Chapter 16 Big Brother Fatty Travels in Modern Times

In the winter of the twenty-third year of Mingxi's reign, it snowed heavily, and the entire palace was covered in white, like a blanket of silver.

Only a few red plum blossoms broke free from the white snow and bloomed wildly with red stamens.

The emperor had nothing to do after the morning court session, and the noise from the young children in the palace gave him a headache, so he walked alone on the gravel road, admiring the white sky.

"The white snow thinks spring is coming too late, so it penetrates the trees in the courtyard and turns into flying petals." The emperor murmured in a low voice, becoming interested.

Wu Zhonghe quickly set up a small red clay stove and called in a few useful servants to serve the emperor.

He gave his orders methodically, and when he saw His Majesty take his seat, he beamed, "Your Majesty, a small red clay stove, green ants brewing new wine. Thanks to you, I have also witnessed the scene described in the poem."

Emperor Mingxi looked over when he heard this, his eyes dark as he glanced at him sideways: "Oh?"

"Your Highness and Your Majesty have newly brewed rice wine. There is a layer of foam floating on the surface of the wine. It is slightly green in color and as fine as an ant. I have the audacity to ask someone to serve it to you." He lowered his head and brought the serving tray and placed it on the fine-toothed table.

The emperor sneered, understanding his thoughts, and said, "How can I be angry with him, you little dog?"

Wu Zhonghe was anxious because he saw him staying here instead of going to see the little prince.

I was afraid that the father and son would not get along and make the little fat boy sad.

"Hey! Your Majesty is wise, I am guilty." Wu Zhonghe raised his hand decisively and pretended to pat it a few times.

Emperor Mingxi saw this and felt that this palace and this throne did not belong to him, but to his children.

"You little brat, you have no other skills but to act like a spoiled child. You bribed more than a thousand people in the palace." He took a sip of rice wine, his brows relaxed, and he talked about the faults of the fat boy.

The sound was clear and melodious, reaching the ears of the little fat boy who was looking for his father in the palace.

"Damn father, you have no other skills but to scold the fish, making them have stomachaches and headaches!" The little fat boy rushed in angrily and scolded the emperor like a parrot.

The voice was soft and childish, but it was so powerful that Emperor Mingxi almost dropped his wine glass.

Seeing the little tiger about to pounce on him, the emperor was so anxious that he jumped over the wall and ran away.

He had no other choice. If he faced this little enemy head-on, he might get a lot of benefits from him, and he would have to say nice things until his mouth was dry.

He ran away early, and the little brat was so tired that he forgot about it.

He was as light as a swallow, and the little fat boy was chubby. He had to watch him run away, but fortunately Feitu was following closely.

He carried the little fat boy on his back and went after him. The father and son ran all over the palace. Finally, the emperor was blocked in front of a vermilion gate. He looked at his son anxiously and said, "Why bother?"

The fat baby was panting and was too tired to straighten his back: "Huff, huff, daddy is going to suffer!"

Emperor Mingxi looked helpless. He was trying to find a way to escape when the little fat cub jumped off the tiger's back.

The dragon robe was complicated, so he grasped the hems of the robe tightly with his fat hands and rushed forward in a crooked manner.

The emperor was worried about him, so he stood there motionless.

But the little fat boy was secretly doing something bad. He walked up to the boy, glared at him twice, shouted, "Ah, Ah," and then rushed over like a calf.

Emperor Mingxi was caught off guard and was knocked off balance by him. Both father and son fell behind the vermilion door.

------------------

The world was spinning, and he felt extremely dizzy. The emperor instinctively hugged his son tightly.

After an unknown amount of time, Emperor Mingxi leaned against the wall with his hand on his forehead.

Quarrel.

Extremely noisy.

Harsh and complex.

He half-opened his eyes, looking at the hustle and bustle of traffic and the square, long buildings everywhere, and his pupils suddenly shrank.

The dazed little fat boy only felt a strong force coming at him, and then he was stuffed into his father's arms.

"Father." The little fat boy struggled hard, flapping his short limbs.

The emperor patted his butt and said, "Be good."

Is Daddy nervous? The little fat boy buried himself in his father's arms and didn't move. He is an obedient child who won't contradict when it matters.

Emperor Mingxi covered his son completely with his wide sleeves, and then he looked carefully at this strange world.

On the straight and wide road, there was a square object with wheels running, which should be the same as a carriage or a sedan chair.

It's just a lot faster.

The emperor stood up, his tall figure looked into the distance, taking everything in.

These houses should be inhabited. Emperor Mingxi saw people in strange costumes coming out of the houses.

He paused, looked at himself and his son, and thought silently, maybe we are the ones dressed strangely here.

The little fat boy stuck to his daddy obediently, calling Ding Ding in his heart.

Ding Ding ignored him all the time. The fat baby thought that Ding Ding was tired and wanted to sleep.

Then he became quiet, like a puppet.

Emperor Mingxi was also very quiet, observing the world calmly.

Those who are not of my race must have different hearts.

If this was an xenophobic place, he and his son would be in a difficult situation.

It doesn't matter what happens to him, but his children must not be harmed in any way.

Coincidentally, the two of them were in a hidden location behind a row of neatly arranged grass walls. The emperor knew that these walls were artificially built because he saw someone repairing them on another road.

No one noticed that there were two more people in the green space.

Emperor Mingxi observed for a long time before putting his son down and hiding him in the bushes. He then carefully instructed him, "My son, wait here. I will be back soon."

He told the little fat boy that he was right in front of him and asked him not to worry.

The chubby two-year-old baby raised his chubby little hands to cover his mouth when he heard this, blinking his big eyes as if to say: Be obedient, fish.
