Lu Zecheng was humiliated by Qin Heque and left after a short stay. That night, he sent the time and place of dinner to Cheng Yuesheng, which was two days later.
Although she has not yet recognized the Lu family, Lu Qingxu is still an elder after all. Since she is going to his house for dinner, she must prepare a decent gift.
Cheng Yuesheng discussed with Qin Heque what gift would be better to bring.
"There's a bottle of wine in the wine cabinet that's suitable. Just bring that bottle over."
Qin Heque's house had a wine cabinet, which Cheng Yuesheng had known about the first day she moved in. However, she didn't drink, so she had never carefully examined the wine inside. "Liquor."
"Ah? Do you drink white wine?" She didn't expect that there was white wine in Qin Heque's wine cabinet. He didn't look like someone who drank white wine. Instead, he looked like the kind of person who would savor red wine with a goblet.
"I don't drink much."

Qin Heque smiled slightly and said, "I did some research on this when I was looking into your background."
Cheng Yuesheng blinked, looking unconvinced.

"Okay." Cheng Yuesheng took what he said as true, "Isn't it a bit too simple to just send a bottle of wine?"
She looked annoyed and was still thinking about whether to add any more gifts.
"What do you want to give as a gift?" Qin Heque asked.
To be honest, Cheng Yuesheng didn't know what to give as a suitable gift. After all, Lu Qingxu's family was wealthy and they had everything they needed. He didn't seem to need the things that were usually given to elders, so Cheng Yuesheng was troubled by this.
If it was a female elder, she could still grit her teeth and give her jewelry, but Lu Qingxu divorced his wife early in life, and the Lu family had only men from old to young, so she had no idea what gifts they would want.
Qin Heque looked at her puzzled expression and said, "Have you ever thought about this? This is the first time you've come to their house since you learned about your life story. They're still waiting for you to recognize the Lu family, so they'll be happy with whatever you give them."
Cheng Yuesheng listened to his words and thought for a while.
"It seems to be what you said."
After all, when she agreed to go over to dinner with Lu Zecheng, his eyes lit up instantly.
"So, you have nothing to worry about. Instead, the Lu family should be very worried that you will dislike them."
Cheng Yuesheng lowered her head and smiled. In fact, she had a good impression of Lu Qingxu and Lu Zecheng, father and son.
When Lu Qingxu was still Qi Yu, she had some prejudice against Cheng Gong because of his outrageous actions, but whenever Qi Yu saw her, he always treated her like an elder looking at a younger person.

Lu Qingxu and Lu Zecheng stood up at the same time in tacit understanding. They both walked out the door and saw a black car parked in the usually empty parking space. Qin Heque had already gotten out of the car and was opening the door on the other side, waiting for Cheng Yuesheng to get out.
Lu Zecheng hurried over and said, "Shengsheng, you're here."
Cheng Yuesheng heard his extremely excited voice as soon as she got off the car. She turned her head and saw Lu Zecheng walking towards them with an excited look on his face.
"Mr. Lu."
When he stopped in front of Cheng Yuesheng, Lu Zecheng had returned to normal. He smiled and said, "Shengsheng, welcome..."
He wanted to say welcome home, but immediately remembered that Cheng Yuesheng had not yet said that he would return to the Lu family, and his words immediately changed.
"Welcome, welcome..." He saw Qin Heque standing next to Cheng Yuesheng and said coldly, "Boss Qin is here too, welcome, welcome."
Qin Heque replied gracefully, "Thank you, Mr. Lu, for the invitation."
