Chapter 65: Unexplained Death

The black snake looked a lot bigger than the white snake. Seeing that the white snake was at a disadvantage, Song Yuehua ran to a nearby high ground, stepped on the bow and drew the arrow, shooting at the black snake's weak spot.

The arrow hit the snake's body, which instead angered the black snake.

While biting the white snake fiercely, the snake's tail suddenly rolled towards Song Yuehua, and with such great force, it threw her onto a large rock.

Song Yuehua felt as if all her internal organs were smashed. Seeing the snake's tail was about to attack her again, she rolled over and barely avoided it.

The moment she turned over, Song Yuehua felt excruciating pain.

Fortunately, it was far away and rolled to a safe area.

The black and white snakes entangled with each other and bit each other. Song Yuehua endured the severe pain and tried to get up, but she felt like vomiting as soon as she moved.

Fortunately, I didn’t eat much breakfast. The bones in my back were probably broken. If I force myself to stand up, it would probably cause irreversible consequences.

But it was definitely not okay to let her watch the white snake being bitten to death.

After thinking for a moment, Song Yuehua endured the pain and crawled into the woods. Beads of sweat kept coming out of her forehead. After crawling for a while, she felt like she was about to fall apart.

Song Yuehua turned her head and saw that the white snake's originally grown skin was bitten again and bleeding.

Ah! I'll fight you!

Song Yuehua gritted his teeth, veins bulging on his pale face, and quickly crawled into the woods. He finally found some suitable sticks, took out the dagger from his waist, straightened it, cut it into several pieces, and tied it around his back.

After fixing the wooden strips, Song Yuehua grabbed the tree and slowly pushed herself up until she stood up.

The black snake on the opposite side focused all its attention on the white snake. The two snakes hit the tree at the same time, and the impact was so great that the tree tilted to the side.

Song Yuehua swallowed her saliva, put an arrow on the bow, kept aiming, and kept making predictions in her mind. This attack must hit the vital point, otherwise she and the White Snake would become takeout delivered to the door.

Her physical strength could only sustain one arrow, and there was only one place she could aim at, seven inches from the snake's body, where the heart was.

The pain in her back became more and more severe. Song Yuehua's clothes were soaked with sweat. She was extremely concentrated, and every minute and every second became torture.

I don’t know how long it took, but Song Yuehua’s pupils widened and she finally released the arrow in her hand. It hit the vital point of the front door with one arrow, and the black snake instantly collapsed.

At this moment, Song Yuehua's eyes went dark and she fell down.

When Song Yuehua opened her eyes again, she found herself in a snake cave in a rock pit.

Turning around, I saw the body of the black snake...

Damn it!

Song Yuehua was almost frightened to death.

If you count carefully, from yesterday to today, so, she slept with the dead snake for a night?

"Great Immortal?"

Song Yuehua shouted twice but there was no response. The white snake should not be in the cave. Now that she couldn't straighten her waist, Song Yuehua could only use her hands and feet to slowly crawl out.

When Song Yuehua finally climbed out of the cave, a pair of big feet fell from the sky and landed heavily in front of her.

"Hey, girl, how are you crawling?"

Duan Yidao bent down and looked at Song Yuehua who was lying on the ground between her legs.

Song Yuehua really wants to curse

Yesterday's backpack was lost, and the hand-made cart was also gone. Duan Yidao was about to leave with Song Yuehua on his back when he was reminded to take the black snake with him.

In order to help the White Snake fight, he almost lost his life. It is not excessive to take the Black Snake as a reward.

Duan Yidao held the snake's head and tried to pull it hard, but failed. He took a breath and tried again, but still failed.

I put Song Yuehua on the ground and tried again, but still couldn't drag her away.

"Girl, this thing is probably as heavy as two cows. I can't carry it by myself." Duan Yidao explained awkwardly.

Song Yuehua sighed lightly, and Duan Yidao immediately became anxious. He explained to her with a red face and thick neck why an adult man could not carry this black snake.

Just then, the white snake came back with a fawn in its mouth.

Song Yuehua asked the white snake, "Great Immortal, can you help me get this black snake down the mountain?"

The white snake tilted its head back and swallowed the whole deer into its stomach.

Duan Yidao thought it was creepy and said hurriedly, "No, no, if this great Bodhisattva appeared at the foot of the mountain, it would scare people to death."

"I'll take you back first, and then I'll get a cart to take you back. It won't delay us."

Song Yuehua nodded, and said to the White Snake before leaving.

"Great Immortal, I don't think I can go up the mountain for a while. Tomorrow I will ask this person to come up and apply medicine on you. Please don't bite him!"

Duan Yidao: "..." Are you talking about me?

Song Yuehua continued, "Besides, don't bother looking for prey in the future. Let me do it myself. Otherwise, I will easily die in obscurity. If I die, who will bring roasted chickens and roasted pigs to the mountain to honor you?"

After saying this, Song Yuehua let Duan Yidao carry her away.

On the way back, Duan Yidao asked, "You won't let me apply medicine to it, will you?"

"You are the only man in the family, and I can only count on you." Song Yuehua said sincerely.

Duan Yidao thought that was true, but he was still worried and asked, "Can it understand what you said?"

"Of course," Song Yuehua said, "It's all because of my boasting that it wanted to take me to find the black snake."

When Song Yuehua returned home, Xiaoyu and Xiaoyu were frightened and pale, and even Xie Wenwu was frightened and said, "I'll ask my second uncle to come and see the master."

"Hey," Song Yuehua stopped him and said, "No need to call Second Uncle, send a message to your father and ask him to come over to pick up the goods. I have to deliver this to the clinic."

Uncle Ma's ox cart had not returned yet, so Song Yuehua asked Duan Yidao to call a few people to go up the mountain to pull the black snake.

Duan Yidao called Zhou Dafu and Zhou Ergui, and even Ma Yong followed along to watch the fun.
