly with his eyes closed.
The bald man paused for a moment, then burst into laughter.
"This kid is young, but he's pretty arrogant. We should be more discreet."
"I've seen plenty of arrogant people, but in the end they all became my victims."
"Arrogance and conceit will come at a terrible price."
"Kid, do you know who we are? How dare you be so arrogant?"
"Believe it or not, I can punch you so hard you'll shit yourself in two punches."
Those present began to speak.
No one took Ye Chen seriously.
Having been through many battles, they were confident that they could take down Ye Chen in an instant.
Ye Chen scoffed at the other party's arrogant words.
"It's not that I intentionally target you, everyone here is trash."
These words enraged everyone.
The bald man's face was grim, and his eyes flashed with a fierce light. "Kid, no one can save you tonight."
"Big brother, stop wasting your breath on him, let's take him down quickly."
"Yes, boss, let's take him down so we can have some fun."
"Kid, if you cooperate obediently, I'll make sure you die without any pain."
"Kid, be a good person in your next life."
Ye Chen slowly opened his eyes and looked at the other person with a mocking gaze.
"All of you ugly and deformed people, come at me all at once."
"Holy crap, this kid is incredibly arrogant, daring to provoke us like this."
"Damn it, bro, I absolutely can't stand it."
The bald man gave Ye Chen a cold, calculating look.
He didn't sense anything special about Ye Chen; he seemed no different from an ordinary person.
"Take care of him for me," the bald man said to his men.
The skinny man gave a sinister smile, then pulled out a dagger.
The dagger was extremely sharp, its blade gleaming coldly.
"Kid, die!" the skinny man sneered, then charged at Ye Chen.
The skinny man's dagger was aimed directly at Ye Chen's vitals.
Since his opponent attacked with deadly intent right from the start, Ye Chen naturally retaliated in kind.
"Whoosh!" Ye Chen appeared in front of the skinny man.
He grabbed the skinny man's hand, and the next second a cold light flashed across the skinny man's neck.
The skinny man's eyes widened immediately, his face filled with horror.
He felt a chill on his neck, followed by something flowing out.
The skinny man instinctively touched his neck and saw that his hand was covered in blood.
Soon, blood gushed out like a burst dam.
"Waaah..." The skinny man covered his neck tightly with both hands, making terrified noises.
Not long after, he collapsed to the ground.
Gradually, the skinny man stopped struggling and became a corpse.
This happened so fast that many people didn't even have time to react.
By the time they realized what was happening, the skinny man was already dead.
Blood flowed continuously, staining the earth red, and the air was filled with the stench of blood.
"This..." The people present stared wide-eyed, mouths agape, their faces filled with shock.
They never expected that the one who died would be the skinny guy.
"Trash is trash, utterly useless." Ye Chen said with a look of disgust.
The bald man was so angry that his face turned ashen, and his eyes seemed to be spitting fire.
Baldy is a big brother figure, and he'll kill anyone who dares to mock him.
"Kid, you've successfully angered me."
"What are you all standing there for? Get him now and kill him!"
The bald man turned around and shouted angrily at his men.
At the bald man's command, everyone roared and charged towards Ye Chen.
All the sharp blades in their hands were aimed at Ye Chen's vital points.
Ye Chen sneered, a cold glint flashing in his eyes.
With a swift movement, Ye Chen skillfully deflected all of the opponent's attacks.
Immediately afterwards, Ye Chen descended the mountain like a tiger, his fists slamming towards his opponent with terrifying power.
The sound of wind whistling was heard wherever the fist struck.
"Bang bang bang!" Ye Chen's fists slammed into the other person's body.
