Chapter 425 The Future of the Prophet (Part 2)
The crow slowly transformed, and in a flash it became a person. Jaina sighed, this person was the prophet she had met twice.
The prophet smiled when he saw Jaina sigh, silently telling Jaina, I have seen you too. Indeed, Jaina had seen him twice before, once at Antonidas' place, and once behind Arthas. Antonidas was able to spot her the first time, and it was impossible for him, with his higher magic power, not to have spotted her.
The Prophet's eyes frightened Jaina, and so did his voice: "The dead of this city will rest for now, but do not be deceived, your prince will only find death in the cold north."
Jaina whispered back: "Alsas is just doing what he believes is right."
"Haha, belief in oneself may be worthy of praise," the Prophet said expressionlessly, "but his enthusiasm will be the source of his failure. Now the responsibility falls on your shoulders, young mage."
"What? Me?" Jaina was very surprised.
"Antonidas did not listen to me, and so did Terenas and Alsas. Human leaders and magic masters have turned a deaf ear to the truth. But I think you may not."
The power radiated from the Prophet was like a substance, and Jaina could almost see the powerful and dazzling energy threads swirling around him. The Prophet stepped forward and placed a hand on her shoulder. She looked at him in confusion.
"You must lead your people to the ancient continent of Kalimdor in the west. Only there can you fight the shadow and save the world from the flames."
He was right. Jaina stared into his eyes and fell into them. There was no domination or coercion in them, only a far-sighted and confident insight that seemed to see her right into her bones.
"I..." She swallowed hard, then nodded involuntarily.
"Remember, you don't have that much time left. You have wasted too much time. New destruction will come soon."
Jaina regained some consciousness and raised her chin and said, "But we can't leave all at once. If you know the Alliance, you must know this."
The prophet smiled and patted Jaina on the shoulder: "Do what you think you should do, but don't delay too long. The hourglass of time is flowing rapidly. The longer you delay, the more deaths you will have."
Jaina nodded and did not reply to the prophet. She decided to discuss with others, parents, teachers and her orc friends. After all, too many people died. It would be a good choice to transfer them to another continent while they were still alive. Richard and the others said that Kalimdor was a quiet continent, where only the elves, tauren and some native races lived carefree. The goblins built the Thorn City near the coastline, where it was very peaceful and there were no creatures threatening their survival. It was indeed feasible to live there.
After the prophet finished speaking, he gradually became smaller, turned back into a large crow, flapped his wings and flew away with his feathers shaking. When the crow flew past Jaina, there was no trace of corpses, war or other unknown smells in the black figure. It had a very clean and fresh smell, which was very refreshing. In an instant, Jaina's heart was filled with hope. Jaina reached out and grabbed a fallen feather, which instantly turned into ash, all covered with dense magical energy.
"Such powerful magic, maybe what he said is really true."
Jaina made a decision immediately and left here directly through the portal. However, she did not notice that a carrion crow on the side of the road had red light in its eyes.
"Cack"
the crow also flapped its wings and flew away, but upon closer inspection, the crow was a little strange, as if... as if it was not real...
The crow was indeed not a real crow, it was a crow from Kozan Island. Richard did plan to capture Chromie, but he didn't completely ignore Arthas. He still kept an eye on him. He found a big fish here before he arrived. What's more exciting is that the big fish swam to the location of the tribe, so they can close the net.
Kozan Island is now ready. Thrall found a suitable ambush point for Vashj and Primadis. They have used magic potions that do not belong to Azeroth to draw a spell to temporarily block magic in the mud in Thrall's tent, and then hid in the mountains some distance away from the tent with Richard Onyxia. Even Xavius opened a portal behind them and walked out with nightmares shrouding him.
Richard and the others waited for a long time before the prophet Medivh slowly flew over. Thrall was meditating at the ambush site. Medivh changed into human form and continued to say what he had said to the others. As soon as he finished speaking, a blue light appeared under his feet.
"Trap!" Medivh realized something was wrong the moment the spell was activated and immediately dodged, but he was still a step too late. The confinement magic directly stripped away his magic, and Medivh immediately turned into a spirit. However, this could not last long, so Vashj and Valeera attacked from both sides. Thrall immediately jumped back and put on a gas mask. The next moment, the gaseous poison directly enveloped the place.
"Naga... elves... two races of the same species but different fates have come together... a sign of the world's darkness... but do you think you can stop me with this?"
With a whoosh, Oshu's magic stirred up a storm and directly blew over the poison array that she and the other two had set up.
Vashj didn't bother with him and retreated directly. The imprisonment array was shorter than she expected. Although Medivh's body was not his, his brain was still his excellent brain. It didn't take long for him to crack the spell. To deal with such a person, he still had to use powerful force.
As if responding to what Vashj was thinking, the dragon army led by Onyxia directly covered the sky here.
"The black dragon blocking the sun, a sign of great danger..." Medivh squinted his eyes and looked at the sky, sighing. Suddenly, his eyes widened and he looked behind him in disbelief.
"Devil...it's actually a devil!" The one
who appeared behind him was Xavius. Xavius laughed, and the nightmare turned into several ropes and directly entangled Medivh. At the same time, Richard appeared on the other side, and the ropes of shadow also fixed him. This is the best way to deal with him. Shadow can imprison the soul, while nightmare specializes in devouring the soul.
"Ah" a shrill scream rang behind Richard, and a banshee appeared there. It was specially prepared for Medivh to revitalize her soul.
