Chapter 105 Qin Yurong's Revenge: Capture Her
Qin Yurong had her hair styled like a married woman, and was followed by several maids and servants.
More than a month ago, at the Crown Princess's birthday banquet, she and the guard Qin Feng were caught having an affair in the East Palace. She lost her innocence and her reputation was ruined.
To protect the Qin family's reputation, Prime Minister Qin arranged for her to marry Qin Feng.
Qin Feng was just a guard, his status was too low. But since he was the son-in-law of the Qin family, they found him a minor official position, making him the county magistrate of Weishi County. After a few years, they would give him a title for meritorious service and transfer him back to the capital for a meteoric rise in his career.
The servant was holding a stick, but Yun Zhaoxue was hungry and didn't have time to pay attention to her. She turned around and was about to go inside.
The waiter knew that Qin Yurong was a noble lady from the capital. He had heard that her father was the Prime Minister Qin, and her sister was supposedly a concubine in the palace. In any case, she was someone of great importance.
Her husband was the county constable. On their first day of arrival, the county magistrate led the county officials to personally greet them at the city gate, and the news spread throughout the city.
The waiter didn't dare offend the customer, and besides, Yun Zhaoxue was not someone to be trifled with, so he stood there pretending to be a quail.
Yun Zhaoxue had already reached the entrance of the restaurant.
Qin Yurong ordered her servants, "Stop her."
Granny Qin and the servants quickly surrounded Yun Zhaoxue.
"Qin Yurong, why did you have people stop me?"
Qin Yurong said, "Out of consideration for our past relationship, I would like to invite you to my residence for a chat."
Take her away, then drug her with aphrodisiacs, throw her into a brothel, and turn her into a slut who can't handle a man's advances.
People eating and drinking in the lobby all turned to look when they heard the commotion at the door.
A convict offended the county magistrate's wife; he's probably doomed today.
Worried that it would affect the shop's business, the shopkeeper came over and asked the waiter, "What's going on?"
The waiter said, "The county magistrate's wife knows this guest and is inviting her to her home to reminisce."
But the two seem to have had a grudge.
The innkeeper stepped forward, bowed to the two men, and said with a smile, "If you two want to catch up, could you please move to another place? If there is no place, the backyard of the restaurant is also fine. If you are blocking the entrance and affecting the business of the store, I will not be able to explain it to the owner."
Qin Yurong said, "Manager, I order you not to let her eat at Fenglelou."
"This..." The shopkeeper was completely bewildered. Weren't they supposed to be good friends catching up? In the current situation, the two seemed like enemies.
Yun Zhaoxue said, "Affection? Do we even have that kind of thing between us? If you want to catch up, go find Yun Jiaoyue. I'm hungry, so I can't keep you company."
As he spoke, he raised his hand and pushed aside Qin Mama, who was blocking the doorway.
The old woman, being quite large, was thrown off balance and crashed into the door with a loud bang!
"Yun Zhaoxue, you are now a prisoner. I am the eldest daughter of the Prime Minister's mansion and the wife of the county magistrate. How dare you disobey my orders? Stop right there!"
Yun Zhaoxue ignored him and walked straight ahead.
Qin Yurong gave the order again, "Men, break her legs, let's see how she walks then."
The servant rushed forward and stabbed Yun Chaoxue in the knees with two sticks.
Upon seeing this, the people watching the play inside couldn't help but warn, "Watch out behind you."
That's a vicious move. If you fall asleep and your knee hits the ground, you'll be limping forever.
Yun Zhaoxue sensed danger behind her, quickly turned around, stood on one leg to avoid the attack, and with a scorpion tail swipe, bent down, grabbed the stick, and pulled hard, causing two servants to fall to the ground.
Holding two sticks in each hand, he struck the servants' backs repeatedly, like beating a drum, "Bang bang bang!!!"
The servants on the ground screamed in agony, "Ah! Ah! It hurts! It hurts! Spare me, Madam, save me!!!"
The other two servants, seeing how fiercely Yun Zhaoxue was beating people, were too frightened to step forward. Their legs trembled, and they quietly took half a step back.
Qin Yurong felt a burning pain on her face when she saw her servants being beaten, but she was still furious after being slapped. She said, "Go! All of you, go at him together! You must take him down!"
Yun Zhaoxue was about to make a move.
This was a burly man, carrying a wine jug in one hand, swaying as he walked towards us. He was dressed in coarse linen clothes, had a thick beard, and carried a large knife at his waist. He looked like a江湖 (jianghu, a world of outlaws and江湖义气, a code of honor among outlaws) figure, and his fierce eyes made him look like someone not to be trifled with.
She rushed towards the door.
Yun Zhaoxue quickly dodged.
He charged straight at the servants and maids.
He snatched the stick from the servant's hand and flicked his wrist.
He wielded the stick, creating afterimages and whistling through the air, "Whoosh whoosh whoosh!!!"
The servants and maids were terrified and dared not approach, screaming and retreating repeatedly, "Ah!"
Afraid of being struck in the face by the whistling shadow of the stick, they huddled together in a corner, trembling, and closed their eyes tightly, too afraid to look.
"All of you are useless trash. Why send a drunkard? Just beat him up. All of you, get him! If you don't take him down today, you'll be severely punished. Twenty strokes of the cane and then you'll be exiled."
The servants exchanged glances, their eyes filled with a death wish, and steeled themselves, closing their eyes as they swung their sticks at the drunkard, poking or hitting him.
The drunkard ducked to avoid the attack, then retaliated with a powerful "Sweeping Strike," the club whistling through the air as each blow struck their knees hard. "Bang! Bang! Bang!!!"
The servants fell to the ground with a thud, crying out, "Ah!"
The last servant grabbed a stick and smashed it down on his forehead.
The drunkard staggered to the side to avoid the blow, and slammed his elbow into the other man's chest, "Bang!"
The servant coughed up blood, "Pfft!"
The drunkard then grabbed him by the collar and slammed him to Qin Yurong's feet.
"Bang!"
The guard cried out in pain, "Ah! Ouch, it hurts, it hurts so much..."
The drunkard burped, then suddenly swayed, slamming his stick into the ground with a loud thud!
Qin Yurong was so angry that she kicked the person away, "Get out of here! Useless trash."
He glared at the drunkard and asked, "Who are you? Why are you helping her? What's your relationship with that bitch Yun Zhaoxue?"
The drunkard took another gulp of wine, his voice rough and booming, "Who am I? I'm a chivalrous hero of the martial world! I help those in need, and what kind of skill is it to gang up on the few? If you've got the guts, come and fight me, hahaha!!!"
Upon hearing the other party's identity, Qin Yurong scoffed disdainfully, "A mere lowly outlaw of the martial world, if you offend me, I'll make you regret it. As long as you help me capture Yun Zhaoxue now and make amends, I can forgive and forget."
The drunkard said, "I just like to take what I can't finish."
As he spoke, he rummaged through his clothes and opened a piece of cloth, revealing leftover bones inside. He grabbed a handful and threw it at Qin Yurong, saying, "Here you go, I'll give you some to eat, and I'll give you some to carry, carry me away, hahaha..."
Bones, still covered in meat and juice, splattered onto her newly made clothes, leaving marks.
Qin Yurong screamed and backed away from the bones, "Ah! Stop hitting it, stop hitting it! My newly made clothes..."
She glared menacingly at the drunkard and Yun Zhaoxue, uttering a vicious threat, "You just wait, I will never let you get away with this!"
After saying that, he walked toward the carriage, and the maids and servants followed him in a flurry.
Yun Zhaoxue clasped her hands in a fist salute to the drunkard, "Thank you for your righteous help, brother. I am deeply grateful. Please don't think this little bit of silver is too little for you to drink with."
Yun Zhaoxue handed two pieces of silver to the other party and went upstairs to the third private room.
