Jin Fangguo: "..."
He glared at Lu An'an and said irritably, "Of course I saw it! I asked you why you kept him here?"
Lu An'an: "Oh, hehe, I knew Grandpa Jin couldn't possibly be stupid."
Jin Fangguo: "..." This little girl is quite vengeful.
Lu An'an smiled and whispered to Jin Fangguo, "Grandpa Jin, the medicine he has is harmful. Try to keep him calm and get some information out of him."
Jin Fangguo's pupils dilated slightly. He nodded and smiled as he greeted Li Hao, "Master Li, don't stand there. Please come and sit down. Xiao Yan, what are you standing there for? Quickly let Xiao Fang in and brew Master Li a pot of good tea." He winked at Jin Yan.
Jin Yan nodded, turned around and left.
After a while, a burly man who was 190 cm tall came in with a cup of tea, placed it in front of Li Hao, and then sat down on either side of Li Hao, one on each side of him and Jin Yan.
Lu An'an: "......"
Good grief, this isn't how you say "stay calm"! Isn't this a bit too obvious?
Lu Xunran: "..." It was more than obvious; it was practically a blatant statement.
Fu Zhiyan: "......" That's good, that's direct.
Li Hao: ?
"General Jin, what do you mean by this? I'm here to treat you out of kindness, and you treat me like a criminal?" Li Hao stood up, enraged.
Jin Fangguo raised his hand, and Jin Yan and Xiao Fang immediately pressed Li Hao down to sit on the sofa. He said with a smile, "Master Li, what are you saying? Soldiers are bound to be a little rough. Please bear with us."
Jin Fangguo glanced at Jin Yan, who immediately bent down and took out the pills from Li Hao's clothes, handing them to Jin Fangguo.
"Hey, what are you doing?!" Li Hao shouted anxiously.
After receiving the box, Jin Fangguo opened it and looked inside, then asked Li Hao, "Master Li, may I ask you where you got this medicine from?"
Li Hao's eyes flashed, and he shouted, "I said it was carefully crafted by my master, so of course it was given to me by my master!"
"Then who is your master?"
"Why should I tell you who my master is? If you don't believe me and don't want to take this medicine, then give it back to me!"
Jin Fangguo's smile slowly disappeared. "Li Hao, you'd better tell me honestly where you got this medicine."
Li Hao panicked. Had they realized something was wrong with the medicine? Impossible! They were definitely bluffing him!
He suppressed his panic and said stiffly, "I don't understand what you're saying! I told you this medicine was given to me by my master, believe it or not!"
Lu An'an didn't miss Li Hao's momentary unease and said coldly.
"Li Hao, you don't really think I can't tell what this medicine is, do you?"
