Chapter 113 The Shedding Sparrow Clan

"Look at yourself! Who else would you yell at if not you?" Qin Xi patted his shoulder in annoyance.

Song Siyao chuckled softly, holding his sword.

After the two of them caught up, the group slowly left the White Tiger Clan.

As soon as he stepped outside, Su Xi and the Demon King were already waiting at the door.

"Let's go, our destination is the Sparrow Clan."

"Oh, thank goodness Xiao Ao didn't come along. I wonder if she'll try to catch birds."

Wan Qiji quickly covered Baili Xijiang's mouth.

He whispered, "The Sparrow Clan is mainly composed of peacocks, but various other sparrow clans are also included. You can't talk like that when you get there."

Qin Xi, a step too slow, nodded in disapproval, "Watch your mouth."

Su Xi had no intention of arguing with the child. With a wave of her hand, the group went directly to the territory of the Sparrow Clan.

The flag of the Sparrow Clan is printed with the image of the Vermilion Bird.

Upon arriving in their territory, however, there was none of the chirping birdsong that I had expected.

Instead, it was so quiet it was almost serious.

It has a completely different atmosphere from the White Tiger Clan's territory.

Upon seeing this, the guards noticed that the White Tiger Clan was not as impulsive as the White Tiger Clan. Instead, they calmly bowed, then chirped, and the message was relayed in waves.

Su Xi stood at the front with her arms crossed, turned around and nodded to Song Tingwan and the others, "Because of the shedding of fur, their tribe has quite a few problems. If you have any questions later, just ask them directly."

One or two of them, after shedding their fur, just huddle in their nests and don't move at all.

It's really infuriating.

Su Xi has always been very straightforward, and without waiting for a response, she led her people inside.

It's already quite a favor to ask them to give us a heads-up.

Along the way.

They rarely have a true human form; all the Sparrow Clan members you see are humanoid.

They all brought hats and cloaks, covering themselves completely.

Song Tingwan was surprised, and suddenly guessed the problem.

"They lost their original form and their human form too...?"

The moment the words left his mouth, all the surrounding sparrows looked on in a flurry of anger and embarrassment.

Shedding is already annoying enough, but someone dares to bring it up in front of them.

If it weren't for the fact that the people around Song Tingwan didn't look too intimidating, she would definitely have been chased and pecked by the birds.

Song Tingwan smiled apologetically.

He must have caught the crap from his silly apprentice; how could he so casually blurt it out himself?

Baili Xijiang was puzzled when his master glanced at him, but he still gave her a silly smile.

Even though they were very reluctant, after a moment, the Sparrow Clan Chief led a group of Sparrows to greet them.

They were still hiding their true intentions.

"I have met Venerable Su Xi."

The chieftain of the Sparrow Clan was a young man dressed in flamboyant attire, but he wore a cloak on his head and his clothes were completely covered up.

Even so, she wore all the necessary accessories.

Song Tingwan and the others turned around in tacit understanding and glanced at Baili Xijiang without making a sound.

Baili Xijiang looked at the Sparrow Clan Chief with disdain, thinking, "What kind of taste does he have?"

I still look better in my own clothes.

The black dragon in its bright yellow robe proudly raised its head, giving them a look of disdain.

Everyone's movements were subtle.

But the perceptive Sparrow Clan members keenly noticed it.

"There are even dragons here. Does Your Excellency think that these few juniors can resolve the affairs of my Sparrow Clan?"

His first words were brimming with arrogance and sarcasm.

Su Xi couldn't resist and smiled as she flicked her tail at someone.

"Should we get treatment?"

The fair-skinned Sparrow Clan Chieftain covered his flushed cheek, gritting his teeth and suppressing his anger: "Yes, of course I want it!"

With a sullen face, Su Xi led Song Tingwan and the others skillfully toward the Sparrow Clan's council hall.

Qin Xi's eyes sparkled behind her.

I feel I've learned a lot from Venerable Su Xi.

If she can maintain that powerful aura in the future, she won't be afraid of losing her presence when she's out and about.

Su Xi took the lead and walked ahead, while the Sparrow Clan members behind him dared not say anything.

Upon arriving at the council hall, apart from the Sparrow Clan Chief and a few elders, everyone else stood guard outside the hall.

So that if Venerable Su Xi were to beat someone up later, they could go in and persuade their subordinates to show mercy.

"Among these people, who is the one brought by the Venerable One?"

"Is it the number one alchemist in the Six Realms who has been resurrected from the dead, or the only alchemy saint in the Dragon Clan?"

As expected, the Sparrow Clan Chief had made preparations in advance and thoroughly investigated their identities.

After being reprimanded by Su Xi in front of everyone, the Sparrow Clan Chief has been more restrained in his speech this time.

His tone was calm, but he didn't hold out much hope.

After all, his repeated dashed hopes had left him somewhat numb.

Su Xi sat upright and looked at Song Tingwan. "This Venerable Zhenmian is the one you requested. Let her take a look at the situation first."

The Sparrow Clan Chief had an expression that said, "I knew it."

"Greetings, Venerable One. If you are the one to treat this, may the others leave?"

The Sparrow Clan Chief made a rather polite request.

He's the clan leader, you know. If all these people saw him without hair, how would he ever be able to face them again?

"Alright, no one's recording this anyway. Hurry up and turn back to your original form so Xiao Mian'er can see."

Before Song Tingwan could speak, Su Xi wasn't about to indulge him.

He works himself to the bone to solve everything, and he's exhausted, yet he still dares to make so many demands.

Su Xi had no patience whatsoever.

Song Tingwan could only shrug helplessly at the other party.

The Sparrow Clan Chieftain blushed.

They had no choice but to admit defeat.

Standing up, a flash of inspiration struck, and it transformed into something resembling a featherless chicken.

It really was completely bare.

Baili Xijiang couldn't help but let out a "Wow!" Luckily, the Sparrow Clan Chief didn't have the patience to beat him up.

Qin Xi, having served as a composed young sect leader for nearly a century, managed to maintain his composure.
