Chapter 53 Fried Food



When Yang Donghu opened his eyes drowsily, his mind was still confused and unclear.

First blanch the pork in water, then spread red fermented bean curd and homemade fermented beans on it. After spreading them evenly, put the pork skin down in a frying pan and fry until the skin is slightly charred and blistered, then rinse it in ice water.

After the temperature drops, cut it into thin slices, spread it on the bottom of a bowl, and cover it with some previously pickled vegetables. When you want to eat it, take out a bowl and steam it. It will be ready in a short while.

In addition, there are fried vegetarian meatballs, fried fish and so on. There are quite a lot of things to fry.

Zhao Fangchu didn't lie in bed today. He got up early to help his mother pack.

When Yang Donghu and Zhao Luochuan came, he was sitting in the yard shredding radishes.

It looked like today's fire would have to burn for a whole day, and making these things would consume a lot of firewood. Zhao Fangyu had to chop firewood non-stop to barely get enough. Zhao Luochuan took off his coat without saying a word and went to help.

The big stove in the yard was still burning brightly. Zhu Cuilan and Zhao He were busy in the kitchen. Yang Donghu walked into the kitchen and called out "Uncle, Auntie", waiting for her to arrange the work.
