Chapter 160: Going to the Countryside (1/2)

Chapter 110: Going to the Countryside

When Tang Wan woke up the next day, Qin Zheng was already gone. It was Tang Sheng who sent him off.

Qin Zheng was early and set off at seven in the morning. Tang Wan was still asleep at that time.

The three men in the house unanimously decided not to wake her up.

So Qin Zheng took the things back to Tang, and Tang Wan stayed.

For some reason, Tang Wanling felt a little lost when she woke up in the morning and found out that Qin Zheng had passed away.

Maybe she was used to seeing Qin Zheng every time she woke up in the morning, and when she didn't see him all of a sudden, it felt like Qin Zheng had left her alone in this strange place.

However, this feeling disappeared after Tang Sheng sent Qin Zheng back.

Tang's father had already gone out to work in the morning. As the year draws to a close, there is more work to do.

Tang Sheng had nothing to do because he had just returned, so he was able to stay at home with Tang Wan.

The way the two of them get along is just like the brother and sister that Tang Wan imagined. When there is something, the brother will take charge, and when there is nothing, Tang Sheng will find her to have fun.

Basically, Tang Wan was annoyed, and he had to find ways to coax her. I don't know what he was trying to do.

Staying at home for a few days goes by quickly, and time passes just as quickly.

These days, Tang Wan plays and fights with Tang Sheng at home, or they go out together to buy some things, or they clean the house.

When there were still three days left before the Chinese New Year, Tang's father was finally able to rest.

Tang's father was at home with Tang Wan and Tang Sheng preparing things for the New Year.

Frying dough sticks is a must-do during the Chinese New Year. Tang Wan, Tang He and Tang Sheng haven't mastered this technique yet, so they have to rely on Tang's father to do it.

With such conditions, they certainly do more than just fry dough sticks.

Tang Sheng also boiled some noodles and made fried cakes specifically for Tang Wan.

Tang's father also likes to eat fried vegetable dumplings, so we also prepared them.

Not only that, Tang Sheng got some mushrooms from a friend and asked his father to add some batter to them and fry them.

The most troublesome thing is the fried meatballs.

Tang Wan couldn't help, so every time her father fried a pot, he would give one to Tang Wan and let her stand aside and taste it.

Tang Wan only eats the wife's food, and all the work is done by Tang Sheng.

When Tang Sheng occupied his hands, Tang Wan would pinch one out of the prepared food and give it to him to eat.

The family of three squeezed into a kitchen, having a great time and laughing all the time.

Tang Wan leaned against the door frame and watched Tang Sheng making the last bit of batter. Tang's father skillfully fried something in the pan. Suddenly, she felt as if this scene was familiar.

But this feeling only lasted for a moment, and Tang Wan didn't have time to react.

Shaking her head, Tang Wan continued to look at the scene in front of her, as if it was the family life she longed for.

After all these things were fried, Tang Wan had already been fed by her father from time to time.

Tang's father let them eat as much as they wanted. Since there were no relatives coming to their house, these things were usually eaten by the three of them.

Tang Wan's relatives on her grandfather's side had already gone abroad and had never returned.

Some people wanted to report Tang Qi because of this incident, but before the news came out, Tang Qi had already passed away.

Tang's father has no relatives at all.

Most of his family members had died in the war, leaving only Tang's father.
