Qi Rang pondered for a moment, then nodded slightly. "Alright, Miss Lu, please come with me."
Qi Rang led Lu An'an into another interrogation room where Lu Rongyu was being held, and pushed open the door to go inside.
The two sat down in the interrogation chairs, staring at Lu Rongyu without saying a word, and the air fell silent for a moment.
Lu Rongyu had already planned out how she should defend herself if they asked her, but after calculating in her mind for a long time, the two people opposite her just stared at her silently without saying a word.
As time went by, she grew increasingly panicked. Finally, unable to contain herself any longer, she laughed mockingly, trying to break the suffocating silence with her words: "What's wrong, Lu An'an? Didn't you say you wanted me to beg you? Now you're sitting so upright, not saying a word. Have you realized you're helpless?"
