Chapter 237 The Grand Finale (Part 2)

The Demon Realm.

They arrived at their destination shortly afterward.

The group landed and encountered Wu Ling, who greeted them with a smile, and Liu Muyu, who kept asking Song Tingwan if she really wouldn't become the Demon Lord.

Qin Xi clung tightly to Song Tingwan, pushing Shen Zhuochuan aside.

The man who had been pushed aside raised an eyebrow, pulled out a fan, and tapped his nephew, who was staring blankly at the girl with a smile.

"Stop with that worthless, silly grin."

Baili Xijiang glared at him, his reaction slow. "Then you should also tone down that worthless attitude you have when you see my master."

The uncle and nephew glared at each other.

Wan Qiji stood at the head of the group and smiled apologetically at Wu Ling and Liu Muyu.

"I brought them here to play."

Wu Ling and Song Tingwan exchanged a glance, both knowing what was going on.

"Then quickly show everyone the place you've carefully arranged."

“Aji is protecting it very well, not allowing any demons to go to that mountain.”

Wu Ling spoke with an air of seriousness, piquing the curiosity of Song Siyao and the others.

The group then followed Aji toward the isolated hilltop.

The demon realm favors dark colors.

Even the green on the mountaintops is a dark green.

But once inside the mountain's protective barrier, what greeted the eye was a verdant landscape, like a mountain shrouded in clouds.

Then came the stone-paved road, with all sorts of beautiful palace lanterns hanging along the way.

"I bought this from the cultivation world. I saw that everyone liked it during the Lantern Festival."

Just those few words brought tears to Song Tingwan's eyes instantly.

At that time, while everyone else was carrying ornate lanterns, Aji was holding an iron lamp.

Finally, their Aji's suffering came to an end.

From a single iron lamp to the luxurious palace lanterns that now adorn the entire mountainside.

“I like it very much now.” Song Siyao took a lamp from the side and held it in her hand.

Song Tingwan blinked her misty eyes. Shen Zhuochuan turned to the side and released spiritual energy from his hand, taking down two lanterns while also covering her eyes from wiping them.

"Here you go." He handed it over gently, his movements exceptionally light.

Song Tingwan took it with red eyes, without saying a word.

I'm worried that my choked voice will make Aji even more flustered.

Qin Xi had already tiptoed to try and take down the lamp she had her eye on when Baili Xijiang stepped forward and easily took it down for her.

"Didn't you know to ask me for help?"

Qin Xi, holding the rabbit lantern, glanced at him and said, "You're so kind? You'll steal my lantern later."

He looked up at the sky uncomfortably. "That was before."

That won't happen anymore.

Besides, who cares about her pink rabbit lamp?

Bai Lixi glanced around and spotted a black dragon lantern.

He laughed, strode away, picked up the black dragon lantern, and curiously used it to tease Qin Xi's rabbit lantern.

The two soon started arguing again, laughing and joking, while the group continued on their way.

Then I saw a huge sparring platform and a prepared spectator stand.

Song Siyao was taken aback and stopped beside the sparring platform.

Wan Qiji walked to her side with a hint of nervousness.

"This was prepared for our sparring session. How about it, big enough?"

They always fought indiscriminately, but there were many obstacles, so they didn't dare to fight freely.

"There's a magic array inside, which I had Master Xichen set up. It won't break no matter how much you hit it."

Song Siyao lightly touched the ground and flew onto the stage, walked around once, and then smiled at him, "Not bad."

"Come on, let's continue our sparring. It won't be a waste of your careful planning."

Wan Qiji was taken aback; there were still two places he hadn't taken them to see.

But Song Siyao, who was willing to help him ascend to immortality, was unreasonable and conjured up a beam of light in his hand to strike.

The two started fighting again.

Song Tingwan and her three companions were not surprised. They stopped not far from them and sat in the spectator seats that were clearly prepared for them.

The tables and chairs were even the familiar golden sandalwood tables.

“Ah Ji is so thoughtful. If it were me, I would have made a fuss long ago, but he didn’t say a word.”

Qin Xi was somewhat surprised and touched.

Baili Xijiang nodded in agreement.

It's only because Aji can be so patient.

The four of them sat and watched for a while, then wandered around on their own.

Following the road upwards, there came to a courtyard.

Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be the Magnolia Courtyard, just like Yunyin.

From the winding water corridor to the blooming magnolia trees along the roadside.

It truly felt like stepping back into the Hidden Cloud Village.

Song Tingwan stood on her familiar viewing platform, facing the wind, and leaned into Chen Zhuochuan's arms.

I am filled with emotion.

“Aji…”

Shen Zhuochuan turned his head to listen attentively, but she suddenly changed the subject, "She's an idiot too."

The man chuckled, "They went to so much trouble to arrange all this, and you still call them stupid."

Song Tingwan laughed, a hint of helplessness in her expression.

"It was only when we were about to ascend to heaven that we learned of this place."

What else could it be but stupidity?

If Wu Ling hadn't revealed it to her, they might never have known Aji's good intentions.

Shen Zhuochuan laughed, "That's just how Aji is, she doesn't compete or fight for anything."

Unlike him.

The two embraced each other, silently echoing those three words in their hearts, and then burst into laughter.

Baili Xijiang and Qin Xi walked around the courtyard, marveling at how Aji had replicated the entire Magnolia Courtyard.

They put a lot of thought into decorating the places they love to be.

Stepping out of the Magnolia Courtyard, one finds a miniature version of the outer gate of the Sword Inquiry Sect.

The more they walked, the more moved they became. Even Baili Xijiang's eyes reddened. The two of them ran back crying, each grabbing one of Song Tingwan's hands and urging her to go see it quickly.

Those were memories unique to them in the outer sect of the Sword Inquiry Sect, so Shen Zhuochuan was left behind.
