Before Lin Ruoxi could finish speaking, Li Wei interrupted her in a pretentious manner.

Li Wei sneered, feeling quite displeased.
Li Wei felt he was about to succeed, but Ye Chen suddenly appeared and ruined his plans, which made him unhappy.
Now Ye Chen is saying that his golf skills are not good, and even said that he can crush and beat Li Wei, which is adding fuel to the fire.
Li Wei is just like Zhang Qiang; now that he's being looked down upon, how can he swallow this insult?

She felt that Ye Chen was saying that entirely to help her out of a difficult situation.

“You were joking with me, but I took it seriously,” Li Wei said coldly.
"I have never been humiliated like this before."
"If I just let this go, won't my friends laugh at me?"
