Chapter 66- Departure

Chapter 66- Departure

Thinking about how Qin Si's parents died when he was six, and how Qin Bulu would never think of taking him to such a place to play, Shi Feiye couldn't stop feeling pity for the little guy.

The next day, Qin Si woke up very early. He glanced outside. The gray curtains reflected a pale white halo. It was still dark outside. He glanced at the small alarm clock in the room that belonged to him. It was not yet six o'clock.

Qin Buzhu usually got up at six o'clock and would wake him up. He didn't dare to move much in bed for fear of waking Qin Buzhu. Qin Si felt that living here was much better than having a large bedroom of his own in the villa before. This was the first time he and Qin Buzhu were so close.

He was close to Qin Buzhu, but not to the point of being completely distant. After coming here and living his current life, he would occasionally have the illusion that he was still living with his parents, but he liked this illusion.

"Awake?" Qin Buliu's voice reached his ears. Qin Si shuddered with fear and turned to see Qin Buliu sitting up, hugging the quilt and looking back at him. Although his face was expressionless, he still had a somewhat lazy air from having just woken up, so he looked softer than he had during the day.

"Yeah, I just woke up." Qin Si got up quickly, grabbed the clothes beside him and started to put them on. Qin Bulu didn't show any intention of helping. The children of the Qin family all became independent very early.

Walking out of the bedroom, the adult and the child subconsciously lightened their steps, then went to the bathroom to wash up. In the mirror above the sink, they saw that the two looked somewhat similar, with equally handsome faces, and were brushing their teeth.

After brushing his teeth, Qin Si looked up and asked Qin Buyu: "Uncle, do you want to go call A Ye?"

"No, she'll get up on her own." Qin Buzhu watched him wipe his face and helped him put the towel back on the rack.

Shi Feiye usually gets up at six o'clock and cooks. They usually go back to the bedroom to do their own things. Qin Si asked Qin Bulu hesitantly: "Uncle, Aye is very hardworking in cooking. Why don't we go out to eat today?"

Qin Buzhu glanced at him and said, "You mean she has a hard time cooking?"

Qin Si scratched his head and gave up struggling: "Well, I don't think we are at the point where we can't afford to eat at all. We don't need Aye to cook for us every day."

"This is her life." Qin Bulu didn't explain to Qin Si, just said this. Then, while Qin Si was thinking, he grabbed his collar and took him back to the bedroom to read.

As soon as they entered the bedroom, Shi Feiye opened the door and came out. She quickly went over to open all the curtains. Seeing that it was clearly a sunny day outside, she stretched with a smile on her face. Great, today was another pleasant day.

Breakfast ingredients are usually prepared the day before, and there isn't much to do. Half an hour later, Shi Feiye went to call the two people as usual, and everyone ate breakfast together and prepared to leave.

but--

"Why do we have to carry a backpack?" Qin Si looked at the small backpack that Shi Feiye was carrying, and then at the large backpack on her back, very puzzled. "It will be very tiring to walk with this on our back, and there will be no place to put it when the time comes."

"You forgot, we're broke right now. Things in the amusement park are so expensive. They're all the same stuff, so it's definitely more cost-effective to buy them outside and bring them in. Don't worry, the snacks in your backpack are all light, so they won't tire you out."
