When Lu An'an and Fu Zhiyan walked to the back mountain, they saw seven or eight children, about the same age as Xiao Shi, playing there.
Xiao Shi turned around and saw Lu An'an, then ran towards her in surprise: "Sister!"
A gentle smile bloomed on Lu An'an's face. She slowly squatted down, gently opened her arms, and steadily caught Xiao Shi's small body. Her eyes were full of doting and tenderness. "Xiao Shi, do you want to go home?"
Xiao Shi's eyes lit up instantly, but then dimmed again, and she said dejectedly, "But I can't remember my home."
He lowered his head, his voice involuntarily choked with sobs: "I've been captured for too long. Apart from the village chief telling me that my home isn't here and that I have to pretend I can't speak to avoid being beaten, I can't remember what my parents look like, or who I am or where my home is."
Upon hearing this, Lu An'an's heart tightened. She gently reached out and stroked Xiao Shi's head, her eyes filled with pity: "It's okay. Do you want to go home with your sister? I'll take you to find your mom and dad, okay?"
Hope instantly shone in Xiao Shi's eyes. He looked up with a mixture of surprise and joy, his voice filled with disbelief and delight: "Sister! Will you really take me to find my mom and dad?"
Lu An'an nodded gently, her voice soft yet firm: "Yes, I will definitely help Xiao Shi find his home."
The village chief probably wants to help Xiao Shi go home too.
Xiao Shi was overjoyed. He jumped up and hugged Lu An'an tightly, his clear eyes sparkling with gratitude, and his childish voice full of sincerity: "Thank you, sister, thank you, sister! I will definitely repay your sister!"
Lu An'an just smiled warmly and gently hugged Xiao Shi back. She didn't take Xiao Shi's words to heart. As an adult, why should she need a child's repayment?
Fu Zhiyan, who was watching quietly from the side, had a gentle light in his eyes. How could he like such a nice girl so much?
Lu An'an's gaze swept over the other children who were staring at them from afar, too timid to approach. She then glanced at the bodyguard standing not far from her and Fu Zhiyan, dressed in black with a cold expression. She sighed softly and turned to Fu Zhiyan beside her, saying in a low voice, "Tell the people who came to help these children to be kind and gentle, so as not to frighten them."
Fu Zhiyan nodded in agreement: "Okay, I understand."
"Okay, then I'll take Xiao Shi over first."
After saying that, Lu An'an took Xiao Shi's hand and left the back mountain.
After watching Lu An'an leave, Fu Zhiyan resumed his aloof and unapproachable demeanor.
He summoned his bodyguards and calmly instructed them: "These children were all abducted and escaped. They are afraid of strangers. Be kind to them and don't scare them with a cold face. Play with them for a while. After we leave, contact the police immediately to ensure they can return home safely."
The bodyguard bowed respectfully and replied, "Yes, Mr. Fu."
"Um."
After Fu Zhiyan finished speaking, he turned around and went back to the car.
Lu An'an looked at the man who opened the car door and got into the car, and asked, "Are you all arranged? How are we getting back?"
Fu Zhiyan nodded slightly and replied gently, "Yes, it's all arranged. We'll be going back on my family's private jet. Your older brother and the others are waiting for us over there."
Lu An'an replied while fastening her seatbelt, "Okay, let's go then."
But when they arrived at the airport tarmac, Lu An'an only saw Lu Wenjing near the plane.
Lu An'an and Fu Zhiyan helped Old Master Lu to his side and gently called out, "Big Brother."

Lu Wenjing was sitting to the side, and the Fu family's private doctor was carefully treating the wound on his abdomen.
Hearing Lu An'an's question, his eyes narrowed slightly, and a hint of coldness flashed across his eyes. "Father called to say that Lu Yanhua is causing a scene at home, so your second brother took Lu Rongyu back to prepare."
Lu An'an frowned slightly, a hint of confusion flashing in her eyes: "Still causing trouble? What's the trouble about?"

Lu Wenjing explained, "When we were at the ancestral hall, Director Xu led a group of police officers to rescue Lu Yixuan and the others. After that, they left first. Lu Yanhua was the one who took Lu Yixuan to cause trouble."
He paused, a complex look flashing in his eyes: "When Lu Yanhua learned that Second Uncle had returned, she didn't go to the old house to see her, nor did she look for Lu Yixuan. Instead, she kept coming to our house, which is why she used this as an excuse to cause trouble."
Lu An'an's eyes lit up suddenly, and she curiously approached the old lady Lu, asking mysteriously, "Grandma, what happened when my second uncle was switched at the hospital?"
