Chapter 113 Going Home to Eat
Lin Feiyan narrowed his eyes slightly: "Not hungry?"
“Yes,” Xiao Cui replied, “That’s what Miss Ye said.”
Lin Feiyan snorted coldly: "Then don't let her eat anything, throw it all away!"
After saying this, he turned and left the restaurant, taking the elevator directly upstairs.
Xiao Cui huddled in the kitchen, terrified, not daring to breathe.
It seemed as if Mr. Lin had suddenly reverted to his former self, cold, eccentric, and unpredictable.
Miss Ye, however, stayed in her room and refused to come out.
So the two of them must have had a fight.
Xiao Cui sighed, silently throwing away the food she hadn't eaten, while secretly praying that the two would reconcile soon and that the house would regain its former vitality.

Early the next morning.
After tidying up, Xiao Cui noticed that Ye Qingning hadn't come downstairs yet, but it was almost time for Lin Feiyan to have breakfast.
She could only find some wontons in the freezer and started cooking them following Ye Qingning's previous steps.
A moment later, Lin Feiyan came downstairs. His expression seemed normal. She quickly greeted him, "Mr. Lin, please have wontons for breakfast. They'll be ready soon."
Lin Feiyan's gaze swept around but he didn't find Ye Qingning. He nodded with a cold expression: "She hasn't gotten up yet?"
Xiao Cui nodded: "No..."
Lin Feiyan scoffed, "Let's see how long she can hold out!"
Xiao Cui hesitated for a moment, not daring to speak. After placing the wontons on the table, she weakly said, "Mr. Lin, my best friend is hospitalized, and I need to ask for two days off to go and take care of her..."
"Whatever," Lin Fei said coolly, scooping up some wontons with a spoon and putting them into his mouth.
Even though it was the same wonton she used to make, and the soup had the same ingredients, the taste was completely different.
Lin Feiyan only ate two bites before he couldn't eat anymore.
The huge house was lifeless, so he simply went straight to the company headquarters.
As night fell and the streetlights downstairs lit up one after another, Chen Chu hesitated before asking, "Brother Fei, should I order takeout for you tonight?"
Lin Feiyan looked up from the documents: "No need, I'll eat at home."
It's been a whole day, she should have calmed down by now. I wonder what she'll cook today.
On the way back, Lin Feiyan's lips curled up slightly. If the dishes she cooked today suited his taste, he would let her go to the film academy for further studies even if she didn't act coquettishly.
As the car drove into the Lin residence, all that could be seen was darkness and desolation. Apart from a few scattered streetlights in the garden, the house was completely dark, let alone the so-called dinner.
A sudden chill ran through Lin Feiyan as his wheelchair sped toward the house.
Chen Chu quickly followed, and after entering the room, he promptly turned on the living room light, only to see that Lin Feiyan had already entered the elevator.
After hesitating for a moment, he went straight up the stairs to the third floor. When he arrived, he saw the usually calm and indifferent Lin Feiyan knocking on Ye Qingning's door, with a hint of anxiety in his eyes.
But after a long while there was no response from the room, as if no one was there at all.
"Check the surveillance footage!"
Lin Feiyan gave a deep, menacing order, his tone filled with the impending storm.
Chen Chu was taken aback: "Okay."
After knocking on the door to no avail, Lin Feiyan turned the doorknob and found that the door was locked from the inside.
"Ye Qingning!" he shouted, "Open the door!"
There was still no movement in the room. Lin Feiyan narrowed his eyes, took out his phone to check Ye Qingning's location, and found that her phone was in the room. The location report showed that it had been inactive since yesterday.
Startled, Lin Feiyan stood up from his wheelchair and kicked open the door.
By the light in the corridor, he saw Ye Qingning lying motionless on the large bed, and from his angle, he could see her pale face...
Lin Feiyan's heart suddenly skipped a beat, and he strode over.
