Jiang Shiyue gestured towards Yangyang and mumbled something that Chen Shanhe could hardly understand.
Yangyang still had no expression on his face, but Chen Shanhe knew that he was listening carefully.
Jiang Shiyue was so thirsty from talking that she licked her lips and wanted to stand up to drink some water. However, she didn't expect that after squatting for too long, her whole legs became numb and she lost her balance and fell to the side.
There were metal objects of various shapes lying around, some of which were quite sharp, causing pain and the risk of getting cut.
Jiang Shiyue’s first reaction was to cover her face with her hands.
Chen Shanhe: “…”
Shouldn't you protect your face first instead of your head?
Do you think it won't happen if you can't see it, or is it to protect your face from getting hurt?
Chen Shanhe thought it was the latter. He took a long step forward and stretched out his arms to hold Jiang Shiyue's waist.
Jiang Shiyue only felt a strong force clamping around her waist, and before she could react, she was sent flying in the opposite direction.
The kind where your feet are off the ground.
Just as I was about to scream, I smelled the familiar scent of tobacco, and the next second I fell into a solid embrace.
Jiang Shiyue swallowed back her scream, let go of her hand, and raised her head out of habit.
Chen Shanhe is much taller than her, and she usually looks up at him.
Chen Shanhe happened to lower his head to see if Jiang Shiyue was scratched.
Eyes meeting and lips touching.
Jiang Shiyue was still in Chen Shanhe's arms.
Both of them were stunned at the same time.
Time stands still.
"Chen..." Yang Qi opened the tent, opened his mouth and forgot to say the rest of the words, then reacted and walked out of the tent.
After a while, he raised his hand and slapped himself lightly, "They're just a couple kissing, why are you blushing?"
Leave with a grumble.
In the tent, Yangyang raised his little hands to cover his face.
His eyes could be seen clearly through the gap between his open hands.
You can also see the subtle curve at the corner of his mouth.
Jiang Shiyue blushed and pushed Chen Shanhe away, whispering, "Thank you!"
Chen Shanhe didn't move.
Dare not move.
He was in the prime of his youth, holding a beautiful girl in his arms.
Fortunately, the pants are baggy, so as long as you don’t move, nothing can be seen.
Jiang Shiyue touched her burning cheek and quickly changed the subject, "Chen Shanhe, do you understand electricity?"
Chen Shanhe nodded in agreement, "I understand a little."
Then Jiang Shiyue discovered that this "a little" was probably relative to the plane.
He is so modest.
Jiang Shiyue simply stated her ideas and requirements, and Chen Shanhe picked out replacement parts from a pile of materials and assembled a battery for her.
Jiang Shiyue looked at the finished product speechlessly.
It may be due to technical reasons, or it may be due to replacement parts.
The finished battery is as big as a wooden box.
She couldn't move it.
Chen Shanhe understood Jiang Shiyue's dilemma and said, "Where do you want to press it? I'll help you."
"Aren't you busy?" Jiang Shiyue felt embarrassed to bother him.
"Not for a while."
In fact, Chen Shanhe came back to rest.
A day has passed since the train accident.
They worked from early morning to night, and only took a two-hour break before coming to the rescue.
This busy work took up most of the day.
Being a pilot is a high-risk profession and one is not allowed to continue flying the plane when one is physically exhausted.
Chen Shanhe was already overloaded and was forced to come back to rest.
Chen Shanhe didn't say the reason, but Jiang Shiyue could guess it. Even drivers are not allowed to drive while fatigued, let alone pilots.
In order to save time, she didn't hesitate and directed Chen Shanhe to hang the solar panel on a tilted and stopped working electric pole.
Even if it falls over, this electric pole is still the tallest "building" in the vicinity.
Below the solar panels are small windmills for wind power generation.
The battery was placed under the utility pole, in a location that would not affect pedestrians.
Jiang Shiyue looked at the sun hanging high in the sky and prayed that there would be electricity at night.
Otherwise, her efforts for so long would be a waste of the golden time for rescue.
Jiang Shiyue urged Chen Shanhe to go to bed, packed up the remaining materials, and went out with the empty sack.
After walking a few steps, she turned around and saw Yangyang jogging behind her.
Jiang Shiyue squatted down and asked Yangyang, "You want to follow me? I want to go to the mountain..." She pointed to the mountain not far away, "to pick some herbs. Do you still want to follow me?"
Yangyang nodded.
“Climbing the mountain is very hard.”
Yangyang said nothing, just looked at Jiang Shiyue firmly.
Jiang Shiyue touched Yangyang’s little head and led him up the mountain.
I don’t know if God was punishing her for talking too much and too often in her previous life, and in this life he gave her two family members, each one less talkative than the other.
At least Chen Shanhe can still communicate normally, and Yangyang truly believes that silence is golden, otherwise he would not have been regarded as a little mute for a time.
Jiang Shiyue only knows a limited number of Chinese medicinal herbs, including dandelion and pollen.
One is for anti-inflammatory and the other for hemostasis, which happen to be the two medicines most needed by the injured in the disaster area.
The reserves of Western medicine in the disaster area are seriously insufficient, and the lightly injured people are now unable to receive any treatment.
If the wound is not treated and is frequently exposed to mud and rust, it is easy to get infected.
That's why Jiang Shiyue thought about whether he could find some fresh Chinese herbal medicine to try.
Cattail pollen usually grows near water, and this season happens to be the season when cattail pollen grows.
However, when Jiang Shiyue arrived at the water's edge, he found that the cattail pollen had already been picked.
The traces of picking still looked fresh, perhaps someone had thought of it before her.
Jiang Shiyue took Yangyang to climb the mountain again. After searching for a long time, they still couldn't find any dandelions and felt a little discouraged.
Yangyang suddenly let go of Jiang Shiyue's hand.
Jiang Shiyue looked down at him.
Yangyang bent down, pulled out a plant and handed it to Jiang Shiyue.
