Two days had passed since Cheng Yuesheng learned about her past, and those two days happened to be the weekend. Qin Heque, perhaps worried about her being alone, had been with her all the time for those two days. No one from the Lu family came to disturb her, perhaps to give her some time to recover.
Cheng Yuesheng didn't have much time to think about the Lu family's affairs. Qin Heque had been clinging to her too closely these past two days. Although he hadn't done anything excessive, his occasional glances were too scorching, making Cheng Yuesheng blush and her heart beat fast, leaving her completely unable to think about anything else.
But occasionally, things about the Lu family would appear in her mind, making her a little distracted.

Cheng Yuesheng relaxed his nose and said, "Brother Que, your domineering image is gone."
Qin Heque touched her cheek and chuckled softly, "I'm not the kind of domineering boss you're talking about."
Cheng Yuesheng puffed his cheeks unconvinced and changed the subject: "Lu Zecheng said he wanted to come over."
Qin Heque didn't react in any special way. "Is he alone?"
Cheng Yuesheng nodded.
"Then let him come."
Cheng Yuesheng was a little surprised to see that he had so readily agreed to Lu Zecheng coming over. She asked tentatively, "Let him come? Don't you dislike him?"
Qin Heque looked at her deeply, his eyes full of ambiguous meaning.
Cheng Yuesheng suddenly felt strange when he looked at her like that. "Am I wrong? Weren't you very disgusted with him before?"
In fact, it's not just before, Qin Heque also dislikes Lu Zecheng now.
At first, he thought Lu Zecheng had bad intentions towards Cheng Yuesheng, thinking that Lu Zecheng was attracted to her beauty. Lu Zecheng smiled and nodded, looking at Cheng Yuesheng with a distressed look. If she had grown up in the Lu family, she would have received more since she was a child. She would not take this gift seriously at all, nor would she feel burdened by receiving it.
