While Lu Zecheng was selecting the ingredients to buy, he kept an eye on Cheng Yuesheng. Seeing that her hair was somehow stuck in the wheelchair, he immediately went over to help her untie it.
After finishing, he clenched his palms and said nonchalantly, "It's done."
Cheng Yuesheng thanked him gratefully.
He didn't let Cheng Yuesheng notice his abnormality, and said with a smile: "Your hair is so long, you should be more careful in the future."
Cheng Yuesheng's hair is indeed very long. The original owner seems to like such long hair. But then again, the original owner's health is not very good, but his hair is well maintained. He has a lot of hair. It is a natural black-brown in the sun and spreads behind him like seaweed. Cheng Yuesheng likes it very much when he sees it.
After all, which hard-working worker doesn’t suffer from hair loss?
The weather is not that hot now, so Cheng Yuesheng has no intention of trimming his hair for the time being. He will wait until the weather gets hotter.
"Thanks for the reminder, I will pay attention to it." Next time I will put all my hair up.
After walking around here, Aunt Ming and Lu Zecheng took some things and planned to go to the next area.
Lu Zecheng consciously walked behind Cheng Yuesheng to help her push the wheelchair.
"Actually, you don't need to help me push the wheelchair. I am very skilled in controlling it." Cheng Yuesheng turned his face sideways and looked up at him.
"It's okay. I like pushing wheelchairs anyway." Lu Zecheng said with a smile.
Cheng Yuesheng looked at him in surprise for a few seconds, "Oh, if you like it, push it."
She didn't understand, but she respected it.
Cheng Yuesheng thought he was joking on purpose.
Lu Zecheng, who was pushing the wheelchair behind her, looked at her black hair with deep eyes.
"What happened to your injury? Why did you suddenly sprain it?"
Cheng Yuesheng sighed and said, "It's my own bad luck."
She organized her words and continued, "I went to a birthday party the other day. I was sitting comfortably in my seat when someone came over and pulled me. I wasn't paying attention, and I was wearing high heels and couldn't stand steadily, so I sprained my ankle."
Cheng Yuesheng made light of it, but Lu Zecheng had heard about it before. Qin Heque flew into a rage on the spot. He knew that this matter was not as simple as she said. "Your boyfriend, Qin Heque, didn't he protect you well?"
When she heard Lu Zecheng ask Qin Heque, she immediately defended herself, "No, it happened so suddenly that none of us could react. After I sprained my ankle, Brother Que took me to the hospital right away."
Lu Zecheng was a little dissatisfied. "As your boyfriend, of course he should take you to the hospital immediately when you were suddenly injured. But if he had been more alert at that time, you wouldn't have sprained it."
"That can't be blamed on him. If anyone is to blame, it's the person who tried to pull me back."
Lu Zecheng was silent for a few seconds, and finally he said helplessly: "You are right, he really can't be blamed. The instigator must be someone else."
Cheng Yuesheng nodded and muttered, "That's right, you are just like Grandpa Qin, how can you blame Brother Que first? He is also innocent, okay?"
"Grandpa Qin? Is he Qin Heque's grandfather?"
"Yes, that night when Grandpa Qin found out I was injured, he immediately blamed Brother Que for not protecting me when he got home."
Cheng Yuesheng recalled what happened that night. In fact, her mind was blank for a moment when it happened. When she reacted, Qin Heque had already embraced her.
Lu Zecheng sneered, "I didn't expect his grandfather would blame him. It seems his grandfather treats you very well."
"Yes, Grandpa Qin is really good to me." Cheng Yuesheng nodded affirmatively, "When we were in the hospital before, he always came to play with me, and we let him share the delicious food with us."
"Hospitalization?" Lu Zecheng's tone tightened.
"Well, I was sick and hospitalized for a while." Chen Yuesheng suddenly realized that he seemed to have revealed too much in front of Lu Zecheng, so she changed the subject. "But I'm fine now, but unfortunately I sprained my ankle."
Lu Zecheng's attention shifted to the sprain. He asked with some concern, "Does your foot still hurt?"
"It doesn't hurt much anymore, it's just still a little swollen." Cheng Yuesheng said cheerfully with an indifferent expression.
She should have forgotten the unpleasantness of that time long ago.
Aunt Ming, who was on the other side, was picking out ingredients when she suddenly muttered to herself, "This is the best. Miss Shengsheng likes this kind of shrimp the most."
"Do you like shrimp?" Lu Zecheng asked.
"I like it."
"What else do you like to eat besides shrimp?" he continued to ask.
Cheng Yuesheng didn't doubt it and answered without thinking: "I like to eat a lot of things, such as beef, chicken, fish, barbecue, cake, juice, and all delicious things."
Lu Zecheng raised his eyebrows when he heard this, then chuckled a few times.
"I didn't realize you were such a foodie."
"In life, is there anything that can make people happier than delicious food?" Cheng Yuesheng said as a matter of course, thinking that this was only natural.
"You're right." Lu Zecheng was happy with her optimistic attitude.
On the way back, Lu Zecheng helped Aunt Ming carry the shopping bags until they reached the building where they lived.
"Thank you for today, let's go home first."
"Okay, then go back and make sure to get more rest. I wish your foot recovers soon." Lu Zecheng said.
Cheng Yuesheng was in a wheelchair for a week. Fortunately, she was not the kind of person who was very active, otherwise she would have gone crazy from boredom.
Thinking that she has to go to the hospital for a follow-up check-up tomorrow, she has been recuperating well this week and she is probably recovering well.
"Then I'll take your good wishes. I hope that next time we meet I can walk on my own two feet."
