"Get out of here right now!" Xun Ting couldn't help but roll her eyes, feeling as if she had suffered a thousand points of damage to her soul. She pretended to be deeply wounded and clutched her chest.
So her only use is her strong abilities?
"Ah, you've broken my heart~"
"Let's go, let's go, I have nowhere to go anyway." Xun Ting walked ahead, but after a few steps, she realized something was wrong.
She doesn't know the way, how can she lead the way?
"Come on, come on, I'll take you." Fu Xi reached out and took her hand.
…
…
As soon as they entered the Fu family villa, they heard a chorus of wailing and mourning. People were kneeling on the ground, their eyes red and their clothes white.
One little girl was even more dramatic, running to the front and hugging the coffin, crying uncontrollably, "Uncle Fu, you were so young, how could you leave us like this! You were always so good to me, how could you go so soon... Waaah..."
"Jinjin, be good, don't cry. Uncle Fu will be sad to see you crying like this in heaven."
Fu's mother immediately stepped forward, hugged the little girl, and comforted her. Just as she stood up, she saw her daughter at the door, and her eyes instantly turned even redder.
"Xixi! Why are you only just getting back? Do you know that your father kept calling your name all night last night!"
“I’m sorry…” Fu Xi looked at the black and white photo and felt a strange feeling.
"Come and see your father!" Mrs. Fu put down the little girl in her arms, strode over and took her daughter's hand, gesturing for her to come over.
Fu Xi let go of Xun Ting's hand and was led to the front of the coffin; her fingers trembled slightly.
Reaching out to touch the coffin, I saw a person lying inside. Suddenly, images of the original owner flashed through my mind, all of them images of this loving father.
"You're a bad sister! Don't touch my Uncle Fu!" Fu Jin saw Fu Xi reach out to touch the coffin and forcefully slapped her hand away.
Her bloodshot eyes glared fiercely at her; in the little girl's eyes, this older sister was a bad person.
Uncle Fu kept calling out his sister's name before he died, but his sister never came back, and she didn't even answer the phone, leaving Uncle Fu with regret.
"I'm sorry, Dad..." Fu Xi stood to the side, feeling extremely embarrassed.
This person was ultimately an outsider to her, and she couldn't bring herself to cry! But looking at the entire church full of people, if she didn't cry at this moment, she would be unfilial!
Fu Xi gritted her teeth, pinched her thigh hard, and instantly knelt down, crying loudly, "Dad... I'm so sorry, waaaaah!"
This startled Fu Jin, who was crying nearby, so much so that she stopped crying altogether.
She stood there, staring blankly at her older sister.
"Although this young lady is usually willful, you can tell from how much she's crying right now that she really cares about her father. Sigh, maybe she didn't come back last night because of an accident."
"It's so pitiful that she lost her father at only twenty years old."
"Miss, please accept my condolences."
Xun Ting stood at the door, unable to help but applaud Fu Xi's acting skills. She was truly amazing; she could cry on cue! Incredibly talented!
Afterwards, we returned to the living room of the villa.
Seeing her daughter's swollen eyes from crying, Fu's mother didn't dare to scold her anymore. This precious daughter had grown up spoiled by them since she was little.
She probably can't accept it right now either.
"Mom, I'm sorry. I didn't come home last night. I didn't know this had happened. If I had known, I would have rushed back even if there had been a car accident. It's all my fault."
Before being questioned, Fu Xi couldn't wait to explain herself without saying a word.
