Come on, main force

Come on, main force

A large red dot was marked on the smooth black mirror surface, indicating Megatron's location. At this moment, this tiny coordinate forced Starscream to abandon the newly arranged procession, the prepared eulogy, and the setup for Megatron's mourning. Extreme shock and resentment filled his heart, causing him to overlook the small red dot next to the large one, which wasn't specifically highlighted or enlarged.

"How could he... Oh, I mean, Lord Megatron is truly blessed! He survived the explosion of the Space Bridge." Starscream gritted his teeth, looking incredulous, and leaned closer to Soundwave's mask to confirm that Megatron's coordinates were indeed approaching the Decepticon warship. Not only was his flame not extinguished, but he still had the strength to fly!

Starscream ordered his henchmen to quickly tidy up the area, then summoned the Seeker squad to fly off the ship's deck. He announced very loudly:

"Let's go and greet Lord Megatron!"

...

In space, without a medium to transmit sound, the steel fork wouldn't actually hear anything. As she crossed the space bridge, the enormous explosion received by the audio receiver suddenly vanished, leaving only the hissing sound of the receiver, making the space she had suddenly arrived in even more silent.

Steel Fork grabbed the waist of another machine, and because it was flying too fast, its head hit the machine's chest armor. At the same time, she used her superpower to deploy a barrier, forming a spherical shell to protect the two machines inside the barrier.

The expanding flames rapidly engulfed the entire spherical shell, and the massive heat and high-energy light waves generated in that instant were all blocked by the shell. The explosion gradually subsided, the heat dissipated into the vacuum of space, and the spherical shell that formed the barrier disappeared along with it.

Grim Fork released Megatron and turned to look at the Space Bridge. The broken metal frame was dilapidated and disjointed, barely recognizable as round. Scattered debris was everywhere around the bridge, some parts glowing red due to the high temperature.

"Calling Shockwave." Steel Fork's message flew towards the countless stars, but received no reply. A tightness gripped Steel Fork's chest. Although the annoying Shockwave often made her want to run away from "home," she had never truly gone and never returned. Now, however, there was no going back. The emotions transmitted through the link remained calm. Steel Fork gazed at the stars. Could Cybertron be among so many stars? Cybertron, such a vast planet, had become a tiny point of light. How far was this place from Cybertron? Now that communication was lost, where was she now?

A sharp hand landed on Grimlock's shoulder armor. Megatron saw the Decepticon symbol on Grimlock's arm and said, "First of all, thank you for helping me. Tell me your name, and I will reward you, soldier. I haven't seen you on the warship. I just heard you calling Shockwave. Are you Shockwave's subordinate left behind on Cybertron?"

"Um... sort of," Steel Fork replied vaguely. Having already encountered Shockwave, she didn't want to clash with someone she was meeting for the first time. "My name is Steel Fork. Are you Megatron? I've seen you in the files. You're the leader of the Decepticons!"

"Haha, I really am the leader of the Decepticons." Having survived the ordeal, forgive Megatron's smug expression. Ironhide raised an eyebrow and said excitedly, "So Shockwave is still alive?"

"Of course he's alive! Alright, at least until I crossed the space bridge. Now Cybertron is littered with those strange, energizing corpses, and we've lost contact. I really don't know if he's safe..." As he said this, the wings on Grimfork's back drooped dejectedly. Although Shockwave was ruthless and cold-blooded, after living together for so long, his safety was still a concern.

“Shockwave isn’t that fragile. Come on, soldiers, let’s get back to the ship. I think Starscream is already in my seat.” With that, Megatron transformed into a Cybertronian aircraft, leading Grimlock towards the ship. Just moments ago, Soundwave successfully detected Megatron’s life signal near the destroyed space bridge and made contact with him, informing him of the ship’s location.

Megatron asked inquisitively, "I saw that the impact of those explosions was blocked. Did you do that?"

Speaking of this, Steel Fork smiled shyly, his heart filled with pride, "Hehe, it was my superpower that created a force field to block those impacts."

Megatron understood immediately. If it was Shockwave, it wouldn't be surprising to have such an assistant.

Now that they were in a new place, Steel Fork remembered something extremely important: "Do the Decepticon warships here have Energon cubes?"

"The Decepticons never lack energy cubes."

"That's awesome!" Grimfork was so excited that he flew a little faster, almost overtaking Megatron, then slowed down as if deflated and fell behind. "If Shockwave were on this ship, I would be so happy!"

"Don't worry, we'll fix the space bridge soon and bring the Decepticon chief scientist over." Megatron soothed the small plane behind him with a gentle magnetic field. It was hard to imagine that the leader of the Decepticons could be so gentle and patient in comforting people.

“Oh, that’s great! The Space Bridge… the Space Bridge… Shockwave showed me the blueprints for the Space Bridge. Getting the Space Bridge onto Cybertron requires precise coordinates…”

A colossal fireball stood there, radiating light. The light shone upon it and illuminated this patch of space in the universe. The Cybertronian aircraft headed straight for a blue planet.

"Speaking of coordinates, where is this place?"

"This is the solar system, or more precisely, we are in outer space from Earth."

"Is that blue planet Earth? It's so beautiful!"

"In that respect, it is true." He was willing to say a little more to the recruit. "Since you are an airplane, you can fly to other planets to see what they are like. From afar, each has its own merits."

"Really? I think I'll go see it!" After a moment of silence, Steel Fork couldn't help but ask:

"What do they look like? Can you send me pictures?"

"You'd better go and see for yourself. They're all around here."

"Where? Where?"

The new soldier seemed like a very talkative, curious child, and perhaps because she had saved him, Megatron didn't find her offensive. Her name was Steel Fork, right? Ultimately, he decided to personally greet this newcomer.

"Welcome to Earth, Steel Fork."

Next, the Seekers team arrived.

...

When the group arrived at the Nascent Soul, Grimfork silently transformed and landed on the deck, quietly staying behind the Decepticon leader and observing the Seeker squad.

Is he Starscream? He looks exactly like the files! And the soldiers behind him, they all look so alike, their outer armor is almost identical. Are they the Spark brothers? Or maybe they're super triplets? Oh, Starscream's looking over here!

"My lord, who is she?" After finishing his heroic praise, Starscream seemed to only then notice the unremarkable, well, somewhat noticeable new guy behind Megatron.

“Let me introduce you, this is Steel Fork.” Megatron stepped back, placing a hand on Steel Fork’s shoulder, and said, “She was with Shockwave on Cybertron and just helped me withstand the impact of the explosion on the Space Bridge. Let’s welcome this new recruit.”

"Grim Fork, you are now a member of Seeker Squad." Megatron turned to Soundwave beside him and said, "Shockwave is still alive. I think we need to speed up the reconstruction of the Space Bridge." He turned away, leaving behind a silhouette, and a voice came from behind, "Starscream, Grim Fork is yours now. I have other things to do."

“Yes, Lord Megatron.” Starscream bowed in the distance, then stood up. His humble aura vanished, replaced by arrogance. “It seems Lord Megatron has assigned you to me, Steel Fork.”

"It seems so, Red Spider. What should I do next?"

"First, let's discuss the issue of address. From now on, you will call me Lord Red Spider, understand?"

"The Iron-Eating Insect swarm is led by the Head Insect. Do you mean we should address you as Lord Red Spider, like the Head Insect does?"

"We're not bugs! You look like a bug with a damaged processor!"

"Shockwave says my processor is excellent, and the self-test log shows it's in good condition. My processor isn't damaged! Would you like me to show you the system log, Officer Starscream?"

"You can call him 'Sir,' but you can't call him 'Lord Red Spider'?"

“The data shows that Starscream holds the position of Air Force Commander in the Decepticons. You are my current superior, so I can address you as ‘Sir.’ However, ‘Sir’ doesn’t clearly indicate a specific position, so I don’t think it’s logical to call you ‘Sir.’” Steel Fork felt it wasn’t quite enough, not fully expressing his meaning, and added, “Sometimes when I approach a swarm of Ironhide bugs, I see them gathered together, several bugs opening and closing their large mouths making ‘kaba kaba’ sounds, as if they’re saying to the swarm leader, ‘Sir, let’s go over there, there’s some good metal there.’ Then the entire swarm makes a sharp turn and flies away. That’s the feeling I get from ‘Sir.’ That’s why I…”

"Ughhhhhh, that's enough! I don't care about 'sir' or 'commander'! You go on patrol right now!"

"But you haven't told me the patrol area, and I don't know the patrol route either..." Steel Fork asked, looking troubled.

Red Spider felt like the processor's logic circuits were about to freeze. How could he, the second-in-command of the Decepticons, be discussing such childish questions with a greenhorn! He waved to Steel Fork, signaling her to leave quickly. "B-127 and D-16, you'll be patrolling with them from now on. Ask them if you need anything."

The sound waves were silently recording at that moment.

The steel fork, along with D16 and B127, deformed and took off, leaving the deck and about to fly away.

"Wait a minute, Steel Fork, you fly around in front of me first." Red Spider said, his hands behind his back, facing the direction Steel Fork was about to leave.

"Received." The steel fork circled the deck in its most perfect pose, then stood tall and proud on the deck.

"Then please explain how you flew when your engine wasn't running and your flight path was completely illogical?"

"Report, it's a superpower. I used my superpower during the flight."

"So, you're quite proficient at using it?"

"Yes."

"I see you know absolutely nothing about flying." A sinister smile appeared on Red Spider's mask, then his expression suddenly changed as he shouted, "Without using your powers, fly again!"

The wings drooped down, and Steel Fork was a little frightened. "But... without my powers, I don't know how to fly."

"Ha, didn't Shockwave teach you how to ignite an engine? Fly!"

"Airplane and tank engines are different; he really can't teach me how to start an engine. Besides, isn't it enough to just get it flying?"

"As a flyer, you can't fly without your powers? You're insulting the word 'seeker'!" Red Spider sneered. "Didn't Shockwave teach you? Fine, let me teach you how to fly!"

After finally ending Red Spider's reprimand and training, Steel Fork's three-person team finally began their patrol.

(The above are all jokes, and the following are also jokes.)

Nestled between the endless, deep green forest and the azure sky, passing through vast expanses of clouds, and having flown away from the Retribution for some time, B127 felt they had gotten to know each other and it was time for a chat.

"Hey, hello! You're Steel Fork, right? Who would have thought there would be new recruits joining the Decepticons at this hour! Are you really a new recruit? I mean, is this really your first time joining the army? You haven't joined the Autobots or any other faction before?"

Having endured Starscream's grueling training, Steel Fork was utterly exhausted, both physically and mentally, and replied listlessly, "Yes. I didn't join the Autobots. Considering the time I spent with Shockwave before, I'm no longer a recruit."

"Really? You were with Shockwave before? That's really cool! When did you start following him? What did you do together? I remember Shockwave was presumed dead, is he really still alive? How did he survive? I have a general understanding of what happened back then, the Autobots attacked, buildings collapsed, I never expected him to still be alive! Do you know what happened to him after that? You must know a lot about it."

Chattering on and on! Steel Fork flew away from B127, completely unwilling to talk to him, but B127 still came closer.

"Your temper is just as awful as D16's! But then again, after that kind of grueling training, how could you possibly be in a good mood! Sorry, sorry, I won't ask you anymore."

B127 moved a little further away from the steel fork, but every now and then he would come closer and say, "Hey! Lord Red Spider said you'll be sharing a room with us from now on, so we'll be roommates. Isn't that great? My name is B127, and his name is D16. Lord Red Spider called us by our names, so I'm sure you've remembered them. But I still have to say, you can call me—Overlord King Kong! D16, come over here and welcome our new roommate!"

"Shut up, B127. I don't want to be like you, acting like a baby. Are you suggesting we throw a welcome party?"

"It's not impossible. Are you really willing to throw a party with me?"

"Heh, whatever." D16 flew quite a distance away, seemingly unable to withstand B127 any longer.

“Don’t let D16’s current state fool you. If it were before, he’d definitely throw a welcome party for you!” B127 whispered. “Let me tell you, he used to have a best friend named Orion. They were inseparable. Back then, he was such a sunny and cheerful guy. Then his best friend joined the Autobots, and he joined the Decepticons. They had a fight and broke up. That’s not all. One day, D16 came back from the battlefield crying. When I asked him what happened, I found out his best friend had died on the battlefield. He said his friend joining the Autobots was a betrayal, and he’d cut all ties with him from then on, even to the death. But if he didn’t care, why would he cry? So I dragged him to the battlefield to find his best friend’s body and give him a proper burial. If he really didn’t want to go, no one could force him, but when I grabbed his hand, he ran faster than anyone else. Sigh, ever since that day, he’s become gloomy. His bad attitude towards you is probably because he doesn’t want to get close to you, lest he find your body and be heartbroken someday.”

"Really?" Steel Fork, who had just been captivated by the little story B127 was telling, asked, "What stories do you have?"

"Finally, someone asked me! I used to be a junk collector, recycling other people's unwanted items and turning them into treasure! I stayed at the recycling center, recycling and recycling. Until one day, the Decepticon army destroyed the recycling center, so I ran away and became a Decepticon. That's where I met D16! If D16 hadn't come back from the battlefield crying that day, I would never have known his story!"

"Stop talking, B127, I didn't cry!"

"Should I send you a picture of your face with tear stains? I have them saved."

"Those aren't tear stains! They're... they're just condensation!"

"Condensation that specifically condenses into teardrop shapes?"

"Hmph!" D16 had barely gotten close when it flew away again.

...

In the Decepticon leader's room, a video recording of the Autobot leader's battles was playing, and the Decepticon leader's red optics emitted a bloodthirsty light...

"Optimus Prime, you just wait... Next time, you'll be my defeated foe..."

B127 and D16 are the codenames for Bumblebee and Megatron in Origins. B127 is a chatterbox.
