Chapter 32: Bumps (2/2)

Tang Wan originally wanted to eat the eggs after finishing the tortilla, but since it was covered in dust, she was afraid that half of the egg would be dirt, so she simply put it directly into her shoulder bag.

The dirt road outside the village is not as good as the road inside the village. There are some bumpy places. I don’t know if it’s Tang Wan’s illusion, but there are a lot of bumpy places on this road.

Tang Wan was able to maintain her balance at first, but gradually, holding Qin Zheng with one hand could no longer guarantee that she could sit steadily.

"If you can't sit steadily, you can hold on to me with both hands." Qin Zheng's voice was a little unclear in the wind.

But Tang Wan understood what she meant. Since he said so, Tang Wan naturally did not hesitate. There was no one else on the road.

Tang Wan did not support him with both hands as Qin Zheng wanted.

If you sit sideways, this posture is also inconvenient.

Tang Wan directly put her arms around Qin Zheng's waist, and the other hand was still supporting his waist. Because of the hugging posture, Tang Wan's upper body was almost touching Qin Zheng's back.

Especially when the arm wrapped around him while he was wearing a short-sleeved shirt and still felt cold, Qin Zheng felt as if his abdomen had lost all feeling.

Tang Wan felt Qin Zheng's hand stiffen and the car slowly became less bumpy, and she said nothing.

When the early morning breeze blew, it brought a comfortable feeling. On the road beside the field, a tall man rode a bicycle leisurely with a girl in a skirt on the back seat. It looked like a painting no matter how you looked at it.

Qin Zheng rode the bike with Tang Wanzhenzhen without any effort, and he didn't even slow down.

The bicycle was indeed much faster than the oxcart filled with people. By daybreak they had already traveled half the way. When they were heading towards the town, there were more people, and people from other villages gradually came along this road to the town.

Tang Wan didn't know when she had already grabbed Qin Zheng's clothes with one hand.

This time the car didn't shake much and we soon arrived in town.

After arriving in town, Qin Zheng first took Tang Wan to the post office to send the package. The post office had just opened when they got there.

Unexpectedly, there was a package sent to Tang Wan.

Tang Wan asked if she could pick it up when she came back in the evening. Before the person at the post office could say anything, Qin Zheng spoke up first: "The post office will probably be closed when we come back in the evening."

"What should we do? Is there a place to store the package?" Tang Wan asked.

If she could come by herself and put the package directly into the space, there would be no problem, but now that Qin Zheng is here, this method obviously doesn't work.

It will take at least half a month before I can go to town again.

"You take it first, and I'll show you where to put it later."

"Will it be too late?"

"Hurry up, that place is very close." Qin Zheng signaled Tang Wan to take the package back directly.

The address on the package was from the military unit, and it was obvious that it was sent by Tang Wan's brother Tang Sheng.

"Where should we put it?" Tang Wan sat in the back of the bicycle holding the package.

"I'll take you there." Qin Zheng said, and took Tang Wan to a house with ease.

Tang Wan got out of the car and watched Qin Zheng park the car there.

"Put it here, and we'll come get it when we come back." Qin Zheng said as he walked forward, took out the key and opened the door.

This is a very large house, which is rare in the town. There is nothing in the yard, and it is tidied up very neatly.

"Here is...how do you have the key?" Tang Wan was a little surprised when she saw him open the door.
