Chapter 36 Don’t Go, Stay with Me

Chapter 36 Don’t Go, Stay with Me

Su Heng looked at Dr. Liu with a smile: "I never thought that one day I would be able to take classes with Dr. Liu."

Doctor Liu burst into laughter when he heard this.

Su Heng took out a few more big unity notes from his pocket and quietly handed them to Song Wan while leaning sideways: "My tuition."

After all, she is different from Dr. Liu. The commune may have recruited Song Wan just to let her teach the village barefoot doctors some formal knowledge.

But she doesn't work at the clinic, so how can she benefit from this?

When Song Wan saw what Su Heng stuffed into her hand, she frowned and pushed it back.

"Aren't we friends? Why are we still talking about tuition?"

She even taught Dr. Liu for free, let alone Su Heng.

Su Heng: "Let's put things in perspective. I can't let you suffer any loss."

"I don't feel disadvantaged. If you need help from me, I'll be happy. Paying tuition is awkward."

Song Wan's expression was very serious, her face was cold and her lips were pursed, and she looked a little angry.

Seeing this, Su Heng had no choice but to withdraw her hand and said shamelessly: "Since you say so, then I won't be shy."

Song Wan then smiled: "What are you talking about? How much have you learned? You are not competing with me for a job."

"Forget it then."

Su Heng got a headache when he thought about all the heavy books he would have to memorize to study medicine. It was impossible for him to study medicine.

She only wants to make money.

Since she was already here, Su Heng decided to stay here in the afternoon to learn about human anatomy with Dr. Liu.

Dr. Liu needs to learn more comprehensively and it is impossible for him to only teach about the legs.

So Su Heng was forced to learn some unnecessary knowledge points, and after listening for an entire afternoon, he felt like his brain was about to explode.

But it is still useful to learn a little bit.

Song Wan also took Su Heng into consideration, so when demonstrating acupuncture in the next few days, he still talked about the legs first.

During the practical training, we specially recruited a volunteer from the team to serve as a guinea pig. He was Dr. Liu’s nephew, Xiao Liu.

Because of the greed for that dollar, I was forced to be a guinea pig for a few days.

After that, when he saw Su Heng, he ran faster than a rabbit because he was scared of being pricked.

Su Heng smiled brightly, it was almost time to start his apprenticeship.

Because the commune allocated a set of acupuncture tools to the health center, Su Heng borrowed her own set from Song Wan and took it home.

Everything is ready. Looking at Lu Mingchuan's clueless look, Su Heng suddenly hesitated and didn't know how to tell him.

What if it can’t be cured? Or maybe I should just wait until my ability reaches level four.

Forget it, let's treat it slowly first. It can't be done all at once anyway, otherwise his superpowers will be exposed.

Seeing that she was like a cat scratching her heart, unable to sit still, and hesitant to speak, Lu Mingchuan asked, "What's wrong?"

Su Heng raised her eyes and looked at him, and asked, "Lu Mingchuan, do you want to treat your leg?"

How could I not think about it? I think about it even in my dreams.

Looking at her serious expression, Lu Mingchuan's breath was held.

My first thought was that this stupid fox actually had such great abilities, it seemed to be a very capable monster.

Then he thought again, was she asking this because she wanted to confront him?

So he nodded and said, "Of course."

Unexpectedly, Su Heng took out a small wooden box and opened it to reveal a silver needle shining with silver light.

Looking unreliable, he said, "It just so happens that I just learned a new set of acupuncture techniques. Let's try it!"

Lu Mingchuan's heart suddenly fell, it turned out that they were not going to reveal their cards.

"Is this what you've been learning these days?"

"Yes, Song Wan happened to be teaching, so I learned it while I was there."

"Come on then."

Lu Mingchuan said this and went back to the kang in the room, rolled up his loose trouser legs and lay down.

He didn't have much hope, but since Su Heng learned it specifically for him, he naturally enjoyed it.

The kang was very big, so Su Heng took off her shoes and got on it.

Thinking about the last time I slept here, I felt a little unnatural.

He then coughed lightly, put aside all distracting thoughts, and focused his attention to prepare for treatment.

There isn't much hair on Lu Mingchuan's legs, but if you look closely you can see some scars.

Su Heng first massaged his legs for a while according to the techniques she had learned to relax his muscles.

Su Heng's fingers were very soft. Lu Mingchuan felt some warmth rising where she pressed, and he couldn't help but look at her profile quietly.

The sunlight shone on her through the window, and the outline of her face was glowing with soft golden light.

Su Heng picked up a silver needle and was concentrating on drawing out a strand of supernatural power to inject it.

Before stabbing, she couldn't help but glance at Lu Mingchuan, but found that he was looking at her, and she didn't know how long he had been looking at her.

That look made Su Heng stunned and she felt a little overwhelmed.

"Close your eyes!"

Lu Mingchuan asked softly with a smile in his eyes: "Why, I didn't disturb you."

Su Heng said viciously: "I'm a doctor, listen to me."

Lu Mingchuan chuckled: "Okay then."

Having said that, he closed his eyes obediently.

Other senses become more acute in the darkness, but Lu Mingchuan's calves are still numb.

Listening to the sound of Su Heng's sleeves rubbing against his knees, he suddenly felt a warm current on his knees.

It's a faint feeling, but it's real.

Lu Mingchuan's heart couldn't help but beat violently.

Immediately afterwards, several more subtle warm currents flowed in. This long-lost sensation confirmed that his legs were still there.

What she is doing is definitely not something that acupuncture can do!

Lu Mingchuan opened his eyes and met Su Heng's gaze as she finished the acupuncture.

Their eyes met in the air, and Su Heng looked away first.

"Didn't I tell you to close your eyes?"

Lu Mingchuan hummed softly, "But I can't help but want to see it."

"Then you can watch it."

Anyway, the acupuncture was finished, Su Heng stood up and prepared to go out, saying, "I'll come back in half an hour. Call me if you need anything."

But when he stood up, his wrist was grabbed.

Lu Mingchuan's palm was very hot. Su Heng felt like she was burned and reflexively wanted to break free.

Lu Mingchuan said, "Don't go, stay with me."

The struggling hand stopped, Su Heng looked at Lu Mingchuan, and discovered the subtle fragility in his eyes.

He clearly has an aggressive look, but why does he suddenly show this expression? It's simply hard to handle.

What is this, a big dog acting like a spoiled child?

Su Heng couldn't bear to leave despite such a request, so she said, "Okay, I'll go get a book to read."

Only then did Lu Mingchuan let go of his hand.

There were not many books at home, so Su Heng had to use the two children's comic books to pass the time.

Lu Mingchuan lowered his eyes and suddenly said, "I think you can feel the needle point a little bit."

Su Heng glanced at the needles on his leg. The calf wasn't injured yet, so it was probably the knee that was being repaired.

Taking advantage of Lu Mingchuan's lack of medical knowledge, he said seriously, "This is a normal phenomenon. The needles are stimulating your acupoints. If the effect is good, you might be able to recover slowly."

"Is it really that powerful?"

"Let's try it. What if a miracle happens?"

"Um."

Lu Mingchuan couldn't help but look at Su Heng again. There was no such thing as a miracle.

If we have to talk about miracles, the appearance of this person next to him is a miracle.
