Chapter 411 Let's Go to Sleep

"Listen, wasn't Grandma's dancing beautiful?" Grandma Xun was covered in sweat from dancing. She ran over excitedly and drank a glass of water. A breeze blew by, and she felt a refreshing coolness.

"It's beautiful! Grandma's dancing is getting better and better." Xun Ting laughed.

She couldn't deny that she couldn't stand these things anymore, and her mind would subconsciously connect them to herself, even though people in their eighties and nineties could still walk.

She didn't even have the strength to stand up. How would she get through the rest of the year?

She sat in her wheelchair, dazed, watching them dance. Two hours later, it ended, and Grandma Xun went home with her, talking the whole way.

She deliberately tried to make Xunting laugh, and Xunting noticed, so she smiled in response and even started a conversation with her grandmother, not wanting to hurt the old lady's feelings.

Back at the villa, Xun Ting was pushed into a room by the maid and lay down on the large bed.

This is the first time I've felt that lying down is so comfortable. I can only say that I usually lie down every day, so I don't really feel it. Today I've been sitting for a long time.

I also helped with some chores and went out for a walk, so I'm a bit tired now.

She saw the phone on the bedside table was lit up, and the screen displayed a message from the caregiver: "Why isn't he back yet? Should I go pick him up?"

"No need to come over, I'm not going back tonight, I'll go back tomorrow." Xun Ting replied to the text message.

The reply came immediately: "Okay."

After putting down her phone, Xun Ting closed her eyes and started to rest. She slept exceptionally well tonight, falling asleep much faster and sleeping soundly than usual.

I found my parents in their room; the two of them were sitting on the edge of the bed, sighing.

"It's also my fault for always talking about money and being stingy when I was a child, which is why my daughter works so hard to earn money. If I had known it would turn out like this, I would have changed back then."

"Honey, don't blame yourself too much. It's all in the past. You never thought things would turn out this way. I believe our Tingting will get through this too."

The father reached out and hugged his wife, trying to comfort her, his voice full of helplessness.

"Even if she gets through this, what will happen to her in the future? We don't know how long we can stay with her, and what if her future husband treats her badly?"

As she talked about finding her mother, her eyes started to sting. She felt that it would be more convenient for her to do everything herself.

Listen to her current state; if no one else wants to take care of her, she will have a hard time even living independently.

"Don't think about it too much for now. Let's find a good match for Tingting later."

"If only I had loved her more and thought more about her when she was little, maybe she would have grown up happily like other children, and wouldn't have had to be so sensible at such a young age." The mother became more and more distressed as she spoke.

When Tingting was little, she was carefree, like a little princess. I don't know when it started, but she became obsessed with money.

"It's alright, it's all in the past, don't think too much about it." Her father hugged her tightly. He, as her father, hadn't considered everything, and he also bore some responsibility.

"Go to sleep. Get up early tomorrow and prepare some of Tingting's favorite foods."

Seeking her mother, she pulled back the covers and lay down in bed to sleep. Perhaps she shouldn't think so much. Listen, the fact that she's willing to come home now means that the relationship between their family is improving.

We can take things slowly and not rush everything at this moment.
