Chapter 394 Some still love, while others have forgotten.

"I'm leaving now. Call me if you need anything." Wen Xiyang rubbed her head and left reluctantly, not expecting the woman to stop him.

After all, they haven't known each other in this world for very long.

"Okay." Fu Xi followed the man and only stopped after seeing him into the car.

Wen Xiyang got into the car, fastened his seatbelt, rolled down the window, and looked at the woman. He said calmly, "Go back. I'm leaving."

"Okay." Fu Xi obediently walked back inside. She closed the door and climbed up to the second floor. Watching the man's car drive away, she felt increasingly dependent on him.

I was actually thinking of letting him stay here a little longer.

Fu Xi couldn't help but cover her flushed cheeks. Only after the car disappeared from sight did she walk downstairs to her room, where she sat in front of her computer and was struck by inspiration.

After writing down the inspiration that came to her mind, she turned off her computer and went to bed to rest.

Fu Xi thought her mother would definitely not return until the afternoon of the next day, but she did not expect to see breakfast on the table when she got up the next day.

Then I saw my mother come out of the kitchen. "Go wash your hands and eat now that you're awake."

"Okay." Fu Xi turned back into the kitchen to wash her hands again. Looking at the breakfast on the table, all of which were her favorite foods, she had to admit that her mother had put a lot of thought into it.

After preparing breakfast, Mrs. Fu untied her apron and hung it aside. She grabbed some breakfast, put on her high heels, and left. "I have to go to the company in a little while, so I won't wait for you. You can play by yourself after you finish eating."

"Okay, drive carefully." Fu Xi nodded obediently as she sat at the dining table.

She is already very content with her mother's current busyness, which is much better than before, and hopes that this happy life can last a long time.

"good."

After finishing her meal alone at the dining table, Fu Xi had nothing else to do.

She suddenly thought of Wen Xiyang, took out her phone but didn't dare to send a message. What if he was busy with work today? If he wasn't busy with work, he would definitely contact her.

Fu Xi sighed, telling herself not to think too much, and simply turned on the TV, randomly selecting a channel that looked okay to watch.

But watching TV alone without snacks is no fun, so Fu Xi grabbed her phone and went out. She'd only have snacks this once; the weekend was meant to be fun.

She had just left the supermarket carrying a large bag of snacks when she heard a man leaning against the wall muttering, "Some people still love, while others have forgotten."

Fu Xi stopped in her tracks, feeling that the words had a deeper meaning. She looked around and saw that there was no one else besides herself. So, were these words meant for her?

"No need to keep looking, I'm talking about you." The man chuckled softly.

"Do we know each other?" Fu Xi frowned, puzzled by the man's inexplicable words. But if they didn't know each other, why would he say that?

If it were any other day and Fu Xi encountered someone acting so strangely on the street, she would definitely just walk away.

But this time, she stopped.

"None of that matters. Think carefully about what I just said." The man smiled and gave her a meaningful look before walking over without hesitation.

Fu Xi jogged after him and blocked his path, "Are you referring to Wen Xiyang?"

She didn't know why she asked that question, but she felt it was related to Wen Xiyang.
