Jiang Qingying and Wen Xiao waited for them at the entrance for a while, and the four of them entered the haunted house together.
It was pitch black inside the haunted house.
Cheng Yuesheng was already tense, her eyes were like those of a deer, carefully observing her surroundings, fearing that an NPC would jump out from some corner to scare her, or that some strange device would suddenly activate.
A night parade of a hundred demons had already begun in her mind, with the main goal being to scare herself.
"Ah!" Wen Xiao in front suddenly shouted.
"What's wrong?" Cheng Yuesheng felt nervous.
"It seems like a cold wind is blowing over here." Wen Xiao said.
Fortunately, it was just a cold wind, and my heart calmed down in an instant.
At this moment, a piece of clothing suddenly fell from above the head. It was unclear whether it was a real person or an installation.
"Ah——" Cheng Yuesheng and Wen Xiao screamed at the same time.
Qin Heque immediately pulled Cheng Yuesheng into his arms.
"Don't be afraid, it's fake." Qin Heque said, pulling the cloth with his hand.
"Oh." Cheng Yuesheng breathed slightly.
"I was scared to death." Wen Xiao said.
"Didn't you say you weren't afraid outside just now?" Jiang Qingying slapped him mercilessly.
"I just wasn't mentally prepared." Wen Xiao continued to be stubborn.
Cheng Yuesheng, who was standing behind them, listened to the two people's banter and his previous fear disappeared by half.
Several people continued to move forward.
There seemed to be some movement behind it, as if something was rubbing against the ground.
Cheng Yuesheng's hair stood on end, not daring to look back. She tugged at Qin Heque and asked softly, "Brother Que, did you hear any noise?"
At this moment, Jiang Qingying and Wen Xiao in front turned around at the same time and asked, "What's that sound?"
Suddenly, a strange man covered in bandages appeared in the dark swimming lane, holding an axe in his hand. The axe was dragged heavily on the ground, making a series of friction sounds.
"Run!" Qin Heque said, grabbing Cheng Yuesheng's hand and running forward.
Immediately afterwards, Jiang Qingying and Wen Xiao also started running.
Cheng Yuesheng was confused and asked as he ran, "What happened? What's behind?"
"Keep running and don't look back." Qin Heque said.
After he said this, Cheng Yuesheng wanted to know what was going on.
She turned her head and looked back.
Cheng Yuesheng:!!
Cheng Yuesheng was scared half to death and ran forward with all his might.
I don’t know how far I ran, but there was no trace of the bandaged man, and Jiang Qingying and Wen Xiao were also gone.
"Professor Jiang and Professor Wen are missing. Should we go look for them?" Cheng Yuesheng said with concern.
"Don't worry, Professor Jiang will take good care of Wen Xiao." Qin Heque said, raising his hand to tidy up Cheng Yuesheng's hair which had become messy due to running.
Under the dim light, Cheng Yuesheng couldn't see Qin Heque's expression.
But being with him made her feel safe.
The two walked slowly in the dark and soon arrived at the next level - the mirror house.
Cheng Yuesheng was panicked as soon as she entered the mirror house. She always felt that a monster would suddenly jump out of the mirror and scare her at the next moment.
She followed Qin Heque closely, not daring to fall behind even a step.
"Don't be afraid, I'm here." Qin Heque squeezed her hand tightly and soothed her in a steady voice.
The two walked in the mirror house for several minutes but still couldn't reach the exit. It seemed like this was still a maze.
Cheng Yuesheng couldn't help feeling a little anxious.
"Hahahahahahaha——" A strange laugh suddenly sounded in the space, and the lights in the mirror house began to become unstable, flickering in red and blue.
"My good friend, where are you?" A voice that was obviously changed by a voice changer sounded.
Cheng Yuesheng moved closer to Qin Heque in fear.
Qin Heque felt her trembling and held her in his arms.
"It seems we have to find the exit quickly, otherwise someone will come out to scare us next time." Qin Heque said.
"Where is the exit?" Cheng Yuesheng asked in a trembling voice.
"Don't worry, I will take you out." Qin Heque touched her head.
No matter what kind of maze it is, as long as you keep walking along one wall, you will always find the exit.
The mirror house maze in the haunted house is not very large. They have been walking for two or three minutes and have walked at least one-third of it. If they speed up, they will be able to get out in a few minutes.
Sure enough, under Qin Heque's leadership, the two quickly left the Mirror House.
Cheng Yuesheng breathed a sigh of relief after leaving the mirror house.
"Are you okay?" Qin Heque asked softly.
"It's okay for now." Cheng Yuesheng answered reluctantly.
"Can you continue?" Qin Heque felt a little worried when he heard her weak answer.
"I'm fine. I might be able to finish the haunted house." Cheng Yuesheng didn't want to give up halfway. Although she was scared, she was not so scared that she couldn't walk.
"If you're really scared, just close your eyes and I'll take you out." The worry on Qin Heque's face became more and more obvious in the darkness. "Forget it, I'll just carry you out."
"No, I'm not that useless!" Cheng Yuesheng would never accept such a shameful way to get out of the maze.
"Okay, but don't force it, okay?" Cheng Yuesheng objected strongly, and Qin Heque had no choice but to compromise.
"Yeah." Cheng Yuesheng nodded vigorously.
The two rested for a while and continued to move forward.
Soon, we arrived at a strange place. It looked like a cemetery from a Western movie, with blood-stained crosses everywhere. The layout was so strange, it seemed as if vampires and bats could appear at any moment.
Cheng Yuesheng hugged Qin Heque's arm.
