Chapter 8 Rong Qian / The First Customer

I saw a person lying in the trap, and his clothes looked familiar.

Qian Xiaolan knew who she was from her memory, and hurriedly tied a straw rope to a tree, then grabbed one end of the rope and slid into the trap from the side.

She squatted down and tried her breath, then breathed a sigh of relief.

Pushing her hair aside, it was indeed her!

Qian Xiaolan shouted urgently: "Aunt Rong, Aunt Rong, please wake up!

Aunt Rong, please wake up. I will take you back."

Rong Qian was holding a handful of herbs tightly in her hand. Qian Xiaolan called out to her for a long time, but she didn't respond. She could only check her injuries carefully.

My left foot was sprained and my instep was swollen. My right leg was cut by the sharp bamboo in the trap and was bleeding a lot.

This is the most serious injury, and then there are abrasions all over the body.

Fortunately, the original owner didn't insert many sharp bamboos into the trap, otherwise it would have been fatal.

Qian Xiaolan had never studied medicine. Looking at Rong Qian's pale face, she didn't know whether she had fainted from excessive blood loss or from hunger.

He could only bandage Rong Qian's wound first, then take out a tomato from the space and squeeze out the juice to drip into her mouth.

Fortunately, although she was unconscious, she was still able to swallow unconsciously.

When the tomato was almost finished, Rong Qian's eyelids trembled, and then she slowly opened her eyes.

When she saw Qian Xiaolan, she was excited but a little confused.

"Aunt Rong, you finally woke up, how do you feel now?"

After hearing Qian Xiaolan's words, Rong Qian finally realized that she was lying down. She hurried to get up, but as soon as she moved, she felt a piercing pain in her leg.

Qian Xiaolan hurriedly stopped her: "Aunt Rong, one of your feet is sprained and the other is injured. Don't move yet. I'll pull you up."

Rong Qian looked up at the sky, and shook her head with a pale face:

"Xiaolan, don't worry about me. We will be off work soon. It would be bad if someone came into the mountain and saw you and me together. I can go back by myself after taking a rest."

Qian Xiaolan also shook her head: "Aunt Rong, this place is very remote, people usually don't come here, I will tie you with a rope first, and then pull you up."

After saying that, without waiting for her to refuse, he helped Rong Qian to sit down, pulled a straw rope beside him and tied it around her, then climbed up to the ground in no time.

When Rong Qian saw her like this, her eyes turned red and tears rolled down instantly, which she hurriedly wiped away with her sleeve.

Qian Xiaolan took great effort and finally got Rong Qian to the ground. Both of them were exhausted.

After sitting there and resting for a while, Qian Xiaolan jumped down the trap again and picked up a hare that Rong Qian had pressed under her body.

This rabbit was also unlucky. It fell into the trap and was not hurt by the sharp bamboo but was crushed to death.

Hanging the rabbit around her waist, Qian Xiaolan looked at the herbs in her hand and asked:

"Aunt Rong, is anyone sick? Are these herbs enough?"

"My dad has caught a cold and has been coughing. These medicines are enough for now."

Qian Xiaolan nodded, carried Rong Qian on her back and walked down the mountain.

She was so focused on carrying the man back to the mule shed that she didn't notice Rong Qian staring at the back of her head with a look of both sadness and joy on her face.

Qinghe Production Brigade is the largest and richest brigade among the nearby brigades.

The brigade is located in front of the water and behind the mountain. The village also has two fish ponds of its own. At the end of every year, everyone can get a little more food and a few more fish for the New Year.

There are quite a few fields in the village, but relying solely on manpower is too tiring and slow. In the past few years, the villagers saved most of the income from the fish ponds and bought two mules and two cows.

Mules and cows are both good helpers in farm work and need to be carefully taken care of. It happened that some people were sent down to their village in those years, so the team leader, like other brigades, sent people to the mule shed to take care of the animals.

Rong Qian was one of those people. With her were her father-in-law, her father, and her son. Her husband didn't come. It was unknown whether he was somewhere else or had met with an accident.

In addition, there was a couple in their fifties, who were said to be university professors and very nice people.

When they reached the foot of the mountain, Rong Qian struggled to come down and walk by herself, but was calmed down by Qian Xiaolan's words.

Qian Xiaolan said: "You are injured now, and I am helping you. No one will use this as an excuse."

When Rong Qian heard that, she slowly put her face on Qian Xiaolan's shoulder and smiled happily.

The injury this time was worth it.

After sending the people back to the mule shed, as the others had not returned yet, Qian Xiaolan put Rong Qian to bed and said goodbye and left.

She returned to the foot of the mountain and carried the full bucket back home. She locked the gate and ran to the clinic to buy some medicine and brought it to Rong Qian in the mule shed.

When she returned home again, Qian Xiaolan was just about to prepare the rabbit and fry it for dinner when she noticed some movement coming from the space. She immediately entered the space.

Then I saw a purchase message on the main screen:

[Hello, hello, is anyone there? Is this plane mall really a trading place? If so, can you give me a tin tea can from the 1960s or 1970s?

Ahhh, I'm so unlucky!

When I was looking for something, I accidentally smashed the tea can that my grandparents used when they got married. Now if I can’t find a similar one, my grandfather will break my legs, blah blah…]

Qian Xiaolan looked at the message and deduced that this was a similar era to her original world. That's right, this first customer was really good at talking.

Tin tea canister.

Qian Xiaolan immediately thought of the one she had thrown into the space, and with a thought, she took the tea can out of the warehouse.

She was not told how to make the transaction, so she walked closer to the main screen and fumbled about how to hand the item to the other party.

After studying it for a while, she found no switch button, so she thought about it and stuck the tin tea can directly onto the screen.

The next moment, the screen changed and two switches appeared: video transaction/text transaction.

Qian Xiaolan pressed the video transaction button without even taking a closer look.

The next moment, a modern-style room appeared before our eyes.

At the same time, the space Qian Xiaolan left was assimilated by the environment on the screen.

In the room opposite, a handsome young man with earrings was staring at Qian Xiaolan through the computer screen with a look of shock on his face.

Qian Xiaolan was also stunned for a while. After she came back to her senses, she raised the thing in her hand and asked him, "Did you ask to buy this?"

The young man came back to his senses after hearing the voice and nodded vigorously: "Yes, yes, that's what I want.

Hello, beautiful lady. My name is Wenxuan. What's your name?"

Qian Xiaolan saw that there was nothing but shock in his eyes, so she nodded and said calmly, "Qian Xiaolan."

Wenxuan saw that she looked calm, which made him look like a fool who had never seen the world. He coughed awkwardly:

"Um, Qian, Miss Qian, can you show me the tea can in your hand?"

Qian Xiaolan glanced at the completely assimilated space and reached out to hand the thing over.

The tea can went into the other person's hands without any obstacles, and Qian Xiaolan felt relieved.

Wenxuan took the tea can and looked at it for a while, then said excitedly: "I want this tea can. What should I exchange it for?"
