Chapter 10 The Game Begins 3

Chapter 10 The Game Begins 3

"What do you mean by stopping the expenses of the mansion?"

Sun Tu walked faster as he heard his mother's roar from behind.

Meanwhile, Zhao Lingmeng and her youngest son, Sun Qiyang, had a good night's sleep. When she woke up, she saw Nanny playing with Sun Qiming in the room. Qiuyue, meanwhile, sat not far from her bed, sewing, a picture of peaceful times.

Zhao Lingmeng sat up and first looked at Sun Qiyang who was sleeping soundly next to her. Looking at his fair and tender face, she couldn't help but poke him with her hand.

When Qiuyue looked over, Zhao Lingmeng immediately withdrew his hand and pretended that he had done nothing.

"Madam, you're awake! Are you hungry?" Qiuyue looked at the lady, who had become lively after the ordeal, and pretended not to notice her behavior. She only thought to herself, "Young Master, I'm sorry, but this is your filial piety to your mother." Then she spoke up to help Zhao Lingmeng.

"Mom, you're awake!" Sun Qiming immediately put down the toy in his hand when he heard the noise and ran to Zhao Lingmeng's bed. He raised his head and looked at Zhao Lingmeng who was leaning on the bed.

"Mom has given birth to a little brother, so she can't hold you right now. Can I let Sister Qiuyue hold you up?" Zhao Lingmeng discussed with Sun Qiming, then she took the initiative to hold the little guy sleeping on the bed a little closer, and moved herself a little closer to make room for Sun Qiming.

Sun Qiming hadn't seen his mother for several days. When he heard his mother say this, he immediately nodded obediently. Then he stretched out his hand to Qiuyue, "Sister Qiuyue, hug me."

"Okay, I'll hold our Second Young Master." Qiuyue immediately put the needle and thread in her hand away, went forward to hold Sun Qiming, and put him on the lady's bed. By the way, she helped him take off his shoes and then stuffed him into the lady's quilt.

As soon as Sun Qiming was tucked into the quilt, he hugged Zhao Lingmeng's arm and said, "Mom, brother."

Zhao Lingmeng was delighted as she looked at this adorable little boy. She no longer needed to get pregnant or bear children. Three sons was more than enough for her in this world of fertility. She only needed to raise them well, and she could enjoy a comfortable retirement.

Zhao Lingmeng thought this in her heart, but she didn't show it on her face. Instead, she lay back a little, exposing Sun Qiyang next to her, satisfying Sun Qiyang's curiosity.

"Mom, my little brother is so small!" Sun Qiming said while gesturing with her little hand.

"Well, then you protect your little brother now, and when he grows up, let him protect you, okay?" Zhao Lingmeng discussed with Sun Qiming.

"If he listens to me, I will protect him," Sun Qiming said cleverly.

Zhao Lingmeng was a bit shocked. A two-year-old could already tell whether to obey or not. How clever! Zhao Lingmeng rubbed Sun Qiming's chubby face. This showed that the original owner's own repressed life hadn't affected Sun Qiming at all, allowing him to grow up healthily.

"Mom, what's my brother's name?" Sun Qiming asked while looking at the small ball.

"My brother's name is Sun Qi Yang. Can we call him Yang Yang?" Zhao Ling Meng said softly.

"No." Sun Qiming turned his head away awkwardly, pretending to be angry.

Zhao Lingmeng looked at the awkward child in front of her and exclaimed inwardly how adorable he was. But she still asked softly, "Why is it not okay? Can you tell your mother?"

When Sun Qiming heard his mother say this, he felt extremely wronged and tears started to fall down.

Zhao Lingmeng was a little flustered when she saw the child crying. After all, it was her first time being someone's mother. Zhao Lingmeng wiped the tears from Sun Qiming's face with her sleeve and asked softly, "What's wrong? Tell your mother, we are little men, don't cry!"

"He is competing with me for my mother. I only have a mother, but he is still competing with me. My brother has a grandmother, an aunt, and a father. But I only have a mother." When Sun Qiming said this, tears began to fall down again.

Zhao Lingmeng heard Sun Qiming say this, and it dawned on her that maintaining balance was a test every parent had to endure. Zhao Lingmeng had already anticipated the subsequent chaos. Furthermore, Zhou, Sun Tu, and the others were likely to be surrounding Sun Qijing, and Sun Qiming must have longed for his father's love.

Zhao Lingmeng held him lightly and comforted him, "Mother doesn't like younger brother more. I named him Yangyang because I wanted to name my precious son Sun Qiming Mingming, so I call him Yangyang."

"Really?" Sun Qiming raised his head to confirm.

Zhao Lingmeng could only nod her head heavily. She mentally reminded herself to be more careful in the future, especially since her second child was more sensitive. Sun Qiming was delighted to see his mother nod, and immediately smiled.

At this time, Nanny Wu came in with chicken soup and other nourishing foods. "Madam, you must be hungry. Eat something first! The kitchen is still making fresh food."

After Aunt Wu finished speaking, she placed the things on the table and handed over a bowl of chicken soup.

Zhao Lingmeng watched Sun Qiming eagerly staring at her bowl. She felt embarrassed to eat alone in front of such a young child. So she said to Wu, "Mammy, get a small bowl for the second young master."

Seeing the Second Young Master looking at her eagerly, Nanny Wu used his usual bowl to serve him a little. But it wasn't much, as the Second Young Master was still young and had just finished his meal.

Sun Qiming was very happy as he drank chicken soup in bed with Zhao Lingmeng, holding his own small bowl. He took a sip and glanced at his mother, feeling extremely happy.

If Zhao Lingmeng's life here was peaceful and good, Sun Tu felt that it was terrible.

Sun Tu went to Sun Qijing's yard and saw Sun Qijing's personal servant lying on the ground and letting him ride on him like a horse. Sun Tu looked at this scene and for the first time felt that he had harmed his child by letting his mother raise him.

Sun Tu said sternly, "Sun Qijing, what are you doing?"

"Ride a big horse! This game is fun." Sun Qijing was not afraid of him at all. After all, his grandmother would stand on his side.

Seeing his son's behavior, Sun Tu knew that he was not afraid of him at all. Sun Tu could only sigh helplessly, then walked over, picked up Sun Qijing, and waved his hand to let the servant go.

The servant retreated immediately as if he had been pardoned.

Sun Tu squatted down to be as tall as Sun Qijing, and then said to him calmly: "Jing'er, we are men and cannot do such things."

"But my grandmother said it was okay, and that the servant would be very happy. She also said that it was what he should do." Sun Qijing was a little confused and asked.

"Grandma is a woman and doesn't understand. Please listen to daddy, okay?" Sun Tu advised softly.
