A blocking sound was heard, and a familiar breath suddenly appeared beside her. Bai Yanran opened her eyes in disbelief, and the next second, tears fell down.
Sister, I finally found you!
Bai Xing frowned and looked at the man in front of her. The latter was stunned for a moment and instantly dissatisfied.
"Who are you?"
"How dare you, a grown man, bully a little girl of four or five years old?" Bai Xing really couldn't bear to watch it any more. The child had no attacking power at all and could only roll over and over with difficulty to avoid the attacks. Her forehead was bruised and purple by the stones on the ground, and she looked very pitiful.
She didn't like to meddle in other people's affairs, but if she had to watch a little girl like this being hacked to death by someone, it would be hard for her to just stand by and watch.
"Don't meddle in other people's business! Get out of here or I'll kill you!" The man thought she was here to snatch the child away too. Could it be that this person had also discovered the little girl's secret? He felt anxious and his face turned cold.
Bai Xing looked at him coldly and hit his chest with her palm. The next second, his figure disappeared into the air and three pieces of equipment fell to the ground.
Bai Xing took a quick look and saw that they were all cheap junk equipment. That set of armor probably couldn't withstand a normal attack from her dagger, so she didn't like it and just left it there without paying any attention to it.
Suddenly someone hugged her thigh. Bai Xing looked down with a puzzled look on her face and saw the little girl hugging her thigh and starting to cry.
She cried with such sincerity that her tears flowed like a spring.
Bai Xing couldn't help but feel helpless. Is he relying on her?
"Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo, woo, I finally found you."
Bai Xing:?
"Did you recognize the wrong person?" Bai Xing's legs were held by her and she couldn't move at all. She just hung on her legs like a koala and whimpered.
The little girl raised her head with tears in her eyes: "Sister, it's okay. I know you don't know me yet, but I know you."
The little girl sobbed, "I'm the child you picked up. My name is Bai Yanran."
The little girl's eyes were filled with tears and her face was full of sincerity. Bai Xing was silent for a moment.
Why doesn't she remember picking up a child? This doesn't seem like something she would do.
Bai Yanran seemed to see through her confusion: "If you hadn't picked me up now, sister, you would have met me in the future, and then brought me home and let me live with you." The little girl's eyes were suddenly filled with sadness, as if she remembered something sad.
Bai Xing sighed. Her perception told her that the little girl was not lying.
"How about this, you tell me some of my secrets, secrets that I will never tell anyone else, and I will believe you." Bai Xing squatted down, looked at Bai Yanran straight in the eye, and said softly.
Bai Yanran was infected by her emotions and stopped crying. She tilted her head and thought for a while: "Sister, there is a red mole one finger below your left breast."
Bai Xing:! ?
