The breath was extremely sinister and poisonous. The moment it touched her skin, it immediately formed sharp teeth that wanted to pierce into her bone marrow.
"Destroy!" Ye Lan was quick-eyed and quick-handed. He cast a purification spell to get rid of the black energy, but his wrist was still red and swollen.
Ada and Caroline were horrified. "What was that just now?"
Ye Lan lowered his eyes to glance at his wrist, his expression already cold, "Demonic energy."
"Demonic energy?" Ada opened her eyes wide, unable to believe it. "How could there be demonic energy in Caroline's stomach?!"
While Ye Lan held her wrist and used her internal energy to heal the wound, she explained, "There are two possibilities. The first is that she carried it herself and it transferred to the thing in her stomach. But based on the previous description, Chief Caroline hasn't used witchcraft in a long time, so that can basically be ruled out."
"There is only one possibility left."
Caroline and Ada stared at her.
Ye Lan, however, slowly raised his eyes and looked at the giant wedding photo on the bedside. A dark glint flickered in his eyes. "The other person you married planted demonic energy into this thing, giving it life and turning it into a demon fetus."
"Demon fetus..." Caroline shuddered inexplicably. As the head of the witch clan, she naturally knew that demonic energy came from heaven, earth, and man. Any creature born from a fetus possessed the power to destroy heaven and earth, bringing disaster to the entire world. Her expression was dazed, her face pale. "Chief Ye, are you sure?"
Ye Lan did not answer, but took her hand and placed it on his belly, activating a trace of internal energy.
The next second, the black gas quickly rushed out again.
