Suddenly, the doorbell rang at the villa's gate. Wen Xiyang answered the video call and saw two unfamiliar men standing outside, dressed in simple clothes.
"Could you please open the door?"
"Is there something you need?" Wen Xiyang frowned slightly. He didn't recognize these two strangers, as no one usually came to his villa.
Then two people suddenly came today. Fu Xi happened to be here, before she grew bigger, which made him wary.
"Dr. Wen, please open the door. We have something very important to discuss with you."
"Okay." After hanging up the video call, Wen Xiyang looked at the woman behind him. "I'm going out for a bit. Someone's looking for me. You go upstairs and wait for me."
"Okay." Fu Xi nodded obediently, got up from the sofa, and went upstairs.
Wen Xiyang watched his small frame go upstairs before stepping out. After opening the door, the two men barged in. "Gentlemen, please wait a moment!"
"This is my villa. Isn't it inappropriate for you to barge in without proper authorization?"
One of them had already entered the villa without hesitation, while the other slowly explained, "Dr. Wen, we suspect that you brought the monster back to the villa. Please cooperate."
"A monster?" Wen Xiyang's expression remained calm, but he couldn't help feeling panicked inside.
Could they be talking about Fu Xi...?

"Dr. Wen is a smart man; she should know about the child you brought back from the Fu Corporation."
The man who had been searching inside the villa quickly brought Fu Xi downstairs, hurriedly saying, "Boss! I saw this child as soon as I got upstairs, is it her?!"
When Wen Xiyang saw the woman he was holding, he panicked and rushed over to snatch her back, holding her in his arms. "Are you hurt?"
"No." Fu Xi shook her head, not expecting that her worst fear had come true.

"Dr. Wen, you'd better hand this child over to us obediently, or you'll get yourself into trouble."
"Why should I entrust my child to you?" Wen Xiyang held Fu Xi the whole time, his deep eyes suddenly dimmed as he looked at the two people in front of him.
"This is not a child at all, but Fu Xi, the heiress of the Fu Group. Is Dr. Wen trying to ruin her own future by protecting such a strange monster?" the man said with sharp eyes.
“Our people are all waiting outside. Dr. Wen, to avoid any physical pain, I advise you to hand this child over to us obediently.”
After he finished speaking, the man clapped his hands, and all the research members who had been hiding in the shadows stepped forward.
Wen Xiyang took a step back without showing any emotion. With so many people, it would be difficult for them to escape. "This is my villa, and these are my people. You think you can take them away just because you call them monsters? That's not fair."
The man smirked coldly: "Is Dr. Wen forcing us to produce evidence?"
"yes."
"Okay, show the surveillance footage to Dr. Wen."
Seeing Fu Xi enter her villa as an adult and exit as a child, with child footprints on the ground, plus the child-like appearance of her coming out of her office.
Wen Xiyang understood; it seemed that they already knew about Fu Xi's strangeness.

Fu Xi instinctively gripped Wen Xiyang's arm tightly, unable to contain her fear. She had cursed herself a million times in her mind, wondering how she could have come up with such a strange setting.
