Huo Lin woke up early in the morning to find the spot next to his bed empty, so he got up and went to the bathroom to wash up.
After washing up, Huo Lin went downstairs to look for Xun Ting and the child. As soon as he came downstairs, he saw Xun Ting cooking in the kitchen and the child sitting at the dining table in the living room, waiting to eat.
Xun Ting didn't notice Huo Lin at first, until she finished making breakfast and saw him. She called him over and took the breakfast out.
Huo Lin was originally standing on the stairs watching Xun Ting and the child, but when he heard Xun Ting call him, he went over.
Huo Lin and Xun Ting brought breakfast to the table and then sat down.
Xunting sat in the middle of the table, Huo Lin sat to Xunting's left, and the child sat to Xunting's right.
Xun Ting looked at her little baby with doting eyes. This was her most beloved child. She noticed that the dish her baby wanted to add was a bit far away, and even with her outstretched arm, she couldn't reach it.
She immediately picked up the dish and put it in her baby's bowl.
When Huo Lin saw Xun Ting serving food to the child but not to himself, his face immediately darkened: "I want some too, give me some."
Upon hearing what Huo Lin said, the child immediately stood up and served him some food.
Huo Lin's face darkened further, because he only wanted the food that Xun Ting had put on his plate, not the child's.
After the meal, Xun Ting asked Huo Lin to clear the dishes. While Huo Lin was clearing the dishes, Xun Ting ignored him and deliberately made loud banging noises, but they still ignored him.
Huo Lin went in, washed the dishes, and came out to hear Xun Wen say, "Huo Lin, you go drive first, we're taking the little one to school."
A short while later, Huo Lin drove the car to the villa entrance. Xun Ting opened the car door and let the little baby get in first. After the little baby got in, Xun Ting also got in.

At the school gate, Xun Ting escorted her little one into the classroom. Watching him skillfully walk back to his seat, she couldn't help but smile. Her child had finally grown up.
I still remember when my little one first came to school, she clung to the door and cried, not wanting to stay there alone and wanting to go home.
At that time, Xunting was also very worried, because when the child was so well-behaved, she had no way to deal with him.
However, for the sake of her baby's future, she made the difficult decision to leave the child behind and go home.
"Mom, you can go back now. I can manage on my own." The little boy tidied up all his textbooks, placed them on the table, and looked at his mother at the door.
The children in the toddler class don't have many books, so they're not very tall.
"Okay, then be a good boy/girl. I'll come pick you up tonight. Study hard, okay?" Xun Ting chuckled softly before reluctantly leaving.
Huo Lin usually brings the child over, and sometimes she hasn't even gotten out of bed yet. Today she got up early and came over together. She felt a little sad thinking about not being able to see her little baby all day.
"Mmm." The little one has already started looking at the textbook, although it's still quite difficult for someone this age.
It was really just for fun; the textbook knowledge wasn't actually taught.
After listening outside, Huo Lin got into the car, started the engine, and drove back to the villa.
He didn't say a word the whole way. Xun Ting had gotten used to this man's behavior; lately, he always acted like someone owed him tens of millions.
Listening wouldn't make him look foolish; he didn't want to talk to her, and she wouldn't say anything either.
Sometimes, though, he would have a dark look on his face when he was really angry with the baby. The baby hadn't done anything wrong, so why was he so stern? It scared the child.
The vehicle quickly stopped at the villa.
