Extra Fun Stories Collection 2

8. The table lamp in the living room was on. Mom and Dad were sitting under the light, talking quietly about the unfinished problems in the company.

Huanhuan ran out, climbed onto the sofa with a serious face, and grabbed his mother's sleeve.

Her mother reached out and supported her, so she was able to sit upright on the sofa with her legs dangling in the air. She looked at her father and said, "Dad, smell it."

Her mother was puzzled and thought she was using perfume secretly, so she came closer and smelled her hair.

Dad sniffed the air and stood up suddenly: "The pot is burnt."

9. When it's hot, we have to be very careful with the air conditioner at home. At night, my parents and brother will take turns going to Huanhuan's room to check if she is covered with the quilt.

One day it was about to rain and the temperature dropped, so I turned off the air conditioner in the bedroom.

Huanhuan stood on a low stool by the window, her hair fluttering in the wind like a small flag.

She looked out the window and thought, the air conditioner outside was not turned off.

10. One time, the aunt who often served at home asked for leave, and my mother was in a hurry to wear that dress to attend a party, so my father washed it by hand.

Huanhuan ran over to help hang the clothes.

"Where should I put it?" Huanhuan asked, holding up a clothes hanger with a small handkerchief hanging on it.

"Put it on top of your head," Dad said casually, hanging the clothes on the clothesline above.

When I turned around, Huanhuan was trying to hang the hook of the clothes hanger on her hair.

11. The family pays great attention to Huanhuan’s diet, and Huanhuan rarely ate unhealthy snacks when she was a child.

The first time she drank Coke, she had to pester her brother for a long time before she got it.

Yu Yue risked being beaten by his parents and carried his sister to a corner where the surveillance camera couldn't see her. He took out a bottle of Coke from his trouser pocket, unscrewed it, and handed it to her.

The bubbles of the carbonated drink burst in her mouth. She clutched the cup tightly and looked at her brother blankly: "My mouth is numb."

12. Grandma specially stewed potatoes and beef and sent it to Huanhuan, but she didn’t control the heat well and it was a little overcooked.

Huanhuan's cheeks were sore from chewing, and she had difficulty chewing. She explained to her grandmother with difficulty: "There are a lot of springs in the beef."

13. My grandmother likes to take care of flowers and plants. Every time I go to her house with my parents, I always notice the flower pots neatly arranged from large to small in the yard.

There were some seeds placed by grandma on the table. Seeing that Huanhuan was interested, grandma took her to plant them.

Plant a pot of flowers that belong to Huanhuan.

Huanhuan was very happy. She followed her grandmother to find a beautiful flowerpot, loosened the soil, applied fertilizer, buried the seeds in it, and watered it.

When I left, I took the flower pot with me.

In summer, new leaves really grew.

Huanhuan happily went to find his parents to share the good news.

Dad secretly wiped his sweat and didn't say that the seeds in the flowerpot had been confirmed dead long ago. He said he had gone to his mother-in-law's house last night to get this flower seedling.

14. My sister was so beautiful when she was born, but her hands were incredibly small, with her entire palm not even as long as a finger.

He thinks his sister is cute and plays with her after she finishes her homework.

Later, when she learned to walk and was still stumbling and unsteady, she would walk to her brother's room and knock on the door under the care of her aunt.

Very slight movement.

Yu Yue heard this, stood up, opened the door, carried her in, and reasoned with her: "Didn't you say you should wait until your brother finishes his homework?"

She looked at her brother, obviously not understanding the use of reasoning, and she lay on her brother's shoulder in a familiar manner, biting her fingers.

Yu Yue gave up trying to reason with him, and only realized a long time later that the habit of indulgence had probably been formed since childhood.

He wiped her hands clean and found a small conch toy and put it in her hand to stop her from chewing her fingers. While he did his homework, she sat on another chair and played with the conch under the supervision of her aunt.

My younger sister is a lovely trouble. Whenever she makes the slightest movement, Yu Yue can't help but look over at her out of the corner of his eye, which greatly reduces his efficiency in doing homework.

From that day on, the door of Yu Yue's room was always left a crack so that she could come in directly. But after growing up, this heartless guy completely forgot about his childhood and even laughed at him for having a bad habit of not closing the door properly.

He moved his homework to after dinner, but still sat at his study table waiting.

The person pushing the door was too weak, and the door shook before it was slowly pushed open.

The little fellow, who used both hands, tilted his body, stuck out his head, and searched the room with his bright round eyes. He smiled when he saw his brother.
