Chapter 49

Chapter 49

"Is it Zhou's mother's doing?" Zhen Zhen asked.

It's not impossible. Aunt Jiang married into Zhou's mother's hometown and kept in touch with her.

Meng Li was very angry. "Why did she want to take this house? My two sons can't even afford to live here. This house was allocated by my father-in-law's company. It has nothing to do with her. How can she have the nerve to do this?"

"She probably wanted to find a reason to stay here. Once she does, it will be hard to get her to move out. Some people think that since you are relatives, they will just let you live here. They won't get angry. Aunt Jiang thinks that you are young and your mother-in-law is a secretive person. She bets that you two young people won't get angry with her, an elder, so she's pushing it too far."

Although the house is only 20 square meters, it is a house in the city after all. Aunt Jiang has three children, and the burden is not small. If she can get a house in the city, the children can go to school in the city, and the son will have a place to live after getting married.

This calculation is quite sound.

Meng Li just wanted to live a quiet life, but after getting married, there were always this and that. Just when she finally finished her confinement and wanted to take a rest, Aunt Jiang came to make trouble again.

Meng Li sighed and said, "In the final analysis, I feel that my mother-in-law is easy to bully, and I, the new daughter-in-law, can't be the head of the family."

"There are people like this. Every family has its own problems. Life is like going through a process of going through checkpoints. Each checkpoint is difficult but you have to pass it anyway," Zhen Zhen said.

Meng Li felt that what her aunt said made sense. "This Aunt Jiang must have bullied my mother-in-law a lot in the past. Now that I am the head of the family, I can't let her think that I am easy to bully. If this precedent is set, those rural relatives of the Jiang family will definitely bully our family of four."

Meng Li squeezed to Zhen Zhen's side and said, "Auntie, come up with a solution for me! Give this Aunt Jiang a lesson!"

Zhen Zhen smiled but said nothing. She glanced at the orange tea on the table. Meng Li quickly handed it to her. Zhen Zhen took a sip and then said slowly:

"In a word, fight poison with poison."

Meng Li was confused after hearing this.

"She brought her three children to live with you because she wanted to rely on you. She knows that you young people are shy and don't want to yell at the children. What's the big deal about nine people living in 20 square meters? Bring a few more children to have some fun together! We are not without children at home, so we can bring our most lovable Lai Di, and Shufen's Pan Di, Xiang Di, and Ying Di. If it doesn't cost you much, I can lend you my three children!"

Meng Li recalled and said with a smile:

"No, no, four kids are enough. I can take on five!"

Meng Li went home and explained the situation to Mrs. Meng.

Zhang Qiaohong and Zhou Shufen wished there were fewer children at home so they could live in peace and quiet.

If they can help Meng Li get rid of those powerful relatives, her mother-in-law will remember their contribution.

Besides, Meng Li, the sister-in-law, is a well-behaved woman. She will definitely show some appreciation when the child goes to the county town.

In short, the children will not suffer any loss if they go there!

Just like that, Meng Li brought her four nieces home. When Jiang Dongping saw that she brought Lai Di with her, he pushed his glasses and said nothing.

Aunt Jiang was unhappy. "Hey, Meng Li, I'm not saying anything bad about you. Our house is only 20 square meters. I have to sleep on the floor. If you bring them here, where will they live?"

Meng Li smiled, "Aunt, this is a coincidence. As a relative from Dongping, you want to stay with us for a while, and my relatives also want to stay in the county for a few days. But don't worry, my nieces are very sensible."

Aunt Jiang was so embarrassed. She was a member of the Jiang family, so it was normal for her to come and eat and drink for free. After all, her deceased brother was in this family.

But Meng Li's nieces are not related to the Jiang family at all, so why should they take advantage of the Jiang family?

Thirteen people live in a twenty-square-meter house. You can imagine how that feels!

Meng Li and Jiang Dongping slept on the bed with their two children, Jiang Dagu slept on the floor with her three children, and Meng Laidi and several others slept next to Jiang Dagu.

Meng Lai Di had a bad sleeping posture and often kicked over and kicked Aunt Jiang in the face. Aunt Jiang scolded her to death, but she couldn't do it openly, so she could only curse and sulk at night.

The next morning, Aunt Jiang, who was in a bad mood, waited for Meng Li to make breakfast for her, but it was almost noon and Meng Li was still motionless.

Aunt Jiang was furious. "Meng Li, how can you entertain guests like this? You don't cook and leave us to starve?"

Meng Li smiled and said, "Aunt, I just came out of confinement and I'm not feeling well. Please take care of yourself."

Aunt Jiang had never seen such a lazy woman. How could such a woman be worthy of entering the Jiang family? If her brother had not died, she would have asked Jiang Dongping to divorce Meng Li!

"Then you have to give me money to buy food!"

"Aunt, Dongping and I don't get much money. We gave birth to two sons at once. How can we afford to eat? It's better for you to take care of them first and I'll pay you back when Dongping gets his salary." Meng Li still smiled.

Aunt Jiang felt something was wrong, but Meng Li greeted her with a smile and didn't seem like a troublemaker.

She could go hungry, but the children had to eat, so Aunt Jiang had to grit her teeth and buy some potatoes and vegetables and stir-fry two side dishes.

But when she came out of the kitchen, the dish had already been eaten up by the four maids of the Meng family.

Food is life these days!

Aunt Jiang was so angry that she almost had a brain infarction. "Who ate my meal?"

Meng Laidi curled his lips and said, "We ate it. Isn't cooking for people to eat?"

"You...you shameless little bitch! That's my cooking!"

"What's wrong with what you did? I can eat the food placed at my aunt's house. If you don't want me to eat it, then go back to your own house!"

Aunt Jiang almost slapped them. Her three children were still hungry, but the four girls from the Meng family were full. They even bullied her children, so she kicked them to the ground. Her children were angry but dared not say anything.

Aunt Jiang was very angry. She took off her apron and planned to go out to buy a cake for the child. However, after searching for a long time, she found that the earring she had placed on the table was missing.

Aunt Jiang searched everywhere but couldn't find her earring. When she turned around, she saw Meng Laidi playing with a golden object. Wasn't it her missing earring?

"Okay! You thief, I told you to take my things, give them back to me now!"

Meng Lai Di was upset by what she said, "When did I take your things? I picked them up at the door. It's ok that you don't thank me, but you even dare to scold me!"

Aunt Jiang gritted her teeth, wishing she could tear the little hoof apart. "I'm saying this for the last time. Give the earring back to me!"

"If you don't want to return it, then don't return it! Who are you threatening? I'll return it to where I found it!"

As Meng Laidi spoke, he waved his hand and the earring began to fall freely in the air.

Aunt Jiang ran to the balcony and looked around, but could not find any trace of the earrings.

She only had this one earring, which she usually kept hidden and didn't dare to wear. She wanted to show it off to Meng Li when she came to the city, so she secretly put it in her pocket and brought it with her.

Who would have known that this little bitch Meng Laidi would actually throw away her earrings!

It's strange. I threw it away right under my nose, but I can't find the earring anymore.

Aunt Jiang searched until the evening, and she was hungry and cold, but she still couldn't find the earring. You can imagine how upset she was.

Meng Li stepped out to mediate, "Hey, aunt, the child is ignorant, you should not argue with her."

Aunt Jiang almost vomited blood when she heard these harmless words.

Meng Li smiled and pushed the child into Aunt Jiang's arms, "Aunt, I have something to do outside. Can you please help me look after the child?"

Aunt Jiang was in a very bad state.

This time, it was because Zhou's mother told her about Jiang Dongping buying a house that she thought of coming to the county town to occupy the old house where her brother had lived.

Her brother's wife was a good-for-nothing, and Jiang Dongping was a man who was too embarrassed to quarrel with her. Meng Li had just entered the family, so she didn't dare to confront her.

Will this house become hers soon?

Who would have thought that after coming to the county town, I would have to buy groceries and cook meals with my own money, broke a pair of earrings, and still have to serve these little rascals, Meng Li and the twins. I would suffer losses everywhere and not get any advantage at all!

Aunt Jiang was so hateful!

Meng Li was also a person who could take risks. Since Aunt Jiang was helping her take care of the children, she decided to go out and have fun. She first took the coupons to go to the supply and marketing cooperative for a stroll, then went to see a movie with Jiang Dongping. The two of them also rode their bicycles around the county and did not go home until it was completely dark.

Aunt Jiang not only had to take care of the twins, but also her own three children. Meng Li's four nieces were also a worry-free matter. You can imagine how it felt for a family of nine children to live in a 20-square-meter house!

Aunt Jiang couldn't sleep and didn't eat enough, so she quickly became thin. But Meng Li seemed to be dependent on her. She would often hand the child to her and run away to have fun. Aunt Jiang was really unreasonable and had no place to complain.

She was already irritable, and the two sets of children were fighting.

That guy named Meng Laidi is really a bad guy. He bullies her three children.

Aunt Jiang couldn't stand it anymore!

She pointed at Meng Laidi's nose and cursed him, but Meng Laidi was not someone who could be easily bullied.

Although Aunt Jiang is a vigorous farmer, Meng Laidi is a bad boy. He often fights with girls from other villages and slaps them quickly, hard and accurately!

A slap landed on Aunt Jiang's face, making a loud slapping sound!

Now the fuse was pulled. Aunt Jiang's three children protected their mother and were ready to fight her to the death. Pan Di and his brothers also went up to help Meng Laidi.

The two sides wrestled together. Although Meng Laidi was hit several times, none of the blows hit his vital parts and there was no visible injury on his face. Instead, Aunt Jiang's hair was almost pulled bald.

Being beaten up like this by a few kids at such a young age, Aunt Jiang was so upset! She suffered a lot of psychological trauma.

At the end of the fight, Aunt Jiang couldn't stand it anymore and packed up her things angrily.

Meng Li happened to walk in and was also stunned when she saw this scene.

"Hey, aunt, who hit you in the face? Why is it so swollen? Where are you going? You can't leave! My eldest and second child can't live without you. If you leave, I really don't know what to do alone! Why don't you stay at my house? Help me raise my two children. When my children grow up, they will definitely thank you and provide you with a long-term care!"

When Aunt Jiang heard this, she thought, you want her to take care of the twins for another ten years? Look at this bargain, there is no way!

Aunt Jiang snorted coldly, and walked away with the child without looking back.

Meng Li turned her head to look at Jiang Dongping, and caught a glimpse of the faint smile on his lips. "Why do I feel that you are very proud?"

Jiang Dongping shook his head and said, "I think I have married a treasure. As expected, you should marry a strong wife."

The couple clapped their hands and sent away Aunt Jiang, the plague god. Then they happily packed their bags and prepared to move.

Moving is not easy, but fortunately there are many people in the family, and Meng Laidi's four children can also help. Meng Li packed up the things and asked them to carry them over. They finished moving in half a day.

The place was spacious, and seeing that she was feeling uncomfortable, Mr. and Mrs. Cao not only helped her tidy up, but also helped her coax the children and even prepared dinner for them, which touched Meng Li deeply.

Meng Li was also a capable person. She rented the 20-square-meter house to a butcher. The butcher was a big and strong man who never let go of his butcher knife. Even Zhou's mother, who liked to cut electrical wires, didn't dare to offend him. Finally, he kept quiet for a while.

Meng Li did not treat her nieces badly. She gave each of them one yuan and five kilograms of rice. The two sisters-in-law were naturally very happy to see her.

The New Year is coming to an end again. Another year of eating and drinking has passed. Zhen Zhen feels that time flies so fast.

Now that our family is well off and we don’t have much money to spend in the countryside, the biggest burden is food expenses.

The food was quite good. There was no abalone every day, just common ingredients such as ribs, hens, lamb and beef. But in the 1970s when people were not able to eat enough, that was truly a divine standard!

Everyone in the family had a rosy complexion, so she felt that all those good things were not given in vain.

Although Jiao Huilan gave birth to a child, her complexion became fair and rosy, and her skin became more moisturized than before. She also showed the charm of a young lady. After the policy is relaxed, if she perms her hair and puts on some makeup, she can be considered a little beauty.

It snowed in June, and the snow dyed the mountain roads and farmlands white. Once it snows in the north in winter, the colors become dull. Looking from afar, in Batou Village at the foot of the mountain, only the smoke from cooking fires could be seen.

"Grandma, I'm going ice skating!" Daya shouted at the door.

Zhen Zhen poked her head out of the kitchen. It was snowing heavily and the river in the village was frozen. Rural children had no other entertainment in the winter, so they liked to go skating on the river. However, if they fell, the consequences would be serious.

She went back to her room and got out a pair of cotton protective gear. "One for the knees and one for the butt. It will save you from pain."

Daya is most afraid of falling, so she is very happy to wear knee pads and flatters people loudly.

"Grandma is the best!"

Zhen Zhen patted her butt. Daya was six weeks old now and had grown a lot. There was a cleverness in her eyes and eyebrows.

Zhen Zhen started to enlighten her since autumn.

I taught her to recognize words first, and then taught her to recognize numbers.

Whenever there is product packaging, she asks Daya to read it.

When she cooked red bean soup, she poured the beans into a basket and asked Daya to count them. After a few times, the child learned to read and had some mathematical concepts, and Zhen Zhen's goal was achieved.

Nowadays, rural people don't like this. Children are raised out in the wild when they are born. Studying? That's their own business. How can parents teach their children in advance? Without the college entrance examination, it's useless to study, right?

However, Zhen Zhen knew that he would have to resume taking the college entrance examination in the future.

She wanted to lay a good foundation for Daya as soon as possible so that if she transferred to another place to study in the future, she would not fall behind.

However, the free-range education of rural people also has its advantages. There are more outdoor activities and more sun exposure, so very few children are nearsighted. Sometimes Zhen Zhen really envies the eyesight of these children.

The children all left in a swarm, and Daya also took her friends with her. One third of the village people gathered in the river to skate.

It would be bad if her grade was high at this time. Zhen Zhen also wanted to go out and have some fun, but it was a pity that with her status, if she really went out and made trouble, wouldn't she be laughed at by the whole village?

Zhen Zhen stewed pig's trotters with soybeans to feed Jiao Huilan.

Zhen Zhen was also tempted by the aroma. It was snowing outside and the air was cold, but the kitchen was filled with the aroma of pig trotter soup. Who wouldn't want to swallow it? She took a bite and felt warm and comfortable all over. She bit into the tendon and it was so fragrant!

Zhen Zhen recalled a classmate from college who ate pig's trotter soup all day long saying she wanted to enlarge her breasts. However, after eating pig's trotters for a semester, she gained 20 kilograms, but her breasts didn't grow any bigger, which made her very upset.

Cheng Su came in after feeding the pigs and served the pig's trotter soup to Jiao Huilan.

Tao Aihong took one bowl for herself, and Zhen Zhen served another bowl to Cheng Su.

"Susu, the weather is cold, drink some hot soup to replenish your body."

Cheng Su's face turned red from the cold. She held the pig's trotter soup and smiled at Zhen Zhen, "Auntie Zhen, this pig's trotter soup is really delicious."

Zhen Zhen smiled and went back to the room to take out a sweater. "I knitted this sweater for you. Go back to your room and try it on. If there's anything wrong with it, tell me and I'll help you alter it."

Cheng Su was obviously surprised. She saw Aunt Zhen knitting sweaters every day and thought they were for her daughter-in-law. Who knew that they were actually prepared for her?

The sweater was so soft, with a circle of rabbit fur at the collar, which made her skin look even whiter and as pure as the snow outside.

No one has knitted sweaters for her since her mother died.

Cheng Su felt warm in her heart, rushed forward and hugged Aunt Zhen's waist, saying softly:

"Auntie Zhen, you are as good as my mother!"

Zhen Zhen looked up at the sky in silence for a long time before he patted her shoulder with gritted teeth.

Cheng Su felt much warmer after putting on a sweater. Her aunt had not prepared any clothes for her when she came. Batou Village was colder than she had imagined, and she could only survive the cold winter by layering her spring and autumn clothes.

In previous years, I would get sick when it got cold, but this year I put on a soft sweater and my hands and feet feel warm.

Zhen Zhen prepared some brown sugar ginger tea, and when Meng Daguo and Meng Eryong came back with the children, she served each of them a bowl.

"Drink more to dispel the cold, so you don't have to get an IV drip for a cold."

These words worked very well. Daya was most afraid of intravenous drips, so she immediately picked up the bowl and drank it gulpingly.

After drinking the ginger tea, his whole body felt warm, and Meng Daguo subconsciously went to the kitchen to find something to eat.

The stewed pig's trotters were still hot in the pot, and the sticky pig's trotter soup made him drool.

My mother also made tenderloin stuffing, shredded the chicken, and prepared the dipping sauce to make shredded chicken.

This meal has soup, water and meat, it is so delicious!

After dinner, I would go back to the house to light the stove. Once the stove was lit, the house would become warm. There would be hot water on the stove. If I was thirsty, I would drink a cup. If I wasn’t thirsty, I would eat some melon seeds, chestnuts, and chat about family matters.

This day couldn't be more ordinary.

In the evening, Zhen Zhen called Old Lady Meng and Old Lady Meng's father to have dinner together.

After winter came, the food in the eldest house was not as good as before. The dishes looked completely nutritious. Zhen Zhen was not to say how filial he was, but people had to eat better as they got older. Eating better would reduce their chances of getting sick, and not becoming a burden to their children.

Just think of it as Zhen Zhen doing it for herself. She really doesn't want to wait until the old couple gets sick and hospitalized before taking care of them.

It would be better to keep them in good health and prevent them from getting sick less often.

So, whenever there is something delicious at home, Zhen Zhen will call them over.

Old Mrs. Meng was listening to Daya reciting ancient poems. She only knew a few words, but she knew nothing about ancient poems. She was completely stunned when she heard Daya recite one poem after another.

"How come there are so many children?"

Old Mrs. Meng's father said, "Could it be possible that our Meng family will produce a child prodigy?"

Zhen Zhen laughed when he heard this and said that the term "child prodigy" was exaggerated, it was just that she was enlightened early. However, Daya was indeed a little smart.

"Who says girls are inferior to boys? Our eldest daughter is a good candidate for college."

Old Mrs. Meng found this really amazing. When people get older, they hope their children and grandchildren will be well. Daya makes her feel that the future is full of hope.

"Daya, recite a few more sentences for me." Old Mrs. Meng smiled.

Daya was not shy and she recited a few parallel prose lines as soon as she opened her mouth, which frightened Old Lady Meng.

After further questioning, Mrs. Meng discovered that Daya knew a lot of words and was good at math. She looked at Daya with admiration, as if Daya could go to college tomorrow, do research, and reach the peak of her life.

Old Lady Meng also specifically instructed: "Daya, when you make a lot of money in the future, you must take me with you to enjoy a good life!"

The cotton-padded jackets the old couple were wearing were made by Zhen Zhen last year.

Although this cotton coat is good, the fabric is a bit ordinary and Zhen Zhen feels it lacks aesthetic appeal.

This year, there was a sewing machine at home, so she bought some cloth and asked Jiao Huilan to make a new set of cotton-padded clothes for the old couple. This set of clothes was made of the same material and color, and it was stuffed with new cotton, so it was extremely warm.

"My palms are sweating," said Mrs. Meng.

"You are so honest that you give us such good cotton and such good cloth. If it were someone else, they would not be willing to spend so much money." said Old Lady Meng's father.

He really thinks this daughter-in-law is good.

Whenever he had good things, he always thought of the two old people, and they never lacked for food and drink. He truly treated them as his own family.

Thinking of their daughter-in-law's attitude towards Mrs. Zhen's family, the old couple felt even more fortunate.

Fortunately, they never treated their daughter-in-law harshly.

Like the old couple from the Qian family in the village, when they were young, they bullied their daughter-in-law. In the cold winter, they asked their daughter-in-law who was in confinement to wash clothes. The daughter-in-law was unhappy, so they ordered their brother-in-law to beat her. Although the daughter-in-law could not resist at the time, she kept it in mind.

Just look, the day before yesterday, Old Mrs. Qian fell down, and the injury was not serious, but her daughter-in-law refused to pay to take her to the county town for treatment, leaving her lying alone in the cold kitchen, with no charcoal to burn and no quilt to cover her.

This morning some villagers said that Old Mrs. Qian might not survive this winter.

Some people say that Mrs. Qian deserves it, some people say she is pitiful. But Mrs. Meng says that parents-in-law should be kind to each other, because only with harmony can they make money and live a good life.

The snow fell for two days, and it took seven or eight days before the roads were open to traffic. Zhen Zhen was really anxious. The end of the year was a busy time. Not only did the pig farm in Daguo have to slaughter pigs, but she also wanted to go to the county town to sell melon seeds.

In the first ten days, she couldn't come to the county town, so she asked Cheng Su and Jiao Huilan to fry melon seeds and chestnuts. She secretly put them in the space and brought them to the county town to sell.

Business is really good during the New Year, and money is literally falling from the sky. Many people want to bring some food when they visit relatives during the New Year. To buy anything else, they need a ticket, so just buying some chestnuts and melon seeds to take with them is not too shabby.

Not to mention couples on dates.

Even those who are not well off, when they have enough money at the end of the year, they also want to spend some money on their children.

After a while, most of the melon seeds and chestnuts she had stored in her space were sold out.

Fortunately, she has a space. When someone is watching, she can hide in it and it is very safe!

Zhen Zhen earned a total of three or four hundred yuan. Since he had money, he wanted to spend it. Unfortunately, there were no supermarkets or shopping malls in those days, so he could only buy things at the supply and marketing cooperative.

"Sister, I finally got you here!"

Zhao Meilan was so excited that she bent down and took out some red and green things from under the container.

Zhen Zhen smiled and said, "Where did you get the hot water bag?"

It would be a lie for Zhao Meilan to say she wasn't surprised.

"Sister, you are so old fashioned. You even know what a hot water bottle is? I asked my man's friend to get it from out of town. You thought you had never seen it before. It seems that I am the old fashioned one."

Zhen Zhen smiled and said, "My husband was a soldier. I also saw it once when I went to visit my relatives. This thing is very warm when filled with hot water."

"You really know what's good. I asked someone to get three of them. I couldn't bear to use them myself, so I left them for you."

Zhao Meilan was certainly not doing charity; she gave Zhen Zhen the hot water bag purely for the pork she had on hand.

Last year, her husband made nearly two hundred dollars from that batch of pork.

She and her husband have worked hard for a year and all they rely on is this money at the end of the year. She heard that there is more pork this year than last year. Zhao Meilan is afraid that Zhen Zhen will give the pork to someone else, so she wants to use the hot water bag to tease her.

Zhen Zhen understood what she meant. She had been working with Zhao Meilan for so long and didn't want to ruin this relationship.

"The pigs will be slaughtered in a few days. The price and cooperation model are the same as last year. I will have someone deliver the pork to you then."

Zhao Meilan felt relieved and her smile became even brighter.

After chatting for a while, she brought up the issue of buying a house.

The house she lives in is only 40 square meters. It was livable in the past, but now she has three children and the older child has to sleep in a separate bed, so the house seems too small.

She had saved some money and discussed with her husband about moving to a bigger house, but he was unwilling to do so and thought it was unnecessary.

Houses are not worth much these days. If you really want to keep some assets, you can wait until the 1990s or later to stock up on houses.

However, only if the living environment is better and the quality of life improves, can one be in a better mood.

"Mood is priceless. If you manage your mood well every day, your life will be smooth."

Zhao Meilan thought it made a lot of sense.

Zhen Zhen added: "Don't think that houses are cheap now, but think about how many people there are in our country? Chinese people need a house to get married. In the long run, the price of houses will definitely increase a lot. Take advantage of the current low house prices and buy a good one to live in. Maybe you can demolish it in the future."

The first time Zhao Meilan heard the word "demolition", she didn't understand it at all.

It was precisely because Sister Zhen's words were profound and difficult to understand that she felt they were highly credible, so she decided to book the house without telling the man.

After Zhen Zhen got home, he gave Grandma Meng and Grandma Meng's father a hot water bottle.

The old couple saw this thing for the first time and were very curious. Zhen Zhen taught them how to use it and reminded them:

"When the hot water comes into contact with the skin right after it is filled, it can easily burn the skin. It must be wrapped with a layer of cloth before use."

Old Mrs. Meng kept nodding her head and the smile on her face stopped. Who in the village has ever used a hot water bottle?

The old couple had already used it a long time ago, and there was nothing they could do even if others were greedy. Who asked them to have a good daughter-in-law?

There were two hot water bottles left. Zhen Zhen kept one for himself, and was a bit troubled with the other one.

Giving to the first wife would offend the second wife, and giving to the second wife would offend the first wife. It would be better not to give to anyone.

Zhen Zhen gave the hot water bag to Cheng Su.

Cheng Su had never been able to keep her quilt warm at night before, but after coming to the Meng family, she had a new sweater, a warm quilt and a hot water bottle.

This year, Jiao Huilan made kimchi and dried radish, and Cheng Su pickled sugar garlic and green peppers. The pickled green peppers were not too spicy and tasted good with rice.

Steamed buns, steamed dumplings, steamed rice cakes, stuffed sausages, made bacon, chicken, duck and fish are all ready. After washing away the old smell, the New Year's Eve of 1976 arrived.
